Name 2 in BP filled in

Hello
Name2 (BUT00-NAME_ORG2) of the company code partner in BP gets filled with the same name as NAME1 in a way and a frequency I have not found out. It is not very often - I cannot relate it to a job for example. We erase the field as fast as it arises. In the change log only the erases are shown.
Does anyone know what triggers this, and why?

  • Add suffix to Project names?  Pre-fill Project description?

    Hi. I'm still working on my Ap3 workflow. Either of the actions in the subject would be most helpful:
    • *Add suffix to Project names*. I have 144 Projects I would like to rename by adding a few words to the end of their current names.
    • *Pre-fill Project Description*. The Project Description field can be found on the Project Information HUD ({Shift}+i with a Project selected). I would like to have all new Projects start with a default Project description. This could be put in from the import panel.
    I could alternatively make use of being able to append text to the Project Description field.
    Thanks.

    Hi Dave,
    When dealing with dropdowns the best event to use is the preOpen event. This means that there wouldn't be any script in the first dropdown.
    Then in the second dropdown you would have a relative simple script that would look back at the user's selection in the first dropdown and then populate the display items in the second dropdown.
    See examples here:
    http://assure.ly/jcTahK
    http://assure.ly/gcXx03
    http://assure.ly/fYCuQ2
    When adding an item to a dropdown, you can specify both the display item (what the user's sees) and the bound value (the value of the dropdown that is associated with the user's selection).
    So,
    this.additem("Clonmel", "(052) 1234567");
    This would add a city "Clonmel" to the dropdown and the value of the dropdown would be "(052) 1234567", if the user selected Clonmel.
    The textfield can then be given the same name as the dropdown and its binding set to Global (see the object > Binding palette when the textfield is selected).
    Hope that helps,
    Niall

    for iCloud, which name have I to fill in for smtp

    On your mac or iOS device, just begin by creating a new email account in the email client's preferences or settings and be sure to choose "icloud" for the type of account.  the smtp info is filled in automatically.

  • How do I add an automatic user name and password fill-in for a website

    When first visiting a website that requires a login, Firefox provides an option to remember the login/password for the site. If this option isn't selected the first time, how does one get Firefox to remember the login/password at a later date?

    If you clicked "Not now" then Firefox will ask again on the next visit to that log in page.<br />
    If you clicked "Never" then you create an exception and you need to remove that exception.
    You can remove exceptions here: Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: Exceptions

  • LabVIEW 2011 file selection fails to fill in the file name into the "File name:" field

    In LV2011 I am selecting a text file while my code is running. The "file name:" field is not populated with the selected file name.
    This is inconvenient, especially if I want to modify a file name by one or some few characters.
    How do i make LV 2011 behave like the previous versions?

    Thank you fot your reply it causd  me to find the problem.
    I figured it out while I was trying to extract the applicable section of my code to send it to you.
    I had an asterisc wired to the "default name" input of the "File dialog" VI.
    Now I am not wiring anything to the "default name" input of the "File dialog" VI and it works just fine.
    I am sorry for your lost time.

    when I send emails, my friends told me my name doesn't appear in the "from" column. How do I solve this problem?

    Badunit, thanks for your reply. I just went into Mail/Preferences/Accounts, "full name" field is filled correctly with my name. This happens to only certain recipients, and not every emails. Sometimes my name shows and sometime it doesn't show. And this only started to occur recently.

  • When visiting one particular site my user name is automatically entered when clicking in the required box. I want to prevent this, how?

    This site requires a user name to be filled in a specific box and in another box you have to enter a series of numbers generated by a number generator (so not a password - different series every time you log in).
    However I don't want my username to appear automatically in the first box. When trying to change this in the security settings (extra-options-security), there is a password section where you can choose exceptions to the rule of remembering (if the remember box is marked). When clicking this exceptions box, the url of the site I'm talking about is not shown and it cannot be entered either, since you can only remove here.
    When clicking the "saved passwords" option, neither the site nor the username is listed. I think I have read all the help sections in relation to usernames and passwords, but found no solution.
    How do I prevent this username (so only a username - not the combination usename/password), to appear in the box?

    Hi Elron,
    I believe you can do that using a Firefox Add-on named [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/form-history-control/ Form History Control]. You can download it through that link.

  • EXPORT TO MEMEORY ID: name sensitive?

    Hi All.
    I am using EXPORT/IMPORT TO/FROM MEMORY ID statement and I have the following problem:
    During the EXPORT statement I have to use a field with exactly the same name as the field I used during the IMPORT statement.
    This means that if I'm using a field with the same name the EXPORT fills it with expected values, but if I'm using a different name the field stayed empty and the SY-SUBRC=0.
    Does any of you know what might cause this problem?
    thanx.
    ayal.

