Need Automatic trigger of Third Party

Dear SAP Gurus,
I have a requirement. We have some materials and this materials are either delivered by Company itself or sometimes by Vendors. Now the requirement is whenever this material is not there in the stock, system should automatically triggered Third Party Sales.
How can we achieve this requirement? Plz assist me in this.

Normally in that case, what the seller will do is they order directly on the vendor, inward the material and process sales activities. Can you reconfirm your client is not following this practice which is predominantly being followed in all manufacturing industries?

Self made trigger for third party device?

Hi, everyone! I am new to labview programming.
Recently I have been trying to realize a function to trigger(or start) the third party device to do acquisition. I want to use the DAQmx to acquire one channel signal(which is continous pulse signal). And use this DAQmx acquired signal to trigger the third party device. I want each pulse signal to start the third party device to do acquisition.
Could someone give me some advice or suggestions? I would be grateful for any of your help. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much. I am glad to get your reply. First I am sorry for my lack of knowledge of Labview. I will learn and be more careful of using the terminology.
I have "NI PCI-6052E" as the hardware device. And I use "BNC-2120" connector block to connect the trigger source. I useonly one channel of 6052E to acquire the signal. This trigger signal actually is periodic pulse signal of voltage ranging from 0 to 5V. The pulse voltage is 0V, all other are 5V.
I give my answers to your questions as followings.
What kind of signal does the third party device require for triggering?Is it a physical signal like a voltage or current?
The third party device actually doesn't have to use this pulse trigger to start, I just want to make a customized trigger to sync the third party device with the pulse signal. And each pulse make the device start working. This pulse trigger is a voltage signal that can be linked to 6052E by BNC connectors.
Is it a message transmitted via USB, Ethernet, or tin cans and a string?
I am sorry, I don't get this. I guess it transmitted by BNC.
What is the timing of the signal you are acquiring?
I used the sample clock in DAQmx timing function.
How much latency can you tolerate between the acquired signal and the trigger to the third party device?
I actually can control the interval time between each pulse. I require this interval time to be more than 1s and during this time the third party device can do acquisition itself. So the latency I think should be in the range of ms.
Do you need to do any signal processing or analysis on the acquired signal to generate the trigger?
The trigger signal is pulse signal. Actually I don't know much about signal processing, I don't know what kind signal is better for my application. If you have any better idea, please let me know.

Automatic GR by Third Party delivery throug shipping notification?

What is the best scenario if the third party vendor sends goods directly to the end customer? The vendor can send me a shipping notification. Can I post automatically (only for third party and direct delivery to end customer) a GR when I receive an shipping notification?

We have a similar requirement that I am designing a solution for.
Here is what I am doing-
Sales Order is created with item category TAS.
The item category I get in the PReq is Third Party
The account Assignment category will drive whether you can process GR or not.
(you may change or create new account assignment category in spro>materials management>purchasing>Account assignment>Maintain Account Assignment Categories) If you want Goods Receipt to be processed, account assignment category C could also work). Which one you would like to use can be decided and then assigned to Schedule Line category for third party you use. This assignment is done in SD config in schedule line category.
About your other concern on how do you know about readiness of delivery @ vendor for you to pickup and deliver to customer -
Use confirmation control key in the purchasing. Use the one that allows you create a shipping notification (Inbound Delivery). If you want, use EDI from vendor so that when vendor informs you via inbound delivery, your system tracks the readiness of the delivery at vendor's premises. You may complete GR(now it becomes optional because your very purpose of processing GR is addressed by shipping notification). In 3rd party processing, Delivery Note is not required for the Sales Order because you physically won't deliver to customer.

If you install Lion in place and are using versions supported in Lion, no. You should check with your third party software vendors to see whether upgrades are required to work with Lion. For example, since you mentioned Office, the 2008 and 2011 versions are compatible with Lion. The 2004 version is not. It is generally a good idea to upgrade your apps first, and then upgrade to Lion, as you may sometimes need the older version of the app to migrate data to the new version.

Once the vendor invoice is received and trade invoice should be triggered/created.
However I would also like to check that trade invoice only be created for received quantity.

You can set a background job for automatically( SDBILLDL).
In third party process only after creating LIV,the third party Invoice is will be available in VF04.
This would make you to create automatically F2 automatically as you have set background job.
Please let us know if this works.

In case of automatic po creation from third party order we have attach purchase organization and vendor to sales organization. This restrict only one vendor against sales organization.
Is any BADI available which we can use which to change vedor dynamically ?

