Need help about RRD4J, get data from rrdb

i need more help about roundrobin database, especially using RRD4J library.
i want to know, if i have one file database data1.rrd and i specific want to get data from startTime to endTime.
how i can get that data from that database, and move them to another database file data2.rrd.
can i do this?

javadoc from rrd4j not clearly enough for me to understanding about prosesing add, update and get data in there, so i ask in this forum may be anyone can give me solution.
i think it's simple problem but i don't know how to implement with this API.
with rrd4j we can create roundrobin database (rrd), the output in example: data1.rrd
i just want to get data that i had put in data1.rrd to move them to another rrd, example: data2.rrd.
data1.rrd and data2.rrd, they have same lastupdate time.

I want to get a data from database
when I want to create recordset i notice that UI API didn't has record set
so I created recordset using DI API (SAPbobscom.recordset and SAPbobscom.company)

Thanks for the answers. I tried loading it yesterday, i had lot of confusions.
What should i do to load a master data from a R/3 to BI7.0.
1. Created a Info object named (EKKO_mas) with some attributes (ernam, ekorg, lifnr).
2. Go to info provider and right clicked on info area and selected insert char as data target. (Please correct if i am wrong).
3. Login to R/3, go to sbiw generic data source created one with a view/table as EKKO and map the application compound and select the needed fields by checking the checkbox. (please correct if wrong).
4. Go to source system tab and replicate data source. ( Please correct if i am wrong)
Then what should i do.
guessing steps:
4. Create a Data source, in BI 7.0 . In that as i am not using flat file, should i select "application server" instead of "local workstation" . In field tab i specified all the fields given in Info object. ( Will there be anything else i should do or change in this tab)
5. Load data in PSA. ( will the data from R/3 i selected loaded in PSA without any problem)
6. Create transformation , save and activate.
7. Create DTP save and activate , click execute.
By doing the above given step will i be able to load the master data from R/3 to BI 7.0 data target (IO) . Please help me if something is wrong with my steps.

NEED HELP WITH TRANSFERRING P2 data from the HVX camera to FCP!!!

Need some emergency help here... I'm trying to transfer my data from the P2 card on the HVX camera to my FCP6. I plugged in my 1394 firewire cable into the deck and followed the directions but the computer is not recognizing the HVX camera. PLEASE HELP!!!

Oracle Web Forms - need a method to get data from a Form to Excel

I am running Oracle Forms 6i for the web.
I need a way of using the old DDE or OLE implmentation to get
data to an Excel spreadsheet. Ideally opening an existing
spreadsheet and inserting new data.
Anyone been able to do this ?

If you have EXcel on your application server (the one where forms
is), you can still use OLE2 calls to create or modify the excel
sheet on the server. Then you can use web.show_document to get
the excel file back to the client machine.

SaveToFile example modification to get data from two channels simultaneously.

We are trying to modify the “SaveToFile” example for C++. This particular example comes with NI-scope 2.9.1 and some other versions. This example collects data from one channel and saves the output as a text file. Also, we are using NI PCI-5112 DAQ.
However, it can be modified to get data from channel 0 and channel 1 at the same time. There is a help file called “Fetching Multiple-Record Acquisitions”, which is under the NI-High speed digitizer help topics. This confirms that you can modify the code to get data from two channels and the output will be a text file where every other value is from one channel. This help file also gives some code. However, it is not very much helpful to us, please keep in mind that we have only taken a basic course in C++.
Our project is to analyze the data, however, we need to acquire the data before we can analyze. We have spent so much time trying to get the data. What we need to do is get data from both channels simultaneously and output the data as a text file.
Can anyone help us to modify the code so it can get data from both channels simultaneously? Or can anyone help as where we can get more information? Or does anyone know of any sample examples that will take data from two channels simultaneously and output the data as a text file or any other type of document.
Any help will be really appreciated, as we have spent so much time trying to acquire the data.

I have downloaded the Custom WSDL file and the Schema file from Oracle Siebel On Demand. I am using IDE WSAD and when i import these files into WSAD i am getting an error stating the schema definitions are wrong. Can anyone help me.....

Help needed with variable - trying to get data from Oracle using linked svr

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum - I just didn't know where to post it.
I'm trying to write a simple stored procedure to get data from an oracle database via a linked server in SQL Enterprise manager. I have no idea how to pass a variable to oracle.
Here's how I would get the variable in SQL:
declare @maxkey INTEGER
select @maxkey= MAX(keyfield) from [server].Data_Warehouse.dbo.mytable
select * from [server].Data_Warehouse.dbo.mydetailtable where keyfield=@maxkey
the select statement I need to do in oracle would use that variable like this:
select * from OPENQUERY(OracleLinkedServer,'select
* from ORACLEDB.TABLE where keyfield > @maxkey')
and I get this message: OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "OracleLinkedServer" returned message "ORA-00936: missing expression".
I realize that I can't pass the @maxkey variable to oracle - so how do I accomplish this?

Please refer the example in this link which deals with Oracle date format.
You can finnd a command DECODE which is used for date formats. If you have a look at whole theory then you will get an idea.

Help: getting data from a web page

i have a jsp page which generates some strings. i pass these strings in to a login page on some server. the web page displays my login status. is it possible to read or get data from the web page?
i have captured the header of a web page and modifying the header based on my generated strings.
or jus say is it possible to read whats in a web page into a jsp page?

GeneralYerevan is absolutely right. Use URLConnection and you will get what you want. It seems to me that you do not know deeply how http works. The fact that you opened a connection to www.google.com doesn't mean that you will get data. The web server, after it accepts the socket object, waits for your request. In you case it is something like "GET / HTTP1.1", which you have to write to the stream. URLConnection does all this for you and all you have is to read the InputStream.

If there's an error message of conversion, are you sure that the 1st and 2nd columns returned in the result set are of type string & integer respectively (try getObject, then see what it's an instanceof)? Just guessing, maybe the actual database fields don't match the types you're expecting.
And why don't you try ex.printStackTrace() to see what the actual error is in the getOb method?