    Hi Yes SAP Team,
    the name of the fields is not most important. But the data object must have the same structure for the same ID.
    You should always use the addition 3 ( ... ID key) with the statement. The effect of the variant without this addition is not certain. (  EXPORT statements in different parts of a program overwrite each other in the ABAP memory), since it exists only for reasons of compatibility with R/2.
    EXPORT int_tab[] TO MEMORY ID 'ABC'.
    IMPORT int_tab[] FROM MEMORY ID 'ABC'.
    This means if you export to another ID you must also IMPORT from the other ID.
    Regards,
    Clemens

  • HT1347 I have an mp3 DVD with episodes of Gunsmoke.  iTunes imports them, but does not sort them correctly by date or episode.  One file name is GS 52-04-26 001 Billy the Kid.mp3

    I have an mp3 DVD with episodes of Gunsmoke.  iTunes imports them, but does not sort them correctly by date or episode.  One file name is GS 52-04-26 001 Billy the Kid.mp3.  iTunes sorts them by month/day/year.  How can I fix that?

    The weird thing is, it worked before. I encoded all the videos previously and had them all listed and didn't encounter this problem, but I noticed I'd forgotten to decomb/detelecine the videos so I deleted everything and re-encoded it all. AFter filling the tags out and setting poster frames again I was thinking of making life easier by just pasting the same artwork for every episode, so I did, but didn't like the results so I deleted it again (I selected every video, used Get Info and pasted the artwork that way).
    I think it was after this that the problem started to occur. In any case I've been through every episode and made sure the name, series, episode and episode id fields are all filled in with incremental values and they are. I even made sure the Sort Name field was filled in on every video. But this didn't work either.
    So, thinking another restart was needed I deleted every video again. Re-encoded them all, again. Set the tags for every video and poster frame again. Finished it all off nicely, checked cover flow and was highly annoyed to find it was STILL showing the same two pieces of art work for every video as shown in that image I posted.
    Ultimately, I wouldn't care so much that cover flow is screwing up like this as I always intended to sort by program anyway so it would only ever display one piece of artwork for an entire series of videos, however where-as when it was working it picked the artwork for the first episode of a series to display, its instead picking one of the latter episodes. I can't seem to find any way of choosing what artwork I want displayed.

  • Corrupted query  witdh dataadapter.fill?

    After using the ODP.NET driver (both) 9.2.0.4 and 9.2.0.2.102 for a while, we hit a problem today on 2 clients simulaneuously (new in-dev code, so maybe due to a recent change in our code).
    The strange thing that happened (seen in sqlnet trace file) is that the query is transmitted with a corrupted character: the query is below. Note the '^' in 'part^source'. Should have been 'part_source'. Altough there are some things added dynamically to the query, the 'part_source' part is hardcoded. Has anyone seen something like this using ODP.NET?
    Full query here:
    SELECT part_no , description , base_uom , part^source , base_conv_factor , base_to_unit , part_type , date_imported , changed_date , alt_part_no , obsolete FROM part WHERE (part_no =:1) ORDER BY part_no ASC
    Executed using:
    ' Create the DataAdapter & DataSet
    lDa = New OracleDataAdapter(lCmd)
    ' Fill the DataSet using default
    ' values for DataTable names, etc.
    lDa.Fill(lDt)
    If aWithSchema = True Then
         lDa.MissingSchemaAction = MissingSchemaAction.Add
         lDa.FillSchema(lDt, SchemaType.Source)
    End If

    Below is the ODP.NET trace...
    cirumstances:
    we have a library of queries (datalayer) that are being called from within an ASP.NET app. The queries work fine for a while, but after some time a couple of queries get garbled in the DA.Fill. In the debugger, the query still looks find up till the moment of DA.Fill, but then the column 'part_source' becomes 'part^source'. There are manipulations with stringbuilder before that, but this part of the query is fixed in our code.
    We have an operational version of our software running without this problem (but still on Framework 1.0, now we are at Framework 1.1). We have it both with 9.2.0.2102 and 9.2.0.4 ODP.NET vs. 9.2.0.1 Oracle DB (but since it's the Network send, I guess the target DB does not play a role in this problem).
    Recreating this problem in a small testcase is not obvious as the same rahter generic code works for 100's of other queries without problems (even with the query that generates an issue). The problem goes away after iisreset.

  • Automatically fill in an a text field after a selection from dropdown field in a acrobat form.

    I have two fields. One dropdown menu field for employee name and one field for occupation (an text field). I would like to let a employee select his name and automatically fill in the text field with his occupation. So for example:
    John---> Automatically fill in "Engineer" etc..
    Thank you in advance!

    See Programming List and Combo fields in Acrobat and LiveCycle forms by Thom Parker.
    This is not simple programing, but it follows standard JavaScript programing standards.

  • Automatic Form Filling

    I need to create a master PDF file with Acrobat 8 Pro that consists of multiple business forms that one can enter all the information on the first page and it will automatically populate the rest of the pages. In other words, when one inputs a name, it will fill every "name" field elsewhere in the PDF.
    Can this be done? I have gone through the help files but can't seem to find the information I need on harvesting the inputted data and having it auto-fill.
    Thanks!
    Dan

    O.K., so I opened a new file in LiveCycle Designer and put two Text Fields on the page. I then right-clicked on each of them, chose "Rename Object...," and gave them both the name "Address." I saved the PDF, opened it up, typed something in the first field, and as expected, it did not automatically repeat in the second field.
    I say "as expected" since I assumed that what I am trying to accomplish would be more complicated than just using the same field name, so either that is true, or I am doing something wrong in attempting to follow your directions.
    Note that I am completely new to LiveCycle, so don't assume anything regarding my understanding of the basics of what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks in advance for your help!

