Need help with Connect to iTunes error.

My iPhone 3GS is stuck with the "Connect to iTunes" image. It will not go away.
It happened when I tried to get the IOS 6.0 update. I had the same issue with my iPad when I tried getting the update but at least my iTunes recognized my iPad after 2 or 3 days. I cannot wait that long to get my phone working again.
Right now, iTunes will not recognize my phone at all.
I have tried most of the troubleshooting tips i.e. I'm running the latest version of iTunes, I have restarted my laptop, I have done a few gard resets on my iPhone, power down, power up..etc..etc.
I'm using a PC with windows 7.
Any help/suggestions will be much appreciated.

In this assignment I have a program that will do the following: display a list of names inputed by the user in reverse order, display any names that begin with M or m, and display any names with 5 or more letters. This is all done with arrays.
That was the fun part. The next part requires me to take the names from a Notepad file, them through the arrays and then output them to a second Notepad file.

I have tried various methods but the one thing that really gets me is the fact that i can't find a way to connect the names to the arrays. Opening the file with FileInputStream is easy enough but using the names and then outputing them is quite hard. (unless i'm thinking too hard and there really is a simple method)

By "connect", do you just mean you want to put the names into an array?
array[0] = "jim"
array[1] = "laruie"
and so on?
That shouldn't be difficult at all, provided you know how to open a file for reading, and how to read a line of text from it. You can just read the line of text, put it in the array position you want, until the file is exhausted. Then open a file for writing, loop through the array, and write a line.

There are usually some log files around, related to the installation. See if Console.app (Applications > Utilities) shows anything relevant to the error, when you've done a fresh install of Server.app and tried the configuration.

Hi all..
First time posting here, but have been in the shadows for quite a while..
Anyway, i decided to finally take the plunge, and build my own PC, and now i'm beginning to hit a few bumps.
I have a couple of questions that i would like some help with, if possible to reassure myself i may be in the right direction..
I bought THIS PSU and was hoping someone could tell me where the Blue connectors (one labelled CP and one labelled U1) Connect to?
Is it into JPWR2? And does it/do they only connect in the correct way? (Do i remove the plastic cap and attach both?
and i bought THIS VIDEO/GRAPHICS CARD and i'm guessing the RED "PCI express" and "SLI ready" connect to that somehow (Haven't opened box yet for card)
Again, wondering is there a certain way for them to connect.
Also, from my chassis, the "AC '97" and "HDA" connectors go to JAUD (I guess), does it matter which one? (I currently have "HDA" connected)
I have i5 2500k already on board. (If that makes a difference).

Yep, connect the front panel audio to the JAUD. If you need the pin layout, it says in the manual. I would say the HDA connector is the one to connect.

Check all power connections, seating of the RAM and add-on cards, check the HSF is plugged into the fan header, and obvious things like that.
As for testing, enter the BIOS and make sure the CPU isn't running too hot. Set up the RAM with the required timings and voltage, and test with >>Memtest86<< for several hours. No point starting the Windows installation if say your RAM has errors, since it will corrupt files during the install, if it installs at all.

1. This is a CC installation.
2. Yes, I am logged in as the admin and I have no anti-virus other than Microsoft Essentials enabled.
3. This is a download installation.
To give even more info that might help, I am using a Windows 7 machine with more than enough capability to run CC. I had installed Photoshop, Illustrator, among other apps successfully. I then tried the Acrobat XI installation. Acrobat XI downloaded and extracted, but when it started installing it froze around 50% and then I received the installation failed error from Windows. Once that was confirmed the CC install progress finishes but shows failure. The More Info reveals the error I pasted in above. Afterward, none of the CC apps worked properly and had to be uninstalled. So, next I installed the CC downloader and tried to start installing Acrobat XI first but the same error occurred. That's when I got frustrated and posted my original message. My limited knowledge leads me to think the error issue lies in the AcroPro.msi file but I have no idea what that is or how to find, correct, or install it.
Thanks again for any help you can provide. I'm really frustrated that I'm paying for something that I can't use.

I need help with moving my iTunes library to a new disk...

I'm soon gonna get a new SSD which is half the size of my HDD. So i guess i wont be able to restore with time machine or use disk utility to clone the drive. I'll have to start with a fresh copy of moutain lion.
What I'll want to do is that keep all my music on my ssd and let all the podcast and itunes u be on an external hdd.
can someone outline the steps to...
create a library on the ssd on which os x is installed.
move music, playlists and apps.
let the podcast and itunes u be on an external hdd and yet be accessible from itunes, like being referenced.
in the past i did this by moving the entire library to the internal drive and then while itunes was running, move the videos from the library folder to the external drive. it autoMAGICALLY was able to find the videos on the external drive while my music and apps were stored in the internal.
now my library size is so big with all the videos that i cannot do the above steps as i want be able to copy the entire library to the internal ssd.
any help is appreciated.

I don't know how you automagically did it last time - your details are lacking. iTunes is normally terrible at following you moving things, especially from drive to drive. You either have to let iTunes do the moving (by consolidating to a new location) or you have to disable iTunes managing your media in which case it will follow moving inside a drive but still not between drives.
Despite the new version, iTunes still does not make it easy to split your library between drives. Probably since you only buy your items from iTunes and are never away from a high speed Internet connection it doesn't matter since you can always stream or download items you need from your Match subscription, right?

