My opinion would be that it is likely not the ISP, unless you have complete loss of Internet service for all devices at the same time......it is the Comtrend device....

I believe that the problem lies with the modem, and not the ISP signal.
Your ISP will likely have a different opinion, though. Please keep us posted on your progress.

If anyone would like to know how to fix this, I discovered the answer.
I have no idea what IPv6 is and I care not, but apparently now, all of a sudden, Apple makes iTunes talk to Airport Express units using IPv6. However, it didnt bother to make the Airport Express units expect this first, so iTunes can see the Airport Express, but it cant talk to it.
Anyway, I found that you have to manually go into your Mac settings (scary stuff if you are a non technical person like me) and turn off IPv6.
To do this, go to "Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal"
type
networksetup -setv6off Wi-Fi (hit enter)
Then type
networksetup -setv6off Ethernet (hit enter)
and magically your iTunes will talk to your Airport Express units again.
I presume at some point we will have to undo this as technology moves on and everything uses IPv6, so when that happens go into Terminal again and type
networksetup -setv6automatic Wi-Fi (hit enter)
Then type
networksetup -setv6automatic (hit enter)

On the phone, go to Settings, and change the iCloud and iTunes Store AppleIDs (sign out of the one you have, sign into the one you want). Note that you can't transfer apps from one AppleID to another, so you may still be prompted for your old AppleID password to update any apps that you installed under that ID.

I have two seperate itunes accounts on two seperate devices and i can not make an itunes purchase on either one. When signing into the account it ask for the answer to security questions. I have NEVER answered a security question for these accounts. Each time it is a different set of questions. This has only happend since the original devices have been replaced/upgraded. How do I fix this? There is money in each account and both have recieved itunes giftcards for christmas that they are unable to use!

TS1702 The apps which were due for update won't update when asked on our iPad and the apps remained blacked out. Does anyone have any suggestions how we can get the apps downloaded? We updated the device last week.

Our iPad 2 won't update e apps for some reason they just appear greyed out and won't complete. We have the latest software so can't understand why it won't update.

Hi there. We have two iphone 3gs' and an Ipad 2 all operate on IOS 5 but one of the iphones syncs on another computer. The other two sync on our other computer. Those two will only play internet radio for a short time and then they stop playing the program while our third will play all the way through and we can always get back to the program. Here's how to do it.
1. App Store, iTunes Store should have the same AppleID on Computer and iPhones. (Free to share apps, music and books... )
2. Person A uses the same purchasing account for everything (ie. email, contacts and ...).
3. Person B have the same purchase account see no. 1 (for App Store and iTunes Store) but create a second AppleID for iCal, e-mail, contacts and etc.

If I no longer have access to my original e-mail associated with my account and my passwords and e-mail accounts associated with my Apple device, how can I fix this solution? I have 2 ipads and 1 iphone and I cannot update any of my apps.

I tried to change the e-mail associated with my apple account because my school was closing and I knew I would no longer have accss to that e-mail account, however now all 3 of my devices ( 2 ipads & 1 iphone are screwed up as far as the e-mail accounts associated with each device and the passwords. Refresh all your devices before reconfiguring printer to connect to your computer.
a Shutdown computer
b Pull out printer power cord from the socket. Let it stay for at least 30 seconds then plug it back.
c Powercycle your router (unplug your router for at least 30 then plug it back. This will not change the settings of the router. This will just refresh the device)
d Once router is ready , put back brick at the back of the printer to turn it on
e Wait one minute
f Turn on computer
