i want when material will is taken mm to wm
101--902-917--- but here i want partial acceptance like 100 qty in migo and then 80 qty in UD then where the partial material will go  as 80 will go to 922 .
and then with help of PCN we will take to bin
explain me the process of partial acceptance.
guide me in this regards as early as possible .

When you carry out QA11, then the movement types are determined in IM first iteslf.
So for Q - UNR it is 321 &
     for Q - Blocked it is 350
Now you make these decisions in QA11 stock posting screen and then save the documents and the system will determine the relevant WM movement types (if you have set the interface up ) and post the quants.
Now please note that in case you are making a partial lot usage decision ( some to ur, some to blocked and so on), then the auto TO functionality will not be carried out. Please refer to OSS note 965094.
You can set up your interface in LE-WM-Interfaces-Inventory management -Define movement types- Assign WM Movement Type References to IM Movement Types. Here you first assign your IM mvt to a ref WM mvt type.
Then in next step you can define the behaviour of your WM mvt type in LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management ( say you want to create a PCN or a direct TO creation and so forth ).
In the next step, you will have to specify what are the ref mvt types supposed to carry out the posting changes in LE-WM-Interfaces-Inventory management -Define movement types- Define posting changes.
You will have to define these new WM mvt types.
This will complete your flow.

  • Multiple integration flows for different business operations

    Hi - I have following business requirement & need ur advice.
    There are different business operations (read as INSERT/DELETE/QUERY) to performed on same business object (read as CUSTOMER). In order to develop these integration use case I can have following three approaches.
    *1. Single Requestor ABCS & Single Provider ABCS -* Develop single integration flow & implement logic for the business operations in them. That means, Develop single Requestor ABCS for all business operations, which will call the EBS and again EBS would call same Provider ABCS. Both Requestor & Provider ABCS would implement business logic for all business operations required.
    *2. Single Requestor ABCS & Multiple Provider ABCS -* In this case the flows for all business operations starts with single point service. That means, Develop single Requestor ABCS for all business operations, which will call the EBS and again EBS would call different Provider ABCS based on the business operations. The Requestor ABCS would implement business logic for all business operations required. There would be different ABCS service for different business operations.
    *3. Multiple Requestor ABCS & Multiple Provider ABCS -* In this case the completely independent flows are to be developed for all business operations. Independent Requestor ABCS and independent Provider ABCS. Off course if there some common business logic for all or some business operations, those can be implemented as common service & can used across all independent flows for different business operations.
    Please do suggest what approach would be best one to pick up. Or it is case to case basis. In case yes, please suggest the criteria on which the decision can be taken.

    Hi Pryadarshi,
    AIA recommends having an ABCS for each Verb and Noun combination for a specific Business Process, i.e. CreateCustomerABCS and UpdateCustomerABCS. Therefore, #3 would be the preferred approach. This is to allow for maximum flexibility. However, you may have a process that demands to model the integration as #2.
    The decision would depend on how the participating application services are modeled and the granularity of individual service call. For example, a ProcessCustomer invocation at the source end may call CreateCustomer provider service.

    It should be JMSProducer instead of JMS Consumer in the problem decription. I have corrected it. Please see the corrected description below:
    I need your help in understanding “how interfacing is happening between Siebel and AIA in Comm Pack” for an outbound flow from Siebel. I will take an example of Order Synchronization flow between Siebel and BRM through AIA.
    Step 1: When the order is confirmed / approved in Siebel, an event is captured and Sales Order ABM XML message is generated and put it into a JMS queue.
    I have few doubts in Step 1 only where I need your help :
    - What is the type of JMS Queue ? Is it OJMS (JMS Interface to Oracle Database Streams Advanced Queueing (AQ)) or OracleAS JMS (native Java implementation that provides file-based persistence).
    - How the data is put into the JMS Queue? Is it through the “ProcessSalesOrderSiebelJMSProducer” BPEL Service or through some other mechanism.
    - If it is through “ProcessSalesOrderSiebelJMSConsumer” BPEL Service, does the Siebel call “ProcessSalesOrderSiebelJMSProducer” as a Web Service or is it through JCA Resource Adapter.
    - Other thing is if it is through WebService Call (Invoking “ProcessSalesOrderSiebelJMSProducer” BPEL Service), then what if the SOA Server is down during the call ? This will mean that we have lost the data as we haven’t put in the queue yet. And I don’t think Order will be created / confirmed / approved in Siebel again. Also Siebel can directly invoke the “ProcessSalesOrderSiebelReqABCSImpl” BPEL Service directly rather the invoking JMS Producer if data has to be passed through webservice call.

    my first problem: Excel is really open, and the user can see the sheet. I dont want, that excel is visible...is there a way to start excel in no_visible mode?
    second problem: The sheet have makro aktiv...at start from excel, there is a popup, which ask 'makros activate' oder not activate...  i dont want this popup... is there a way, to say it from abap, that makros always active?
    third problem: i see, that the content Table have this components:
    TYPES: BEGIN OF SOI_GENERIC_ITEM,
             ROW(4) TYPE C,
             COLUMN(4) TYPE C,
             VALUE(256) TYPE C,
           END OF SOI_GENERIC_ITEM.
    But my excelsheet have more then 10000 lines....

  • In MVC, do i need a View or Page with flow logic for POPUP window

    I have the below scenario using the MVC pattern.
    I have a main view with 3 trays, each tray has two buttons, for example first tray has Create Order button. When I click on this button, I need a popup window to come with a tableview and a button(Create), where I select some rows and click on the button Create  to create order.
    But as per the MVC pattern I canu2019t call the view (popup) from another view(main view).  So should I create a VIEW or PAGE WITH FLOW LOGIC for the popup? .
    I need 6 popup to be called from the main view and once the function is done close the popup.
    Please suggest me the flow for this scenario.

