Navigational Block - Key Figure Order

I have a structure that appears within the navigational block. To meet the needs of the user we created a key figure for Shipments, etc for each month. When the user click on the filter to pick what they want, the month of Feb displays at the end of the list. Also the query displays the results with the  month of February at the end. Is there something in web template or query to sort the keys figures properly? Thanks, Steve

I guess this is why I am confused. All the months/key figures are correctly ordered in the query. It is a time the query is executed and the user goes into the structure through the navigation block that the order is incorrect. I also thought the order in the query should dictate the order the user sees and the query display.

  • How to block key figure value input in DP?

    Hello everyone!!
I need to create a way to block the input of value in some key figures in some planning books in DP.
I tried to create a macro to block cell input - CELL_INPUT(XXX) = 0 - , but unfortunately it doens´t work, because I have another macro (default) that keeps one cell of the entire row opened to the user insert the values.
I can not put the "closing" macro as an interactive macro in the planning book, because, only one user is able to execute the macros, not all of them. And I also can not take off the other macro from the default event or change in the design mode of the planning book.
Does anybody know´s another way to do it?
    Thanks a lot!!
    Regards
    Angela

    Hello Visu
It´s not possible to create another planning book. They will have to use the same. But I have another solution. I´ll create this macro to block the values input in the determined row to be executed only for one user. This user will be the administrator, and only he would be able to execute this macro to block the other users.
But I have one doubt,  how can I set the macro to be execute only by this user using the USER( ) function? The way I did it´s locking only this user, and it has to block all the others. The function user will be used only for the administrator.
    The macro is like this:
    IF
        USER ( 'AAA') = 1
        Line XXX (Attributes) =
            ROW_INPUT( 0 )
    ENDIF

  • Order Series key figure is considered as Time Series

    Hi Gurus,
I'm adding a new Key FIgure (Order type) into a copied version of SNP Planning Area.
I have assigned category and therefore category group and, applied similar settings like other KFs (Planning Area, Planning Bokk...). The thing is when going into Data View, it's not behaving as an Order Type and saves its data as a Time Series. Thus no "detailed information" appears when I right-click in the bucket.
Do you have any idea where my settings are wrong?
PS: I'm using SCM 7.0 module version
    Many thanks & regards,
    David

    Hi David,
You defined the keyfigure as order keyfigure. So when enter value in this keyigure system tries to create order as per keyfigure function which is assigned to this keyfigure.please note that not all the keyfigure functions creates the order.
If your keyfigure function is anyone of the following then system creates the stock transaport order:
    4001
    4015
    4002
    4007
    4006
    4013
    4018
    4019
    4020
If your keyfigure function is anyone of the following then system creates planned orders:
    2001
    9020
    2007
If your keyfigure function is anyone of the following then system creates forecast:
    1002
    1003
    1004
Hope this information will helps you.

  • Display Text as a Key Figure

    Hi peeps,
I would like to display a text half way along my bex report
i.e. would like to display 4 chars ,then 5 kfs then some text and then some more kfs.
i am currently doing this using a Formula Variable to Replace a KF value with a char, and this works to an extent.
The char value is diplayed, but the formula variable only allows me to set the output to Number so if the char contains anything other than a number it fails to display. It also contains the number formating in bex.
    any ideas.
    e.g.
if a char contains week no, 200450, when using a formula var to display this as a KF, I get 200,450 formatting in Bex.
If the char contains 10/20/30 I get a display error in bex as it will not alow the '/' to be displayed
    any ideas.

You could create your query as a tabular query. To do this just click on the 'Tabular Display' Button (left beside the technical Name button. There you can arrange the columns as you like and you are not restricted to characteristics/key figures order.

  • Key Figures in navigation pane

    To all:
I am running bi7.0(nw2004s) sps11.  I am building a report in the web query designer. Is it possible to have the key figures (restricted & calculated) show up in the navigation pane of a query in the wad or query designer?  For instance, I have restricted key figures for 1h and 2H.  I would like these key figures to show up in the navigation pane so that the user could drag and drop only the 'columns' that they would like to see in the report.
    Thanks in advance,
    Dan

    Hi,
this is not possible via drag & drop.
You'll see an item called 'Key Figures' in the navigation block.  There you can select filter values (also to be reached via 'query properties'), which has the same effect.

