Need to download CS5 trial. New Mac, but I have a serial #
I just bought a new Mac and need to put my software on it. now Adobe only seems to offer the master collection trial for CS5.5, but my serial # is for CS5. Anyway I can download the CS5 master collection trial so I can get my software on this computer? Thanks!

Unfortunately, Adobe has quit support of earlier version. They have a version of AA9 Pro for Windows posted, but not for the MAC as I understand it. You can try Adobe Acrobat X (10) Pro, Reader, and Suite Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools, but again I can only find PC versions. Someone may drop by with a link or you might see if anyone locally has the CD (that you could get the install file from). You will still need to use your original S/N.

Do you receive any error messages? Which version of Mac OS are you using? Are you able to sign into the Adobe Download Assistant?

You can use a download instead of the disk and license with your serial. The link can be found here: Other downloads select CS5, the program you use to have on disk. Please change the language of the page so you will get the correct language. Serials are limited to the language and the program so please be carefully selecting the correct suite or single program. I have the same problem. It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button. After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number. The only two other options are "back" and "next".