    Option2:
    Ofcourse you can't bind the model in page becos those are 2 different things. But all you need to do is access the model to get some value. To know how to access the model from Page w/flow logic look at [this link|Passing model reference to a page in a Popup].

    Wanted to know the steps in integrating SAP system with the existing barcode reader. I need to know how to read and attatch the barcode reader and how to process the barcode. It will also be helpful if relevant documents are supplied.

    If I'm understand your question correctly, you want to send the order you receive on your web to the manufacturer. Then manufacturer will create a sales order and delivery order on their side and deliver the good to the clinic.
    In this case,
    1,2) It would be better for you to send the order to them instead of creating the wsdl for them to call. There is a standard format EDI for sales order that SAP use to interface with legacy system. You cna generate the data in this format and send to each manufacturer so they can configure the system on their side.
    3) The module is called SAP order fullfillment or SAP order-to-cash or SAP SD (Sales & distribution). It means the same thing just some people call it differnetly. SAP SD is the common one.
    4) Surely there will be some effort for each manufacture to integrate their system with you. However, If you use the standard EDI, the effort would be minimal for the manufaturer that already implement this with other partner.
    5) you can pass along the address in sales order. If the manufacturer system implemented SAP SD, they should be able to create sales order, delivery order and invoice from their side.

    After Effects, but be ready for a steep learning curve. Third party plug-ins may be required if you want realistic flow. Schematic diagrams are fairly easy to create with After Effects. I do it all the time.

    I have a below requirement.
    Say in below eg. I am getting col1, col2, col3 from a single tbl in screen 1. On clicking col1's row I should go to screen 2

    I do this by passing the col1 value as a param to a query VO.
    I have tried this using different VOs like a VO with query, VO with user defined column... nothing helps.
    I am just unable to reach to screen 2. I am either getting invalid column OR missing in out parameters.
    Can any one help on how and what should be done? This is not even master-details stuff. master-details seems easier than this.
    Urgent help is needed.

    I have resolved your problem and build a sample application.
    You have to create 2 views and use master detail.
    First view will be a simple view for the page 1 and second view will be readonly using group by. Then create a view link between them.

  • Help needed with Custom Web ADI Integrator for Mail Merge

    Hello,
    I've created a custom web adi integrator to generate letters to advise of end of probationary periods.
    The problem is that at the end of the process when the letter is opened in Word 2007, it only displays one record, and does not allow me to "preview results" and cycle through the records (this part is greyed out). It appears that the letter is not merged with the data spreadsheet although it does display one record from it.
    Our EBS version is 12.1.3 and we are using Office 2007.
    These are the steps I have followed so far (in brief):
    - Create a view to provide data (names, addresses etc).
    - Set up a new custom function (similar to seeded function HR Integrator Setup).
    - Add the custom function and other functions to Desktop Integration responsibility.
    - Add the relevant functions to end user's responsibility menu.
    - Add new category "other" to HR_ADI_DOCUMENT_TYPE lookup.
    - Create Download Excel Integrator by choosing Desktop Integration -> HR Integrator Setup. Enter "PER" for application and my view for the View Name. Upload.
    - Create another Excel document by choosing Desktop Integration -> HR Maintain Form Function Associations, and choose the integrator created above. Enter my custom function name in the generated spreadsheet and upload.
    - Define a layout for the new integrator.
    - Run the integrator under the end user responsibility and save the resulting spreadsheet, which is full of data as expected.
    - Create the letter in Word, using the saved spreadsheet as the data source for the merge. At this point the merge is successful.
    - Go to Desktop Integration -> Document Management and upload the Word mail merge document. Associate it with the custom document type created earlier.
    - Link this document to my integrator.
    - Go in as end user responsibility and run the integrator.
    At this point after enabling macros it loads 2 spreadsheets (one full of data) and the Word document, but the Word document only displays one record (approx the 10th in the list - there are about 100 in total). All of the relevant merge-related menu items on the "Mailings" tab are greyed out.
    Can anyone offer any pointers please?
    I did wonder whether it mattered if I changed the names of documents, e.g when I download and save the resulting spreadsheet full of data which I then use to merge to in the Word Doc, is it OK to call the spreadsheet anything or should it be left as the default name?

    System Administrator -> Application -> Menu. Query back User Menu Name = "Desktop Integration Menu" and add the following functions:
    WITHOUT PROMPT
    a. HR Integrator Setup
    b. HR Maintain Integrator Form Functions
    c. HR Disable Integrator
    d. HR ADI Document Overwrite Page
    e. HR ADI Document Upload Page
    f. The custom function created in previous step ("NTC_HR_LETTERS")
    WITH PROMPT
    g. HR ADI Document Management Page
    - Add the relevant functions to end user's responsibility menu.
    System Administrator -> Application -> Menu. Query back menu attached to custom responsibility of end user that will perform the action once set up.
    Add the following:
    a. The custom function "NTC_HR_LETTERS" as created previously (without prompt)
    b. Desktop Integration - Create Document (With Prompt. This function will be used to generate letters)
    - Add new category "other" to HR_ADI_DOCUMENT_TYPE lookup.
    SA_Application Developer -> Application -> Lookups -> Common. Query back Type = HR_ADI_DOCUMENT_TYPE and add a new entry entitled "Other". This document type is later assigned to the Word document I upload and link to the integrator.
