I can't say how you've managed to achieve this - I can only guess you dragged the wrong mp3 file into iWeb. Probably the only way for you to proceed is to delete the incorrect recordings and replace them with the correct ones. It's nothing to do with the encoding of the actual recording.

As I understand it, encoding fomats your digital video clips and photos (assets) into Standard DVD mp2 format so that it can be burned to a DVD. If there has been an error in the encoding process, then you remove the old encoded assets and start over. There are numberous reasons why there can be errors in the encoding process.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option

On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs.

There are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
1. Permissions in the Library: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
2. Minor Database corruption: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
3. A Damaged Photo: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/Library/ Caches...
5. A corrupted preference file: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. Your camera roll photos are only stored as part of your iCloud backup, if you are backing up to iCloud. Only photo stream photos are accessible in your iCloud account, and only by turning on photo stream. If you turn on photo stream, any photos in your photo stream will be found in the photo stream album in the Photos app on your phone.

You need to fresh install 10.6, programs fresh form original sources and return only vetted files (no TM migrations) from a regular storage drive
But this when erasing the drive use the Security Option: Zero All Data before installing 10.6
What has happened your data got corrupted and it's corrupted on the TM drive too.
So the Zero will map off bad sectors on your drive, the 10.6 install will be fresh, the programs will be fresh and only files will be returned, you'll find out in short order which ones they are.

Same problem here (no graphics in header or footer) and the problem has been reported months ago. It is another bug/feature lost when Apple moves from 09 to the iCloud-compatible versions. Complain to Apple, you may have better chance than me and they may finally listen to their users....

The day I updated my Firefox to version 6.0.2, I had some problems. The first time I want to clear recent history as "everything" Firefox cleared my all bookmarks and history page (Ctrl + H or Ctrl + Shift + H) but visited websites are still on address bar. What does this mean?
How did you try to import those pics?
You import pics from iphone just as you would from any digital camera. They are not part of the sync process at all.
I am trying to figure out what exactly you did.
Bottom line is that the pics are gone unless you have a backup of your iphone on your computer from a time when the pics were on the iphone.
In the future you should be importing your pics to your computer regularly.
