I was playing the world of tanks then I was told to download new software I pay a premium for this game 19:99 monthly each day off it and now I can't play this game not happy I have bought Tanks on this game as well last month I spent £300 on I had stuff I mean game this month hundred and £150 I am addicted to gaming and when I seen world of tanks on iPad I had to have it halfway before on PC not very happy with any of your service so far with this game I have spent weeks on the game know I cannot play there is a small blue dot next to one of Tanks in the subtitle on the writing of the icon I deleted 24 games to have this download why have I had this problem and amount of money I am losing on World of Tanks is unbelievable please help with this soon as possible for me to report my hero lol

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
I'm not entirely sure what the problem is that you are having with the game, but have you tried closing the game via the iPad's taskbar (closing an app) and seeing if it works when you re-open it, and/or done a soft-reset of your iPad : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You could also try contacting the developers of the game, there should be a link to their website on the app's description page in the store

Home Sharing is designed to work on your local network not across the internet/cloud.
Stuff is accessed under the Computers column where your local iTunes library on a local computer would appear.
Home Sharing would share your iTunes content (i.e. stuff stored in itunes on the computer, not in the cloud) with AppleTV or an iPad etc on the SAME network.
AppleTV2 will not be able to see itunes content on the work computer over the internet. It's not designed to. if the work computer was on the home network it would.
iCloud is in it's infancy and is not a mature product - iTunes TV Show purchases appear on AppleTV, but currently music does not unless you are subscribed to iTunes Match. I find this rather odd to be honest, along with the inability to buy music on AppleTV2. Movies purchased in iTunes are not authorised for iCloud viewing currently either.
Maybe it has something to do with iTunes Match 'getting in the way' - i think they assume you'll use that whereas you really want to be able to access Purchased music from the cloud without subscribing to itunes Match which is overkill for some.

How to make it look like the actors are watching TV

Hi,
I am looking to add an effect in Adobe Premiere Pro CC to make it look like the actors are watching TV in the dark. Just a soft pulsating, bluish-white light that may vary throughout. Does anyone know how to do this? I've tried scouring the internet but haven't found much. I'm a beginner for sure, but trying to learn!

In the effects panel type "light" in the search box. This will bring up all the lighting effects in Pr. Adjusr/Lighting or Stylize/Strobe might work for you. There are a lot of adjustments you can key in until you find what suits your needs.

Downloaded movies disappearing before they are watched and in less that the 30 days to watch them

We have downlaoded movies on Apple TV. They take over two to three hours to download even though we have the fasted wireless router you can buy (bought only 2 months ago) and then after they have been downloaded it is usually a day or two later that we have time to watch them and when we go to view them they are no longer in the available list of movies to watch. So we have been charged for them but never got to see them.

I checked the speeds (coudl not get "speediest.net" but found speedtest.net) adn the speeds were
Download 23.05 Mbps
Upload - 2.43 Mbps
Not sure if that is fast enough but the cable service we have they have rated the service we have as the fastest the provide.
Re the 1 or 2 seconds having been viewed and therefore the "clock" starting on the 48 hours - not sure as all we have ever done is click on "rent" and then it starts to down load and it shows that it will be taking forever to download so we leave it to download. Given it does nto download at the time we "rent it" we ahve to come back to view it another day. We have seen the movie we have rented at the top of the screen the next day or so (have not actuially validated the time from when it was downloaded to see if maybe the point above applies even thought we do not think we are watching it) adn then when we have time to watch it we go back a few days later (this last time was 7 days) and it is gone.

I have a Canon Pixima MP530, ALL Pages Come out Blank, ink tanks are full!

I have a Canon Pixima MP530, all ink tanks are full, printer goes through the motions of printing but all pages come out blank. I am using windows 7. all functions seem to work, except no ink comes out it was working perfectly 2 nights ago. I called canon tech support but they have no idea whats going on with it. am thinking maybe the print head is shot? Any suggestions are welcomed, I LOVE this printer and need it to work.

with that kind of issue it could be the print head oooor it could be the part of the printer that suctions ink into the print head, it's hard to tell. You could take it to a service facility, but it would probably cost you more to repair it to replace it.

Safari: this video is being deleted as you are watching it!

It just happened today, I was watching some videos that were streamed and then now when I try to watch it, the This Video is being deleted as you are watching it comes up and I have to hit okay and if I do then it takes me out and I cannot watch the videos anymore. Any help.... Thanks

AMS play back stops once 30 ppl are watching

I am posting this here and the Adobe Forum service.
I am streaming live/dvr with 5.0.4 using the m1.large ec2 server. I have streamed well with 100+ people watching at the same time for 72 hrs events.
I have 14 live feeds each connected to a different aws cloudfront. All feeds exists on the 1 ec2 adobe server (livepkgr 1-14)
My web code calls to an standard .swf strobe player on my server (that came with AMS,) through cloudfront also.
My streams are viewed on my website through enbed code which ask for .f4m and .m3u8 through amazon cloudfront code to reduce server calls.( as I thought this might help with any bandwidth issues since each cloudfront is suppose to be 27 extra cache servers?) The problem I just ran into this weekend was, with the only difference being the .swf player was on adobe.com
I was only using 1 live feed this time. Then, once 31 people were viewing on 1 cloudfront feed the strobe player would stop on the website.!!?? I would have to stop FMLE live feed and restart each time. Then the feed would come back and again once 30+ viewers were watching, down again. And the feed was being shown on two separate websites. Both sites have unlimited bandwidth in terms of people who can log on to watch.
I am only encoding at 400kbs. on 1 feed, through 1 cloudfront. My ec3 was only at 10% usage.
30 ppl would be only 12 Mbps
Can someone please help. What should be my best setup to get the most out of this size ec2 before have to move up to the larger servers.
Seems as though I should be able to more than 30 people to watch at one time on a m1.large

Extra note: I have used the c1. class ec2's and can get 150 viewers. The ec2 is 8x larger, but will I get this same problem when 240 viewers are watching?