Those crosshairs are controllers for an effect. The first thing to do is to start turning off layers (eyeball) until you find the layer with the crosshairs. Once you've isolated the layer make sure that it's not a pre-comp, press F3 to reveal the ECW, and check the effects. If you can't turn the effects on and off then or access any of the settings the layer is locked. What would really help here is a screenshot. I can't tell much from the photo because I can't see what's under the hood.

I need help with my Iphone, Itunes, and new SSD and other SATA harddrive where old Itunes files are kept. I cannot sync up new albums I ripped to itunes.

I recently bought a new SSD and installed windows and all major files to it including Itunes. My old 500GB SATA harddrive is still connected and accessible to Itunes, but I cannot get any new album I download to Itunes to sync up with my 64 GB Iphone 5.

Need help with connected / linked pop-up menus

I want to select a preset.
What I did is create 2 pop-up menus. The first with the preset folders and the second with the presets from that folder.
Each pop-up group has a pop-up and a static field with the current choise.
After selecting a different value from the first pop-up menu I want to have the second popup menu filled with the new, right presets of that folder.
The first time everything works correct.
However when selecting a different folder I see that the "preset table" is filled with the correct new preset of that folder. Also the static field below the second pop-up menu shows the first value of the correct new presets. But the second pop-up menu itself still contains the presets of the first folder and not the new folder.
Yet in the Observer I see that the preset table contains the right and new presets.
My code is below.
I based it on the sample in the SDK manual.
Question: How can I update the second pop-up menu so that the pop-up menu shows the right presets.

That should work because you are likely to be creating a new table each time computeNewItems() executes..
Sometime the bind function doesn't recognise whether the contents of a table bound to a property changes. So if you use something like this:
local myItems = computeNewItems() -- compute array of tables with title and value members

it will work the first time. If you then do this:
myItems = computeNewItems() -- compute array of tables with title and value members but using existing variable
properties['myPresetItems'] = myItems -- assign to bound member of property table. Change might not be noticed by bind.
In this instance you would need to reassign the same value again. i.e.
properties['myPresetItems'] = myItems -- assign to bound member of property table again to force bind to check for table values.
Setting a property with the same value twice seems to trick bind into checking to see whether you have bound a table. I'm not sure whether this trick is only required on some versions of LR (e.g. LR 2) or only on one of the platforms, but even if it isn't required in LR 5 it will help improve your backwards compatibility and it shouldn't cause any harm to continue using it in LR 5.

Need Help with "Not Enough Memory Error" when running executable (is my VI reworkable?)

When I started making this VI, I had no clue about proper VI flow, sub-VI usuage, and much more I'm sure.
The VI is a program that outputs a 0-5V digiatl signal to a relay board (to actuate an air cylinder) and monitors 4 input voltages (lets say from a pressure transducer) . The program would then shut down the corresponding output channel if a pressure threshold is not met.
Surprissingly for my first LV program, The VI functions "fine" (the quotes are because I know my programming flow is a mess and probably not efficient) unitl I reach a given cycle count or time elasped, at which time my VI blows up and I receive an error for "not enough memory to complete operatoin".
I am wondering if there is a simple DAQmx (or something else) command misplaced or missing that would solve this issue. When I started making this VI I had a poor top down design layout, or lack of one. I would like to believe I have learned a lot from making this program with no LV training and if I were to do it again I would utilize state machines and sub VI's more. However, with time not on my side and LV not a priority in my job I would like to know if this VI is reworkable..?
I should also mention that this program is being run as an executable on a laptop without the full LV development software. I dont know if the executable creation process could have left to this problem either...

There are some things you can probabaly do fairly easily. Four of the inner while loops appear to be very similar. You could probably make a subVI from one of them and reuse the code. Some of the shift registers are initialized and some are not. I suspect that this is an error, although I did not look closely enough to determine which way is intended. Read up on reentrancy. You may need that for the subVI.
The outer loop, if it is needed at all should be stopped by a front panel boolean, not by the Abort button. Someone on the Forums has suggested that using the Abort button to stop a VI is like using a tree to stop a car - it works but may have undesirable consequences!
Re-initializing the DAQ tasks and clearing them on each iteration is not very effficient, is slow, and may lead to problems.
The inner inner while loops (inside On Cycle and Off Cycle) are very similar, differing mostly in the data written. Perhaps you only need Idle and Run (with Data as a parameter). The inner inner loops might be combined with the outer loops with some change in the way the timing is handled.
You Dequeue in two places in each loop. There is no data dependency bewteen the two Dequeue functions, meaning that you cannot be sure which will execute first. Also, none of the Dequeues has a timeout set. They will wait forever if no data is available. Queues should not usually be read in more than one location to avoid loss of data or confusion about which data came first.

Need help with setting up iTunes match

If you are getting an error that you are not subscribed this generally means you need to sign into the mobile iTunes Store with the exact same iTunes account ID that you used to enable Match in iTunes.
Go to Settings > Store and confirm the ID. If necessary, sign out then back in. Then go to Settings > Music and set iTunes Match to "on."
