Drag the clip from your Event to your Project. Then use the Rotate, Crop, Ken Burns Tool on the Middle Toolbar to rotate it

Try plugging it into a computer with iTunes opened. If you see anything that says restore, say no.
Sometimes these issues resolve themselves when you connect the device to iTunes.

What you should do is turn it into the police. In case you didn't know, in most jurisdictions, this is called "larcency by finding".

How can i reduce the noise on this video?
I have used Keylight to key some chromokey footage onto a white background.
However, I still have a lot of noise on the video, by this I mean fuzzyness, instead of good rich colors - you can see for yourself if you download a sample of the file which I have linked to here:

Obviously the actual file has proper dimensions unlike the YouTube example! This example also doesn't show the noise quite as well as the actual Flash file, it's a little more intense than it looks here.

Thanks.The noise looks like genuine camera noise from poor lighting with ramped up sensor sensitivity. Therefore, as a start, I'd run the clip through a pre-comp and use the Remove Grain effect or tools like RevisionFX' DE:Noise, Red Giant's Key Correct Pro and so on. If it's DV/ HDV or similar, some de-blocking by ways of similar tools is also recommended. This should already improve matters notably. Then, as Sébastien said, study the super tight junk matte tutorial and apply the technique to your footage. The less pixels to key, the more efficiently the keyer can expand its range on the remaining ones. If you then still experience jaggy/ noisy edges a second application of the aforementioend plug-ins might do the trick. Other options include tools like Twixtor, SmoothKit, RSMB, RE:Fill etc. to mend holes and smear gaps. also, since the person is wearing dar clothes, the old trick of using a dark Inner Glow might also be applicable.

Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service.
Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes? If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created. -

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Also, I had no clue that my iCloud could be backed up via cellular data! However, is this a new feature with the most updated iOS?? Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone. When my husband and I first bought our iPhones, I was the only one with an Apple ID (since he never used iTunes). He used my apple id to get apps. Now he has his own ID, but my apple ID email address keeps popping up on his phone when he tries to download an app. We do not want to have all of the same apps on our phones. How can we change the ID on his phone? I already tried going to Settings>iTunes &App Store> and changing the Apple ID to his account email and that did not solve the problem. To make things worse, I recently changed my Apple ID email address (without getting a new ID) and I do not remember my old password (and this is the address that is popping up on his phone). He does not have any music on his phone and all of the Apps that he has are free. Any help you could offer would be great (-:
All apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that bought them. To stop your id from popping up, you need to delete the apps on his phone, and then repurchase them under his account.

You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual. -
My phone was run over. It still works enough to see some of the screen but not the number pad. I cannot unlock the phone because I activated find my iphone. How can I unlock the phone so I can save my photos? Is there a way to unlock it from find my iphone. It was not backed up in iCloud. Now I have a few more questions: If I mail my broken iPhone to Asurion, will I be able to get my data off of my iPhone once Asurion has it? And what will happen to my old iPhone and the data on it if I activate my replacement iPhone? Will my broken iPhone just become de-activated and will the data be erased or lost or something? Could I still sync it (with the computer ir originally synced with) and back up the data?

If you have an RS-232 interface to the digital video recorder, it may be that you can send a command to the video recorder in order to get the time code sent back to your application - you would then read this as a string and then incorporate this data into your program.
The best source of help will be any documentation you have relating to the serial (RS-232) interface with the digital video recorder. This documentation should have commands that you can send to the recorder and expected response strings that you should get back from the device. This task should be straightforward but can often be frustrating without documentation about the video recorder. This will not be something that you can "guess" - past experience in writing serial communication ap

Failing this if you have any source code for example programs that have already been written to communicate with the recorder, you might be able to extract the relevant ASCII strings and use them within your application. This is true whether you are using LabVIEW or a text-based language.