  • Open sales orders key figure in APO

    HI Gurus,
Can anyone please throw some light as to where i need to be looking in this scenario. Our BW resource extracts open sales order quantity from ECC and loads into APO DP. The issue that i'm seeing is the open sales order quantity key figure is not getting updated properly in APO. For example to begin with we have a quantity of 800 EA in the period of 12/2014 (we go by fiscal period and in this case 12 would represent September 2014), 01/2015(October 2014), 02/2015(November 2014). The customer service group has deleted the quantity completely from period 12/2014 (September 2014) in ECC. But when i look in the planning book in APO, i can still see the quantities in the periods of 12/2014, 01/2015 and 02/2015. I was expecting the quantity from the period of 12/2014 to not showup in APO as it has been deleted in ECC. Our BW resource also confirms that he has loaded it properly in APO. Where can i start looking to resolve this issue.
    Thanks
    Ravi

Dear Subhash, Thanks for your reply and i apologize as APO DP is new to me and i'm picking up things, can you please guide me to which tcode should i be going and checking this. Also reloading the planning area can you xplain a little more please
Okay i have checked in the tcode /SAPAPO/TSCUBE and this is setup in the process chain for us which runs once a month on the opening day of the period. I hope this is what you were referring to?
Under the key figure assignment in TSCUBE tcode, i see that the 'Add data" check box is not checked under Target area.

  • Change order of key figure is not working in Web report output (using WAD)

    Hi,
We are using BI 7.0, release 701 and level 008. We are facing problem in WAD (web report output). When ever we do 'Select filter' for key figures and 'change the order' of key figures, it does not get reflected in new order. Though drag and drop of key figures is working.
Though same change order is working fine in Bex Analyser.
    Kindly suggest some inputs.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
On Which Service Pack are you on?WAD has this feature of re arranging the keyfigures in BI 7.0 for SPS 14...

  • KEY FIGURE: Effective purchase order value & K.F "No. of Purch.Orders"

    Yo my fellow Gurus,
Got a problem, when executing listcube on the Info-Cube 0PUR_C01 - I see the data/amounts in the column for "Effective purchase order value" / 0ORDER_VAL. But when running the query with the Key Figure I just get "0"
I tried the option of adding the Process Keys not allocated in the Routine list of keys, yet still nothing has popped in the query, and heres the routine after  additonal keys added:
    PROGRAM UPDATE_ROUTINE.
$$ begin of global - insert your declaration only below this line  -
    TABLES: ...
    INCLUDE RS_BCT_MM_UPDATE_RULES.

ABORT LIKE SY-SUBRC. "set ABORT <> 0 to cancel update
$$ begin of routine - insert your code only below this line        -
fill the internal table "MONITOR", to make monitor entries
    IF ( COMM_STRUCTURE-PROCESSKEY = '001' or     "Bestellung

        RETURNCODE = 0.
    else.
        RETURNCODE = 4.
    endif.
if abort is not equal zero, the update process will be canceled
This seems to be also the issue with my other Key Figure "No. of Purch. Orders" except here it the just comes up blank / 0 . This is to some the number of pos per plant for the month. So it's not storing anything but running via an interface and then with the aid of the routine loading the count into the cube:
    PROGRAM UPDATE_ROUTINE.
$$ begin of global - insert your declaration only below this line  -
    TABLES: ...
    DATA:   ...
$$ end of global - insert your declaration only before this line   -

      CHANGING RESULT LIKE /BI0/V0PUR_C04T-NO_PUR_ORD
               RETURNCODE LIKE SY-SUBRC
ABORT LIKE SY-SUBRC. "set ABORT <> 0 to cancel update
$$ begin of routine - insert your code only below this line        -
fill the internal table "MONITOR", to make monitor entries
      if COMM_STRUCTURE-HDRPROCESS = '01'         "Bestellung
         AND COMM_STRUCTURE-no_hdr <> 0.
    result value of the routine
        RESULT = COMM_STRUCTURE-no_hdr.
if the returncode is not equal zero, the result will not be updated
        RETURNCODE = 0.
      else.
        RETURNCODE = 4.
      endif.
if abort is not equal zero, the update process will be canceled
      ABORT = 0.
$$ end of routine - insert your code only before this line         -
    ENDFORM.
    Please advise the way forward.

  • Net Value Key figure in Service Level: Order Items OSD_C12

    Hi,
I'm trying to set up the Sales Analysis Business content for my Customer but I don't get the Net Value key figure to work. My customer uses TS as price unit (1 TS = 1000 PC). The net price are set to 35EUR / 1 TS. In BW the Net value don't consider the price unit and the Net value 3700EUR on the order is displayed as 3 700 000EUR.
Another problem is that the price is not always defined in TS. Some times the price is defined by PC.

