Are there any available FMs or BAPIs to get the material documents and its movement type?
Just like in transaction MB5B(Stocks on posting date)

Call BMBC with specific material plant and batch

Hi, ive searched and tried several option to call t-code BMBC Batch Cockpit from a report with a specific material, plant and batch and untill now i was unable to do this.
Is my last option a batch input?
It seems that all those subscreens make BI my last resource.

Step 2 :- Check your Data type of Characterstic.It should be Numeric.
Step 3:- First you have to assign Organization Area in Class Header then only you will find that field active in Characteristic screen.

Hi,
Not sure if there is a specific FMs or BAPIs whose specific purpose is to just count FI document lines. But you can use a number of FMs to read an FI document.
i.e. FI_DOCUMENT_READ - pass the document keys (BUKRS, BELNR, GJAHR) and retrieve the T_BSEG table to get the document lines. Then you can just use DESCRIBE statement to get the number of lines in T_BSEG.
Also, based on experience, I never had any problems with BSEG as long as I am providing the complete keys for an FI document (BUKRS, BELNR, GJAHR). But if you are trying to avoid BSEG, you can use the secondary index tables like BSIS , BSAS, BSAD, BSID, BSIK, BSAK to improve performance.

just befor use it check your application area.for my case it is PP01. you can find it in CS12 when you are exploding the bom the value you are giving in BOM application that is the value for CAPID.

HD needs repair but only get a looping Restart with a Leopard DVD and USBHD

Ok so here is a quick a dirty break down.
Computer has been acting Programs freezing and CPU slowing down.
I ran Verify Disk in Disk Utilities and it said I need to repair Disk.
After a day of head aches I am finally asking for help.
So here is the problem on my old powerbook pro I could just load in Target Mode and repair with tech tool or disk warrior but alas my macbook has no firewire.
So just incase of emergancy's I have a thumbdrive with a live 10.5.3 and all my disk utilities. I've used it on my wifes older Intel Macbook Pro 17" and it works fine.
Today though when i restart hold down the option key "alt" and select the drive my macbook restarts acts like its going to load and the restarts again. This restart loop will go on as long as I let it.
Ok so usb drives can be problematic. Surely starting to the OS X Retail DVD with 10.5.4 and running disk utilities will work. Nope still get the endless restart loop when I've loaded the install dvd and restart with command "c" as well I get the same response if I select it after holding the option key.
Now my hard drive won't even start up either unless I boot in single user mode.
I am lost.

Have you tried booting into safeboot (safemode)? You may want to try resetting your PRAM and or SMC. Another thing you might try is to plug the thumbdrive in the other USB port.
If you could get an external USB drive with osx on it you could try booting from it.
Apple sure did screw up not putting firewire on that Macbook, my wife has one and I just can't get over it. Sure can make it hard to troubleshoot.

The BAPI name says PROJECT, but it also validates WBS. Use the code as below:

I need to build a check that material is extended for plant & storage location.Please guide id some standard function module exists.

BAPI/FM ro retrieve stock based on material plant batch combination

Hi Experts,
Can anyone help me in giving information about the FM or BAPI that would fetch inventory/stock for the material plant and batch combination. I refered to some of the BAPI's like BAPI_MATERIAL_STOCK_REQ_LIST , MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API but these do not have batch numebr as a parameter.
Can anyone help me on this?

In the sales order you can go to the Item -> Schedule lines and you can split it.
Did you resolved if so shall i know how.

Hello all,
I have the requirement like below.
Is there any FM if i Pass Drawing document no, type,part,revision level which gives
the output list as.
1) all sales orders, where the above drawing document no is attached to the materials
and these materials are used as one of the lower level components in the Sales order BOM,
I need to show all those sales orders along with SO number,item,Material,Plant and BOM Item no,
2)all sales orders, where the above drawing document no is attached to the materials
and the same material is one of the item in sales order.
3)all sales orders, where the above drawing document no is used as one of the component in Sales order BOm's
Addition of 1,2,3 will be the o/p.
are there any FM or BAPI to get the above list.
Basically the above report is concatenation of report outputs of t-code CSD5 and CS15.
