Hi,
My requirment is, need to clear the billing block field (LIKP-FAKSK) for Delivery header. Can I use standard BAPI "BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE". If not please suggest with other BAPI or Standart Function Modules.
I searched in many Outbound Delivery BAPIs, but billing block field (LIKP-FAKSK) does not existing in sturcture of these BAPIs.
Please suggest me with any BAPI or Function Modules. or Any Idea how to proceed.

Normally we can change from VL02N tcod for single fields. But in my report i have to use BAPI or and Funation Modules for Delivery header.

Changing billing block in outbound delivery

Hi All,
I want to change the billing block for the outbound delivery( tcode : VL02N ). That field is LIKP-FAKSK (Billing block). It will be helpful for me if I could get a BAPI or FM. I have tried BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE but it has only the Delivery block but not the billing block. Plz. help.

I did the same earlier but if delivery block is available in ECC and material is stage on hold area. and now after some time i need to dispatch same delivery, but now i am not able to remove delivery block from ECC, Beacouse Vl02N does not work after delivery distributed in EWM so how can i do PGI for the same .

Problem in changing Billing Block for sale order.

I need to change the Billing block of the particular sale order ,I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE and populating sale order and billing block in the respective structure .The billing block is not getting changed.

Try to use CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN if it's system status
and CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN if it is user status

To be more specific, my requirement is determinate a new output type in the billing document if other output type already was printed, so as I can't determinate automaticaly the output type by standard I need to create a program to insert an output type in the billing document if other one was printed; for that I need to know if there is a BAPI to change the billing document to insert this new output type.

Finding batch job name for sales order change (billing block)

hi,
there is a tab known as billing block in the sales order.
now a batch job ran which removed this billing block and released the sales order for delivery and PGI activities.
we have the information regarding the date and time on which this batch job ran but the job name is unknown.
also we tried in SM37 which gives no details.
we have information regarding the user name of the batch job but name is unknown.
help us in finding the batch job name with the above mentioned available data.
it is a very high priority.

Hi ,
in SM37-->
     a)Set the Job start condition ( dates ) --You have information --YOu can keep them blank if you don't have the information. But it will fetch all the batch jobs of the user.
     b) user Name -You have information
     c_ use '*' in place of Job name
Then this will fetch you the Batch Job name . Then Check step --> you can find the program name.
You can check the Log for job details like when started and when completed.

You should be able to bring up multiple IP's on your machine so that you can have both up until the new one takes over or the old one expires.
I haven't done this for awhile, but I think you would use something like:
ifconfig hme0:2 plumb
ifconfig hme0:2 202.68.216.40 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
route add default 202.68.216.1
NOTE: you would need to change the hme0 to the appropriate NIC for your system, and the interface# and IP addresses as needed.
If that works and the IP is reachable from outside, you could then update the:
/etc/hosts
/etc/netmasks
/etc/defaultrouter
And reboot. Hope this helps.

Problem when updating Billing Block

Scenario : I have created a debit memo request without a billing block.
                In a Separate Program we need to update the Billing block.
                I am using BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE in the following
                manner :
wa_order_header-bill_block    = 'Z5'.
wa_order_header_inx-updateflag = 'U'.
wa_order_header_inx-bill_block = 'X'.
call function 'BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE'
       exporting
            salesdocument    = wf_vbeln
            order_header_in = wa_order_header
            order_header_inx = wa_order_header_inx
       tables
            return           = tb_return.
The update is failing with the return message as
<b>Field 'FAKSK' cannot be copied, because it is not ready for input.</b>
Any Input as to why its failing ?

I got the same problem but I do not think the mentioned FM´s will do the job.
At least I do not see how you should specify the desired billing block.
The only import value is the sales order number.
What I really would like to know is WHY this field is locked for the BAPI.
It´s only locked as long it is initial, as soon as there is a value you can change it by using BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE.
That really doesn´t make any sense to me....

You can try TCode V.00
This transaction when executed will give you the list of all the sales documents blocked for delivery per sales organization. There are various other criteria which might be useful. This transaction will allow you to edit each sales document.
If this is not the one that you want, then perhaps you might have to develop one.

BAPI to change planned orders details

Hi Experts,
I need BAPI to change Planned order details,which are created through SNP PPM's.I searched for Bapi and got one 'BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3' but this BAPI will change order details if created for PP/DS PPM's.
Kindly suggest will this BAPI only work or someother.
I want to keep the PPM name blank and save the order details through BAPI.

You may please search on google, there are lots of tutorial on BDC, you will surely get the solution... in short BDC is to record a transaction & then use same recording to generate ABAP program & you can play with screen navigations & update the fields you required...

Remove billing block on a sales document in background

Hi
I have a sales document (a credit memo request) for which we need to remove the billing block. when we are trying to remove the billing block via V.23, the system times out as the document is very big. I tried running v.23 in background but this does not work. I think, as V.23 produces an additional screen where we have to select the document and hit on "delete billing block" button, this was not working in background.
Is there any other way to remove the block other than BDC???

Try using program RVAUFSPE. maintain a variant and set it up for background processing.
