Need command line to view info user agent is sending to server.

What's the command line for this in Terminal? Any site resources you can refer me to so I can learn more on this? I'm a med-adv mac user. Not power user----on 10.8.3.
Any direction on my query is greatly appreciated.

Just to reinforce, the tasks use standard, core Windows APIs to impersonate the account and execute the command -- these APIs never send anything in clear text and if they did, then Windows has much bigger issues. It would actually take
a huge amount of effort to not securely perform this operation.

i have created a new repository with name FD using tcode OAC0.when i give inputs in OACO and click on test connection it gives me information Content repository FD does not exist

one change which i have observed in this trace is .. this trace is showing trace agent as SAP Web application server ... ideally it should show user agent :SAP HTTP

Dear all,
my issue is resolved.I solved my issue myself
solution: SAP sends HTTP request in the form of URL like
http://serverip:port/GET /Default.aspx?serverInfo&pVersion=0045&contRep=FD HTTP/1.0
Now your response should contain string contRep="FD"
dont forget double quotes on repository name coz SAP program matches string with double quotes. if you will return value like this contRep=FD
this will through error.

Hmm... I guess I never thought about doing it in Terminal. Honestly, I'm not sure if textutil can read the content of the textClipping files, as I've read elsewhere that they are strange in that they store the data in resource forks, which makes it tricky to programmatically manipulate them. But I'll look into it to see what I can find out from the manual. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it.
Some of them are in folders, but they are all over the hard drive, not necessarily all congregated in a single folder. I was thinking spotlight could, at the very least, display them all for me in the "All Files" option of Finder, so I could drag them all into an app capable of converting them in a batch. But maybe this command-line textutil could accomplish the same thing. I use Terminal for a lot of things, but this is not a command I have tried before. I'll have to read up on it.

Need command line utility to extract datecode / timecode from DV files

I want to rename all my clips to include their times in the names.
I cant find a command line utility that simply extracts the datecode from the
dv file as to when the clip was shot (cant trust file modification time).

sqlplus - to invoke oracle
userid - is the login id into oracle db
password - is the password
hoststring - is the ORACLE_SID
pl_sql_file_name.ext - is the pl_sql file you wish to run
arg1, arg2, arg3 - the arguments that you may be refering in the pl_sql script. arg1 refers to &1 in your script and arg2 refers to &2 in your script and arg3 refers to &3 in your script.

If you are on release 620, have a look at class CL_ABAP_MEMORY_UTILITES method GET_MEMORY_SIZE_OF_OBJECT. It will tell you how much memory is allocated and how much is actually used. Here is some sample code:

Advice needed: many lines terminating to same user for multiple numbers...

In our situation, there are many numbers that can terminate into one user for many different reasons. I.E. A help line for product A, and a sales line for product B. Some users have up to 14 different numbers that they will be responsible for. It is a CCM 4.2 envorionment, with unity unified msg. The user needs to be able to differentiate between the called numbers. Aside from using multiple lines on a sidecar 7914, is there an alternate solution for changing the appearance of the called number? Would forwarded route points be able to pass calling and called line information via the 7960 screen?

What do I need to do to allow multiple users to connect to a Server?

What do I need to do to allow more than two people to be able to connect to a server via RDP?
I am using Server 2012 and I need 4 clients to be able to RDP in.
The clients will only be accessing the Server from our internal network while they are onsite.
Do I have to setup Licensing and what other steps do I need to do?

Yeah, agree with words of Hari. Normally by default server will allow only 2 remote connection for administrator purpose. So you want 4 users to connect you need RDS CAL to access it. As already suggested you can purchase RDS CAL (Per User or Per Device) according
to your requirement.
After installing RD License server you need to activate it first and then you can install the purchased RDS CAL.