  • Sharepoint 2007 - Possible to have customized ID and field auto-filling?

    Hi guys.
    I'm new to sharepoint, I have 2 questions that I could not get answers(mostly Sharepoint 2010 onwards) from Google, please help me.
    1. I need to have an ID that is unique and with the format ABC123 ( 1 = Year, 2 = Month, 3 = running number) and I need to reset the running number to 0 on every year, are these possible in Sharepoint 2007?
    2. My form will be having some fields that are identical, for example Student Name. I want to make other same fields have the same student name when users fill up or after submitted the form. Is this posisble in Sharepoint 2007?
    Appreciate for all helps and suggestions.

    About 1.
    Where is the 'ID' belong to?
    About 2.
    I  think you need develop some customized solution to accomplish this, for example, develop an Event Receiver.
    Thanks a lot,
    Hi Gavin,
    Thanks for your help on this.
    For question 1, I've got a requirement changed. That ID is actually a request ID, now users want it to be displayed on the form once the form is loaded, and that ID will be used as the Title. Is this possible? It sounds to me that the ID might be duplicate,
    unless the ID is increased once the form is loaded. But there is a risk if users didn't save their forms and just close it, the ID would be out of order.

  • Long list of names - three columns

    Hi,  I am tryhing to do the follow:
    -  I have a long list of names which need to be continually updated.
    -  List is in Alphbetical order
    -  As the list is so long I want to have three columns per page.
    -  How can I keep updating and making sure they are in alphabetical order without having to keep organising them.
    If you select and put into ascending order it only does one column at a time not the whole list?
    Please can you help.
    Thanks.
    Ozpaws

    Hi Oz,
    I'm disappointed that we haven't heard from you since my (and Jerry's and Jeff's) most recent posts.
    I've done a bit of further exploring since then. Here's a sample of the results, using the same data as in my earlier suggestion, but with the result data moved into two three-column tables.
    The result tables (Print3x, on Sheet 1, on the right, are scaleable to the size that will fit one to a page, and additional result table need only a simple edit to the formula before it is filled into the new table. The extra column on Print3a is required to avoid a self-reference error. All Print3x tables must contain the same number of rows.
    Updating, as previously, requires a sort of the Data table (on Sheet 2, on the left) after new entries are made. Resorting of the result tables is automatic.
    The small table, Counts, on Sheet 2, is for calculations related to the transfer, and may be hidden, or moved to a third sheet, if desired.
    Formulas:
    Counts::B2: =COUNTA(Data3 :: $A)
    Counts the number of names in the list.
    Counts::B3: =ROWS(Print3a :: $D)-1
    Counts the number of rows (including the header row) in Print3a. Subtracts 1 to obtain the number of rows to fill with names.
    Counts::B4: =COLUMNS(Print3a :: $1:$1)-1
    Counts the number of columns (including the extra column) in Print3a. Subtracts 1 to obtain the number of columns to fill with names.
    Counts::B5: =B3*B4
    Calculates the number of cells used when the table is full.
    Print3a:
    A2, and filled right to column 3 and down to the end of the table:
    =IF(0+ROW()-1+(COLUMN()-1)*Counts :: $B$3<=Counts :: $B$2,OFFSET(Data3 :: $A$1,0+ROW()-1+(COLUMN()-1)*Counts :: $B$3,0),"")
    0+ROW()-1+(COLUMN()-1)*Counts :: $B$3<=Counts :: $B$2
    Compares the number of cells used to this point with the number of names to be filled in. If the number 'used' is less than or equal to the number of names, then:
    OFFSET(Data3 :: $A$1,0+ROW()-1+(COLUMN()-1)*Counts :: $B$3,0)
    Fills the current cell with the next name from the Data table.
    If the number 'used' is greater than the number of names, then:
    places a null string in the cell.
    Print3b:
    =IF((Counts::$B$5+ROW()-1+(COLUMN()-1)*Counts :: $B$3)<=Counts :: $B$2,OFFSET(Data3 :: $A$1,Counts :: $B$5+ROW()-1+(COLUMN()-1)*Counts :: $B$3,0),"")
    This is the same formula as used on Print3a, with the two bold parts replaced as shown to make each new table start at the right place on the Data list.
    For the third Print# table, Counts::$B$5 would be replaced with (2*Counts::$B$5), etc.
    Some difficulty to set up, but fully automatic once in place. To Print, go to Sheet 2, then Print. Limit the pages to print to pages 1 to the count of tables containing names.
    Regards,
    Barry
    PS: I like Jerry's method—simple and easy, requiring only a copy and paste, then setting the Pages document to three columns. The second step could possibly be eliminated by setting up a three column template, and using that for the document to paste into. (NOT tested due to lack of time at the moment)
