i am having a requirement of displaying (company code & descripion) from infotype pa0001
in a single field
can any one help with the code

Hi,
Try using the Function Module "DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET". You can use this for fetching the complete details of a structure or, a specific field.
Input:->
TABNAME        PA0001

Output:->
Check the DFIES_TAB it will contain all the details you need for the specific field.

Okay, I've figured it out, so I'm going to answer my own question in hopes that it may help anyone else that would like to actually be able to see what they're doing when using Photoshop CC 2014 on a high resolution screen.
1. Open Photoshop.
2. Select Preferences from the Edit Menu, then select General.
3. Change the HUD Color Picker to Hue Strip (Medium).
4. Select Interface from the Preferences menu on the left side of the dialog box.
5. Change the UI Font Size to Large in the Text area of the Preferences dialog box.
6. Select Experimental Features from the Preferences menu on the left side of the dialog box.
7. Select Scale UI 200% for high-density displays (Windows only).
8. Click on OK, then Exit/Quit Photoshop.
9. Open Photoshop and everything should be readable.

Text data source for the field Position(PLANS)

Hi Experts,
I have an infoobject ZPOSITION which i am using in a cube for this i can able to display key values but i want to display text for this ZPOSITION. The source for this field is Position(PLANS) which i have tacken from pa0001 table.
I have an another infoobject 0HRPOSITION for this i have already loaded data using data source 0HRPOSITION_TEXT.
Is there any other text datasources for this field Position(PLANS)?
And
Is it possible to load data from one info object to another info object?

Hi Sridhar,
Check out in the infotype PA0001 for the check table for this field. In this table you will have the description for the field PLANS (Position).
I request you to catch hold of functional HR team member to know where the text value for the Position (PLANS) is stored. You can get the info from them immeadiatly.
After knowing the table where the text values for Position (PLANS) are stored, you have to create a text datasource using RSO2 transaction and replicate in BW and load data from the R/3 table.

Can any one help me how to change the display pattern for decimal fields dynamically???
Currently I am using z,zzz,zzz,zz9.999 Display pattern for Quantity Field. If the value is blank it is displaying as 0.000 on the Screen. But I don't want this to be printed.
Please help me how to solve this ASAP.

Alternatively you can handle it in the context.
In the context area, click on the quantity. In the bottom, click on the conditions tab, and put a condition
<quan field> NE initial.
So the field will not be printed if there is no value.

i solve it with this way.
go to program SAPLMEPERS in se38.
create new function in output with the sample name :MODULE ZTEST_001 OUTPUT.
in this module write:
if MEPOITEM_PROP-WERKS is INITIAL and MEPOITEM_PROP-LGORT is INITIAL.
MEPOITEM_PROP-WERKS = '1000'.
MEPOITEM_PROP-LGORT = '0032'.
endif.
this is the solution.

If you want to know the text of a infotype then goto the table
V_T582A.
eg:0000 actions
0001 organisation assignment.
But if you want to change the standard text of a infotype then you need to have access key to change.
But if you are asking the text table for the fields in 0001.
then goto se11
enter Pa0001--dislay
click the tab entry help/check then you can see the table names in the column check table for each field.

Smartform-Suppress Zero and Display Zero for same field in Diff Conditions?

I have a scenario in smartform, where for a quantity field of length p15 and Dec3, needs to display ZERO for one scenario and display SPACE for another condition. To display ZERO i have made it as &quantity(c)&, so that i can display zero. It displays ZERO, but for another condition, when i want to display space, there also it displays 0.000 ! how to display SPACE there ?

I think then in that case we need to use (NZ) I am not sure. But however why don't you use the Condition Tab in the Text by Including the Condition Quantity > 0.000.

I am having two screens in a transaction.
1. 1st screen has material number as an input and submit push button
2. 2nd screen has two tabs in a tabstrip control.
I want to display material description and plant number as heading for the two tabs based on the material number entered by the user in the 1st screen. Means i want to change the text dynamically. Is there any possible way? If it is there please help me. Very urgent...

Hi,
If you set the "Output field" attribute for a pushbutton/tab, you can also set its text dynamically in the ABAP program. To do this, you must create a field in the ABAP program with the same name as the pushbutton/tab. You must then assign the required text to the field before the screen is displayed.
For example define a global field in your program called MATNUM(20) and use this as the name for the material number tab on the tabstrip. Then you can assign a text MATNUM = 'Material Number' and this will appear as the tab title. Don;t forget to set the "Output field" attribute on the tab.