  • Incoming orders key figure / booking

    Hello together,
    I am new to SAP.
Together with a group of colleagues we have to solve several tasks in the SD Module. Most of them are done. But with the CO-Integration we are struggling.  We are looking for the key figures with are created when you save an incoming order (total order value?). Can  you tell us where we can find this figures as well as the corresponding bookings?
The second point is the target/actual situation of an  order position. Is this the structure which you get if you click on the status button in VA02 /VA03? If yes where is the connection to CO, if not where could we find the target/actual comparison.
    Thank you
    Jan

    Hi Eduardo,
thank you for your quick answer. We are solving this tasks in the IDES system for training purposes - the function itself should be activated. Do you know where we can find the  posting of the incoming order (in the SAP Easy Access, not in IMG)?
For clarification purposes the translation of the tasks:
    1. when saving an sales order the  "incoming order value" is posted to the CO. Where can you find it?
    2. Where can you find the plan/actual comparison on an order position?
    Thank you

  • Change Order of key figures

    Hi Gurus,
    We are using BI 7.0. & MS excel 2003 & 2007 both.
I've designed a query with 10 Key figures.
After execution, based on Key figures I have Added Local Formula in query.
Now I want to change the order of Key Figures and bring Newly added Local Formula column at 3rd position.
I've tried using Select Filter... and changed the order of column as I want, but this doesn't work.
I can drag the column & drop it at desired position. It's working that way in office 2003.
But in office 2007, Drag and Drop not working at all. Even for characteristics also.
Is this problem with BEx Excel Patch? I've installed excel patch for both 2003 & 2007. But still not working properly.
Please suggest. If you know latest patch available for office 2003 & 2007, please suggest.
    Thanks.

    HI,
    I am on BI7, Excel 2007
Drag and Drop Functionality for both Char & KF is working fine including the placement of Local Formula.
seems you need to check with the Basis Team for proper installation of the BEx Excel patch

  • How to create a key figure in SNP plannignbook which generate FA type order

    Hello
trying to create a Key Figure in SNP planning book which generates FA type orders
could kindly suggest how to do it?
    thanks
    elena

    Hi,
You would be having different key figures in SNP. The type of orders that you see in Key figure is driven by type of categories or category group that you assign in planning area to each key figure. You can modifiy these cateogry groups in IMG settings.
When you manually create a forecast through a report then automatically you will see those orders in key figures where you have assigned the category FA.
    Hope this helps.

  • Define key figures -incoming order, invoiced sales and credit memo in BW

    Hi everyone,
I combined two ODS into one ODS from 2LIS_11_VAITM & 2LIS_13_VDITM. I want to generate reports that contain net value, cost of incoming order, invoiced sales, and credit memo'(SD module).
I tried to create some calculated key figures in BW that contain the net value and cost of incoming order, invoiced sales and credit memo. However, i couldn't find relative fields to define them.
Can anyone provide help regarding how to create those key figures in BW? Thank you.

    Hello John,
I think the best way to check it out is by looking at the business content. There might be mapping already defined for the fields you are looking for. The one standing out is perhaps the net value 'ONET_VALUE'.
Please try to use as much of content KF as possible. A good approach to finding the right info-objects is by searching the business content by info-sources and marking the grouping as 'Collect before and afterwords', it should list down all the dependent info-objects.
    Hope that helps.
    Cheers, Ashu

  • PM Order, cost and key figures

I have created and configured a new PM planning plant, cost center, work center, pm types and all that usual of PM requirement, but still I think something is missing in in the ingredient because when I try to creat a PM order and assign a bunch of operations with man hours to it, I discovered that there is NO cost and key figures showing...basically the estimated cost show $0.00. In other Plant it shows correct est cost.
Any help will greatly appreciate with rewarding points.
    Thanks,
    Tim

COst in order operations will get summarised under cost tab as labour/internal cost provided-
1.Activity rate is maintained for activity via KP26 for cost centre
2.Cost center is entered into work centre master data.
3.Value category maintained correctly for cost element group where cost elemnt for internal cost is within this group.
In your case it seems missing link is activity rate maintenace.
    Thanks

  • Order of update rules execution of multiple key figures

Can anyone explain the order in which update rules execute if I have 10 key figures and defined one update routine for each key figure?

    Hello GKR
This is applicable for yupdate rule as well as transfer rule
start routine executes first ( update rule/transfer routine)
In update rule the rule which u have defined first, executes first...same in transfer rule..the rule which u define first in transfer rule window executes first...
