My samsung tv came pre-loaded with V-Tunes. I prefer Tune-IN Radio which was pre-installed on my other samsung tv which was recently replaced with larger unit without realizing that Tune-In wasn't installed on this new one..... How do I get it installed. It ia not appearing in the Samsung Apps on my screen. Frustrated!!!!!

Go to the page linked below, and there's an option to "check your device". If you click this, you can enter the make and model etc. of your new TV and find out for certain if it is compatible or not.

You can set up your iCloud account on your iOS device under: "Settings > iCloud" and a other account for store purchases under "Settings > iTunes & App Stores". Unfortunately merging accounts is not possible but you could transfer all of your music manually via iTunes from your Mac or PC.

Maybe you have multiple accounts that's why your purchase history is empty. You can try checking for possible Apple IDs that's existing for you or you can ask for assistance from support.

Problem with rescheduled meeting request from a LotusNotes user. How can I get it to process on my iPad/iCloud account?

When I receive an original meeting request from a LotusNotes user, I can select the .ics attachment and it gives me an option to "add to calendar" which will place it on my calendar. However, when I receive a rescheduled meeting notification, I get an email with the .ics attachment but it does nothing when I try to select it from the email. There is no "add to calendar" or anything. How can I get the reschedule information to make the appropriate changes in my iPad/iCloud calendar?
I have tried from my iPad email and from my online iCloud interface and neither seems to work.

- If you backed up the iPod after taking the photos then restoring from backup will recover the photos. To restore from backup see the restoring topic of:

If you restore via iTunes make sure that autosyncing is turned off. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says prevent iPods...".
- Otherwise if the photos ore not on the computer or iPod they are gone uless you can get them from your PhotoStream. See that topic of:

Loaded icloud and it erased everything from my calendar. How can I get that info back??

I thought this happened when I first updated the software on my iPad. I didn't see any of the calendar events. Eventually they showed up tho. I am not sure exactly how long it took (or why the delay) but all the events were there when I checked again a couple of days later (may have been earlier but I didn't check). AirPort Express 3 is not actually "extending" the network at all, since Apple's "Extend a wireless network" will only allow the wireless signal to be extended one time or one level.
The trick with AirPort Express 3.....which may nor may not be possible due to your home layout.....is that AirPort Express 3 must be about the same distance from Big AirPort as AirPort Express 1 and 2.......AND......it needs to be closer to Big AirPort than it is to either AirPort Express 1 and 2.
That way AirPort 3 will pick up a stronger signal from Big AirPort and it extend the network correctly.

Known bug. Quit the Camera App, double-tap the home key and delete Camera from the recent apps bar. Fire it up again, should be good.

The "landscape" template is still good, so I have to open a new landscape document and change it to portrait manually, which is annoying.

Sounds as there is something corrupt in your Pages.
First try Pages in a new user account. You create it in System Preferences > Accounts. Log in to it and try Pages. If you have the same problem there you need to uninstall Pages/iWork and the install it again
If it does work it is something in your user account that is wrongly working. Many times it is the plist file.
Tell us which and we will give more information.

I just updated my MacBook pro early 2011 model to OSX 10.9 and was forced to create a new user(administrator) and ended up with a different configuration. If I login with my original user name everything is back. How can I get rid of the other user name?

I have two user names with Administrator privelages and my MacBook keeps booting up to the wrong one and I have the wrong configuration since I updated to OSX 10.9. I would like to get back to my original User name which I used to boot up to. When I go to the User Groups and Preferences it doesn't allow me to delete the un-wanted user.
Does anybody have any suggestions how I can fix this? I can't seem to recover Time Capsule back-ups prior to the OSX upgrade even though I have been faithfully backing up to a Time Machine.

First of all, open System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Options, and set your old user account in "Automatic login". By doing this, your computer will always log in with your old account.
Then, log in your old account, where you will be able to delete the new user that OS X Mavericks forced you to create. Other users have reported the same problem

With an empty iTunes but a music-filled phone, how can I get new music to the iTunes then to my phone without deleting the music on my phone?

The computer I had all of my iTunes music on recently got a virus and was completley wiped. I will now be attempting to use my laptop for iTunes, which I just installed. But now my iPhone 4 has 150+ songs and my iTunes has none. I know I cannot transfer my music from iPhone->iTunes, but can I download new music to my iTunes, then sync my phone and not lose all my music? I am basically asking if I have only 20 songs on my iTunes that aren't on my phone, is there a way to sync and add the music from iTunes to my phone (already has music on it) without replacing it with everything I have on it?

You can't. Sorry. In order to sync with a new iTunes library, the media on the phone will be wiped.
Music purchased from the iTunes store can be re-downloaded at no charge. Anything else will have to be restored from the last backup of your computer before it was wiped or you will need to purchase 3rd party software to try and extract the music from the phone.
