It has always beenv ery basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just this reason. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to backup, not good, then you can redownload some purchases in some countries:

You have to create iphone ringtones.
There are many free ways to do this. Google will find them.

First try using Spotlight Search to find Settings. If that works go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Settings. If you can't get to Settings:
Try a reset:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't work do a restore from backup or to factory settings:

Yes, you can print the response in a PDF by following the steps suggested below.
1) Go to the response file
2) Select the response you want to print
3) Click on Save as PDF button and it would save the selected response in PDF format.

The processor and several other components are fixed to the logic board;
so there is no upgrade path by parts swapping, and more than just the CPU
would likely require replacement to support any 'upgrade' by soldering iron.
The best upgrade is to look for a clean and good condition later model Mac.
Since I'm in the far northwest North America continent, my reference to any
thing in the UK regarding Macs and parts is outdated. Maybe klaus1 knows?
Other than upgrading the RAM to full supported capacity, and then consider
a solid-state drive, (SSD) upgrade, there isn't much else to do for it. Take
a look into OWC macsales SSD product information online.
Hopefully you can update or upgrade...

At some point yesterday all of my saved clips from a large project adopted the "Rejected" classification and lost the "Favorite" designation that I spent the better part of one week selecting. I have no idea how this happened, I surely did not intentionally designate all my shots as Rejects, but I'm wondering if there is any way to remove the Reject designation and recover my "Favorites"? Do you use Time Machine? You should be able to just go back in time on the project file, right? If you don't use Time Machine, you should. A 2 TB external USB hard drive is around $113 at Amazon.com. You just plug it in and tell Time Machine to use it and you're done.
You can Select All in the Event and then click ont he grey star next to the green star to remove the Rejected status on all clips, but that won't restore your Favorites. You need to revert your project file to a backup.

Making a new Apple ID was the worst thing you could of done. This is very bad to do. Not sure why people do that. Your Apple ID is Your Apple ID. You only need one and it is best to only have one Apple ID for all apple devices.
