Unfortunately this is not possible. There's no settings to change regarding this in the phone. If you would like to answer a incoming call on a hardware key you will have to use a hands free (and press the answer key on the hands free).

Problems with answering and making calls

I have owned a Droid 2 for almost a year now. I love it! But for the last few months I have had a problem with answering and making calls. Sometimes when I answer a phone call it connects like I have answered the call but I can't hear anything and the other person can't hear me. The call says I am connected and I can see the timer going but there is no communication. It does the same thing when I go to make calls sometimes. I can hit send and it connects the call but I can't hear anything. The timer is going and the other person answers but I can't hear anything. The only reason I know they answered is because they then call me back and leave a voicemail, sounding very confused. I have to restart my phone and then the problem is solved. But only for a little bit. I haven't been able to pick out a pattern or anything. It is random and very frustrating. I went into my local Verizon store about the issue and they arranged for me to receive a new, certified pre-owned phone because I pay insurance on my phone. I received the phone the next day and everything went great, for a few days. But this phone is also having the same problem. I am getting very frustrated with this because I need to be able to actually talk to people when they call me. Anyone else having the same problem? I want to go back to the store but I feel like they wouldn't do anything more than they did last time, which didn't solve the problem.

I have this same issue on a bi-daily basis: I can place a call, but then I hear nothing. I can answer a call, but I then hear nothing. The calls connect as the people I am in contact with will tell me they answered my calls and heard me, though I could not hear them - and vice versa. Also, this phone does not like to place a call using the "call" option if dialing from "recent calls". I turn this phone on/ off daily, I've taken the battery out on about 50% of the occassions when this issue has happened. This has been a problem for me for approximately 1yr. My early renew date is just shy of 2 months from now and I cannot wait to get rid of this phone. Aside from having great difficulty making/ receiving calls, the phone is overall slow to respond to basic functions like text messaging or using the camera. Also, most times while taking a picture, the camera will "take a picture" but then there is no image in the file. Highly annoying - the only way to temporarily fix this is to reboot - but like the call issue, the problem recurs. I do have a bunch of apps on installed on the phone, but since I also have an APP killer on the phone, nothing aside from "Weather Bug" app is ever really running in the background that would slow this phone. BUT, right now my main concern is may safety: God forbid I am ever in danger or in an emergency situation, this phone's constant malfunctioning could possibly be the physical harm or death of me. I hope that my family can sue the company that provides the software for this phone, Verizon & Motorola in the event of my untimely death.

I need to reprogram the delete and enter key to the left side of a external keyboard for the ipad mini. don't need the caps/lock or ctrl key and due to an injury my daughter can only use her left hand to type. She is using a text to speech app to verbaliz

I need to reprogram the delete and enter key to the left side of a external keyboard for the ipad mini. I don't need the caps/lock or ctrl key. Due to a brain injury my daughter can only use her left hand to type. She also uses a text to speech app to verbalize all of her needs since her speech isn't intelligible any longer either. And her vision was significantly affected also, so the keyboard has to be mounted about 6 inches from her face. So to reach across the keyboard with her left hand to the right side delete and enter button is physically difficult and causes typing errors, which cause people to not understand what shes trying to say.
The best keyboard so far is the Zagg folio mini. I just had to make stickers to enlarge the letters on the key buttons.
Does anyone know how I can reprogram these two keys? Or where I can buy a wireless mini keyboard for Ipad made for lefthanders with these two functions on the left side. I have searched for days and days. It's sooooo important to me that she be able to contribute her voice again. Imagine if you got in a car accident and couldn't speak clearly any longer, but understood everything still. Thanks for any help and suggestions you all take the time to share with me. I really appreciate the kindness of strangers to help me help my daughter.

It's worth noting that if your Gmail has been hacked, it would likely have nothing to do with your MacBook. Hacking web based email is fairly common and it doesn't require any access to your machine whatsoever. In the same way that you can simply go to the Gmail webpage through any browser, any hacker can use the same method. It doesn't mean your machine has been compromised in any way (and it has likely not been). I have never received an email from Google of this nature. I have received notifications when someone has attempted to create an account with my name in which they basically say that there is no action required if you're the rightful owner.

You won't be able to update your purchases. You will have to re purhcase apps, music, etc. using the new Apple iD.
FYI ... Media cannot be transferred from one account to another and Apple ID accounts cannot be merged.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

UCCE 7.2.X - Calls Answered and Calls Handled

Has anyone experienced an issue in UCCE 7.2, where the calls answered does not seem to be reporting correctly? In this case we are seeing that the calls answered figure, is less than the call handled. The Handled figure seems to be correct when you take into consideration the calls offered, error calls, abandoned calls etc. Webview historic call type reports are reporting what is in the Call Type Half hour tables so not an issue with webview. We have tried to replicate various scenarios but cannot replicate the instance where the answered call is not counted. We have also reviewed the ICM scripts but have drawn a blank.
I have attached a copy webview report that shows the disparity we seem to be having. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

this is not necessarily an error.
- Calls Answered value increments when the call has been answered (the moment the agent picks up the phone).
- Calls Handled value increments when the call has been handled, in Cisco terminology, the wrapup state has ended.
If you take into consideration a simple fact, that a call may be answered within one reporting interval (in UCCE 7.2.x it's 30 minutes), and "handled" in the next interval, you can easily see two different numbers.
For instance, six customers call between 10:00 and 10:30. All calls are answered by an agent the moment they arrived. Five calls end before 10:30. But one of them is a demanding customer, and the call ends at 10:40. What you'll see is 6 for CallsAnswered but only 5 for CallsHandled.
Of course, CallsAnswered may be less than CallsHandled, too, it simply means there were calls that were answered within the previous reporting interval but handled in this interval.
