My phone has blue screen od death due to ios7 malfunction there for in usable how can i see if my contacts are backed up to icloud. it will not let me log on

i have the blue scrren of death on my iphone 4s due to  the ios7 software malfunction which i am not happpy about. my icloud will not let me log into it which s making e frustrated. i am reciving a new phone but i am worried about losing my contacts how can i see if i can retrevive them once i get a new apple devce please someone help me.

Go to icloud.com from your computer and sign into your account.  Any iCloud data you see there will sync to your new phone when you sign into your account.
Also, if you have a recent backup of your phone, restore that backup to your new phone when you get it to transfer your data, settings, apps and other purchased media.  More details here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2109.

    Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! This is a common alert message when your Apple ID has not yet been configured for use with the iTunes Store. To configure it, you should have the option to “Review” - at which time you can add a payment method to your account. For more information, check out this resource:

  • Photoshop Elements will not let me log in with my Adobe account.

    I have had no issue installing, activating, and logging in with the Adobe Premiere Elements program. However, when trying to log in to Adobe on Photoshop Elements, a window pops up and says that there is no internet connect (when obviously there is) or my computer time has been set wrong (which I triple checked).     Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it jiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.

  • Blackberry Link will not let me log in

    Hello, I am attempting after  reinstalling BB Link to simply sign in to my account from my MAC operating on Maverick10.9.4. The log in process beings and ends at level 2. The error message  states "unable to sign in to your BlackBerry ID. Confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again.
    I have done this as well as temporarily disable my firewall...to no avail. So I cannot sync any music, photos etc.

    My MacBook will not let me log in to my different profiles. This is a school computer and several kids have profiles. The list of names comes up, but it will not more forward. If I put a cd in the drive it wakes it up and moves along. Any suggestions.

    Could be many things, we should start with this...
    "Try Disk Utility
    1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
    2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
    *Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
    3. Click the First Aid tab.
    4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
    5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

    Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
    (Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
    If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
    If 10.7.0 or later...

    Password doesn't work?
    If so, try resetting it. If the computer is having any other problem, take it  to the Apple store to have it checked out.
    Reset Password starting from Recovery HD
    Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
    When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
    Wait until  OS X Utilities window shows up.
    Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
    from the drop down.
    Terminal window will appear.
    Type in   resetpassword   and press enter on the keyboard.
    Leave the Terminal window open.
    Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
    Select the user account from the popup menu box.
    Enter a new password.
    Reenter the new password for the user.
    Enter a hint.
    Click the "Save" button.
    Click  in the menubar and select Restart.
    Log in.
    If Keychain dialog box appears, select “Create New Keychain”.

    Two days in a row, my Mac (2 x 2,93 /ghz 6-Core Intel Xeon) (64 GB 1333 MHz DDR3) will not let me log in to my user account. I ran Disk Warrior this morning and repaired the disk permissions. Disk Warrior found a few corrupt things like .plist files which couldn't be repaired.     Your GMail email is on Google's server, so you should find the same messages there that you saw before. However, any bookmarks, saved passwords, etc. that you did not sync with Weave or another solution that backs up your settings to some place on the web would need to be rescued from your old computer.
