My query is slow can someone help me how to make it fast

My query runs so slow and it does not not ever finish processing. it pops up an error message. can someone help me here

you could also try and check the explain plan for the statement for cartesian joins. If you have any, you should investigate if a such is intended. if not then join up your tables so you get any reference cross-covered.
A cartesian join could easily fill up your TEMP tablespace as great amounts of data are selected, also they could run for a while before finishing (if not crashing temp before :/ )
