I need tables regarding Cost Center and its CC Budget amount & Internal Order and its IO Budget Amount.
Could you please give some tables to fulfill my requirement

can anyone pls tell me table for "Budget : Cost Centre" . We create budget with respect to cost center in KPZ2/KPZ3 but i am unable to find out in which this data can be found.
Pls tell me the table to retrieve the data.

You can do it yourself.
goto transaction St05. activate the trace. then execute the transaction. after execution goto st05. click deactivate trace.
then click display trace...hit enter button. a list will be displayed. goto menu bar choose first menu then choose option "Summarice sql statements"...a list will be displayed from which you can know what all tables were affected by the transaction.

What database tables I should consider looking at if I want to generate a report that would list the actual to budget balances.
I know we can achieve what I want with FSG, however, I am looking for other alternatives.

Dont try to update standard table manually... sap handles it using standard transactions and reports..

Need table for customer and vendor carry forward balance

Hi,
I need to fetch the carry forward(opening) balance for GL, customer and vendor account for my report.
I have table which contains c/f balance for GL accounts which is "GLT0" and now looking for a table for customer and vendor accounts.
Please let me know if anyone have idea in which table i can get the c/f balance for customer and vendor accounts.

The requirement from the client side in my case is to have opening balance in Tr code ZFBL1n, ZFBL3N and ZFBL5N.
Now, from the above thread i got the Tables where i could find the Vendor and Customer Opening Balance but i also want Opening Balance for GL.
and my 2nd query is how to get these opening balance in Z report, at Header Level.

1. How to define budget for Purchase order and cost centers
2. Landed Cost in SAP B1 2007 how do we do? I am getting an error message stating that Landed cost allocation account is not defined....

Landed cost problem has been solved.
Regarding Budget set up My client need Budget at costcenter level. i.e Cost center wise they want the budget. As of my knowledge to do this we need to activate Account segmentation right?
Without doing that is there any other way where we can set Budget cost center level also?
one more thing, there is a check box of purchase order, Goods Receipt and Accounting at the time of setting up Budget in General setting? what it is for?
Regariding difference in 2005b and 2007B I was not able to get documentation on this.

For Personal Administration Infotypes.
Goto..T-code......PM01->Enter Infotype No-> like 0000->Click on Tenichal Attributes Button->Select Infotype No->Click on Details or CtrlShiftF2 and you can see Database Tabe and Just Double Click on the Table Name you can see all details.
For Org Management Infotypes.
Goto..T-code......PPCJ->Enter Infotype No-> like 1001->Click on Check Button->a popup window will show the detail information table, structures & Functioan modules involved & which can be used to retrie data .

Need Tables for structures

These are 4 fields are from different structure.We are unable to find tables for these structures.
All field and structures are from VA03 transaction in ECC.

It seems that you want test of the describ fields, for which you need to find relevant test table.
For Production order status use--->
Goto CAUFV
get the field - CAUFV-OBJNR
Pass this in JEST in field = OBJNR, object number and INACT = space
you will get severail entries for field STAT.
pass this field entries STAT to tabel TJ02T and field - ISTAT, language = EN
you will get status in the field TJ02T-TXT04 and text in field - TJ02T-TXT30.
or simply use FM- STATUS_TEXT_EDIT

Hello All
In the Budgeting Component of Compensation Management. I am involving the developers for making a custom report which would show which all managers have exceeded/completed the budgets in the compensation adjustment process.
So where can I get the technical information related to the reporting ?
I know Budgeting would involve the table HP 1520. Is there any other critical information I am missing out that the developers need to know ?

the table is HRP1520 & the Developers need to be made aware that the Budget Unit is tied to an Org Unit via the Relationships table HRP1001..