You say your sequence settings match the clips. But if they really match, there shouldn't even be an opportunity to render on the timeline.
You are probably using a codec that is not DV - clearly it is not the same as your timeline or you wouldn't need to render.
Thanks everyone for your input, but I'm still at a loss and pulling my hair out. First, let me reiterate that these clips play back perfectly smoothly in iMovie, and in a larger window to boot, without dropping any frames. So I doubt my older G4, or hard-drive data throughput, is to blame.
Let me clarify the problem. When I view clips in the Viewer, I'm not sure that frames are being dropped. Rather, every 2 secs (like clockwork), the clip freezes momentarily, then plays smoothly for another 2 secs, almost as if a cache is being filled up before playing the next 2 sec.
I've double and triple-checked that my settings, and clips, are for DV. The clip icon on the desktop is a little slate with the letters "DV" in the center.
My A/V Settings show the Sequence Preset: DV NTSC 48 kHz
My Sequence Settings are:
Frame size: 720 x 480 NTSC DV (3:2)
Pixel aspect ratio: NTSC-CCIR 601/DV (720x480)
Field dominance: Lower (even)
Editing timebase: 29.97
Compressor: DV/DVC Pro NTSC
Quality: 100% (i.e. Best)
Scan mode: Interlaced
Aspect ratio: 4:3
Audio rate: 48 kHz
Audio depth: 16-bit
Audio config: Default
Lastly, the only 2 strange things I've found is that even though the clips are DV, in the clip properties it says the data rate is 6.9 Mb/sec (I thought DV is 3.2 Mb/sec). Also, the audio says 32 kHz (I thought DV is 48 kHz). Does this mean anything?

This is a user forum, you are not addressing Apple.
Was this a rental? If so it won't show up under purchase history. Rentals are also not transferable, unless rented via computer.
If rented on Apple TV you simply go to settings - iTunes - check for rental.

DB Adapter-Are watches available for all Adapters or just transparent ones?

I'm looking at the DB Adapters and specifically the ability to "Pull for a New or Changed record in a table" in ESB.
Does anyone know if this is just available for databases' that support a transparent gateway, or is this supported somehow with generic gateways too?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

When we are watching something on Apple TV and our Macbook Pro turns on or off the Apple TV goes back to the menu and stops whatever is currently playing. Any idea how to stop this?

Turn on the Firewall.
System Preferences > Security > Firewall > Click the Lock and unlock everything > turn on firewall.

Little Snitch is a good application that can block incoming and out going connections.
Make sure that screen sharing etc. is off
System Preferences > Sharing > Uncheck everything there unless you need it.

How can I go back to where i was watching???

How can I make in a dvd to go back and keep playing from the point that I stopped it.??? Just like the professional dvds when you are watching them and you go to the menu to change the settings and press play and goes back to where you where watching.
Also, if I click in certain chapter that takes me to somewhere in the movie How can I go back to that menu???? is that what the back button does???? if yes how should I link it????

In general the track will go back to the menu you left, but this is dependent on the player you are using in many cases, and the way that you author the disc. You can ensure it goes to the correct menu in several ways.
Firstly, you can use stories - place all the markers from the track into a story and point the menu button to the story container. You can set the end jump and menu call properties for a story to be independent of a track. Stories also do not replicate the track asset, so in effect you are creating a play list which has everything in it. You can create up to 99 tracks, stories and slideshows on a single disc, with any combination of these up to the maximum of 99 overall.
Secondly, you could use scripting, and again there are several ways to do what you want. Scripting is not too difficult for this kind of functionality, but you need to get to grips with a few terms and structures when you write scripts. Much of it is taken care of for you by the script editor - it's impossible to type freely into a script command so you can only choose the correct things... but you need to do so in the correct order!
One scripting method is to make the menu button jump to a script before you go to the track. The script sets up a unique value and you can look for the value when you want to return to a menu. Depending on what you find you will go to one of your three possible menus. That script looks like this:

Jump Trackname
You would change the value to be 2 or 3 for the other two scripts. Then, you set the menu call for the track and the end jump to go to a script like this:
Jump menu1 If(GPRM0 = 1)
Jump menu1 If(GPRM0 = 2)
Jump menu1 If(GPRM0 = 3)
Now, the disc will return to the correct menu, but go to the default button on that menu. If you have lots of buttons then you might want to expand that script to be sure to get to the right one. This was a question that came up recently and I wrote out two methods to do it - have a little hunt around in the forum to find those threads!