For automatic PO at the time of GR following are the prerequisites:
1) In Customizing
a) Auto PO generation must be activated in Mov. Type 101 & 161
b) the plant for which GR is entered must be assigned to standard Pur. Org.
c) Default Document type for PO must be specified in GR ( MB 01)
2) Application - Front end side
a) material must be valuated material
b) Purchasing Info record must exist for vendor , material & standard Pur Org.
c) Conditions in Info Records must be valid.
d) Applicable for stock items & not consumable items
e) you cannot enter any movement in GR block stock
f) Material Master & vendor master records must.
If you ensure all above settings then it is possible to have auto PO during GR.

Need info on configuring Third Party Systems on Soln Mgr

Hi All,
I have installed Solution Manager 4.0 on Windows 2003 Server and Oracle 10.2.0.2 and need to integrate Third Party Systems like E3, HighJump and Marketmax on it.
What we are basically looking for is configuring the Service Desk functionality so that tickets are generated from these systems.
Can any one provide me with any kind of help as to how to go about doing this ? I am almost done with configuring the Basic Settings in the IMG to implement the Service Desk. I say almost because it does ask me to create a System Landscape and I donot want the SAP Systems to be monitored.

Need to Allow Certain Third-Party Applications via MDM

I just deployed a computer lab of iMacs and Minis and am using Yosemite/Server 4 to manage them. All computers are running 10.10.1
I Profile Manager>Restrictions, I want to allow users to use many native OS X applications but additionally I need to allow a handful of third-party applications to run.
In Restrictions>Apps I have the option to "Restrict which apps are allowed to launch" and then create an allow list but it only allows native apps to be added. There is the option to allow and disallow folders, but no indication of where (Users or Mac HD Level) or how (naming and file path) those folders should be configured.
Can anyone give me some resources or pointers here?
I will add that this is my first OS X server deployment. I am well versed in the AD environment as well as the OS X as operating system.

Can't update Adobe AIR after Yosemite update and need it for a third-party app.

I updated to Yosemite and had some issues. After receiving help from Apple, I could not open a third-party app; it said I needed to update Adobe AIR. When I tried to do that, I got the same message saying I needed to update AIR again. I tried uninstalling and installing AIR but without success. What steps do I need to take?

I had a similar problem when trying to install Zinio.air. I have made it all work out. What i did was remove Adobe Air 15 entirely from the Utiliites and Library/ accounts and preferences. I then downloaded Adobe Air 13 and installed and then clicked on Zinio .air and it all installed ok. I also had to temporarily change security settings from Apple approved to Anywhere. All functioning now.

NEED TO INTEGRATE WITH THIRD PARTY (ALPHATRUST) BY MAKING HTTPS REQUEST FRO

We have a custom OA-framework based project going live almost immediately. I am responsible for the piece that needs to
integrate with a service provider, Alphatrust, that we use for signatures. My
code worked fine in my local JDeveloper environment using a java.net.URL object
to get a URLConnection. It turns out that my local configuration is defaulting
to use Sun's http client that is included in the JDK/JRE, while the appserver
has the configuration java.proto .handler.pkgs=HTTPClient which makes it use
(I think) some version of the open source client at
http://www.innovation.ch/java/HTTPClient/. With this configuration my outbound
request sending xml post data fails with a ClassCast exception thrown from
HTTPClient.HTTPConnection.getSSLSocket(HTTPConnection.java:1933). I have two
candidate workarounds in mind.
(1) remove the configuration java.protocol.handler.pkgs=HTTPClient.
I have tested this option and it does fix the problem. However I am concerned that it may have unintended
consequences, such as possibly breaking our Verisign integration.
(2) place an alternate http client library on the classpath, such as Jakarta Commons
HttpClient, and use it. But (a) I don't know exactly how to place extra jar's
onto the classpath on the application server and (b) I don't know what the
support implications vis-a-vis Oracle would be.
Please advise. Would you recommond option (1), (2), or is there yet another option that I have not
thought of? Please treat this request as urgent.

Not sure if you have seen oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAUrl and whether it fits your scenario.

How can I file share with another person if both of us are using Mac operating systems? Do we need to use a third party file sharing system or does apple have this capability?

How can I file share with another personif both of us are using Mac operating systems (one of us using a Mac laptop and the other using iMac). Our intention is to have a working document that can be changed by both parties over time and both parties will have visibility to the others changes.

Intune & Third Party Software Automatic Updates

Can Windows Intune ensure third party software such as Java, Adobe Reader, & Flash is updated? I at-least want an email when a PC has an out of date version of the above software. If Windows Intune can't do
this, any recommendations?
We're a small business that simply uses Windows Intune and Office 365. Recently a PC had a vulnerable/out of date version of Java and visited a compromised site, resulting in a nasty virus. Obviously I don't want this to happen again.
Update: I ended up using GFI Cloud's patch management to address the lack of automatic third party patching in Windows Intune.

That requires manually uploading patch files for third party software daily... I'm looking for something that can automatically update common third party software that cause major security concerns, or at-least notify me when they are out of date.