Access via command line to the data files for Address Book

Snow Leopard Server 10.6.8
Mac Mini 2.66 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 1067 MHZ DDR3
I rolled back from Mountain Lion Server to Snow Leopard Server because I needed mySql. At the time I was under AppleCare and they walked me through the steps. However, I ended up with Address Book issues.
Addressbook user on the Snow Leopard Server was upgraded to Mountain Lion Server. During the rollback process, the Apple tech had me delete the Addressbook user.
When we finished the rollback, he had me recreate the Addressbook user, but now it is linked to a new, empty data file. I cannot add new contacts nor edit or delete them. So I need to use the command line to view both data store files, find the one that has my data in it and re-attach it to my new Addressbook user.
Can someone help me with the Command Line commands?

There are a couple of more advanced solution I can think of and I'm actually working on one myself.
* You can create your own jnlp client that allows you to pass in arguments. That sounds harder than it easy. Building a stripped down jnlp client (e.g. no installer, no applets) using one of the two open-source client as a start takes probably just a couple of days and should be sufficient for in house usage.
* Another solution is what I'm working on now. You can wrap your own executable around javaws that takes your passed in arguments plus jnlp href and looks up the original in the cache and adds a new one to the cache that it passes on to javaws and suddenly everything works as it should. I'm not sure what part of this you are having difficulty with. Imagine for a moment that instead of asking for your end user to type something into a text-entry field and to monitor what they type (perhaps when the ENTER key is pressed), that instead you provide 3 buttons on your stage. Responding to a button press in this scenario is much the same as responding to typed user input - your movie does something based on user interaction. Going back to the user entered text scenario, a text or field sprite can detect the ENTER key being pressed and examine the string the user has entered, something like:

1. First you will enable it in the settings:
1. Open the properties for the application's build specification
2. Navigate to the Advanced category
3. Check the Pass all command line arguments to application box
To pass the command line arguments to the application and access them in your code follow the same steps as for LabVIEW 7.x.
2. Then you will use two hypens (--) to pass command line arguments to the VI.
When you launch LabVIEW or a stand-alone executable from the command line, you can pass user-defined arguments to the application. User-defined arguments start after two hyphens (– –) surrounded by spaces in the command line. Command line build and source control (svn)

Using Flash Builder, what should be checked into source control to enable a command line build without any user interaction? Just checking in all the source directories is apparently not enough - as far as I can tell the individual projects have to be added to the workspace for the build to work.
I've experimentally determined that .metadata/.plugins/com.abobe.flexbuiler.project and .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources are the 2 directories required for my build to work. the com.adobe.flexbuilder.project directory is pretty straight forward and it's obvious what needs to get checked in. the org.eclipse.core.resources directory has quite a bit more files contained in it - do all of these need to be checked into source control for the build to work? Deleting the .history folder appears to be ok.

What you need to do is set up a Single Source Layout (SSL) to
build with the conditional tags. If you are not sure how to do
this, let me know. Let's assume you have a SSL that can do this and
it is called "General". To build it using Command Line Compilation,
use the following command:
rhcl [address of your project's xpj file] -l "General" -o
[address of the output directory]
The -l (lower case L) tells the caommand line to use this
SSL. If you leave -l "General" out it will compile your Primary
Layout instead. If you leave out the -o and the address, the output
chm file will be placed in the current folder. So the basic command
is just:
rhcl [address of your project's xpj file]

Changing OD Password via Command Line

How can i change the OD password via the command line? passwd doesn't do it because the password is still marked as "User must change password on next login"
I have a Mac OS X server (10.4.6) set up for Mobile users for mac os x clients (10.4.2-6) and I'm also setting up for a PDC for out windows computers. Right now the only hold up is if the password is expired in OD, windows is unable to change the password. So I'm going to custom edit my smb.conf with the proper settings since Mac OS X doesn't seam to do it.

How does a user change their password on the command line in 10.4? This user is not an admin. I can try "passwd" and it asks for my old password, and then new password. Then it just says "Sorry" and does not change my password.

Is the user able to change the password from "System Preferences" > "Accounts" - i.e is the problem specific to the command line? If the user is unable to change their password at all, and the Mini has an Intel processor, they may be affected by the issue described here:

Other users have posted here indicating that reinstalling the 10.4.8 update using the "combo" updater as suggested in the article has resolved the issue for them...
