Need to include position band field in query
Hi All,
I have a requirement that I want to add the Band Position level in my query. I am trying to add the related thable but when I am tryind to display the values in the output it is not showing any values. Can any body suggest how to do that?

We have hidden the Activity field using SPRO and we could get the our custom field 'JobTitle' in 0023 infotype screen. When we click on overview button it displays list screen. In that screen,there is a field called 'Job' which is taken from p0023-taete and content comes from T513C-LTEXT. But we want the column heading of Job to be changed to 'JobTitle' and the content should come from p0023-ztltx(custom field).
Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Here in available filed we have some options when selected to display filed and run the report in Tax Manager only those selected fields are displayed in the output.
Now our client want A filed called Voucher Number (AP invoice voucher num) to be displayed in the report. So please let me know how there is any extendable package, view or any thing that need customization to make that field available in final output.

i am having a doubt ,How to call an Include in a field Exit function module.
i wrote as "include zxx_incl." but if i wrote like this in my Field Exit i am getting a Suntax error
"Recursive INCLUDE nesting in program "ZFLDEXIT_INCL". It contains an
INCLUDE statement which calls itself or a previously read program
("ZFLDEXIT_INCL ").
' i am having other doubt while creating an include program does we need to write a 1st statement as include zxx-incl within the same include ZXX_incl? if not i am getting a syntaxt error.

Your include is named ZFLDEXIT_INCL and in the first line of that include you probbaly wrote
include ZFLDEXIT_INCL.
Delete that, includes don't need a reserved word like programs and reports -

I searched the "old" forum and have very good help from UVSAR but unfortunately I'm not able to access my message sent to that forum anymore.

I've have never use Java scripts in my life: I started about three days ago.
1) I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro X (Windows 7)
2) I've created a form using Microsoft Word and save it as a pdf file.
3) After I created a form using Acrobat Pro X;
3.1.) This form it's not going to be submitted over Internet. It will be send by e-mail to some persons. They will receive it, fill in the form and send it back to me via e-mail. Note: I will save it with extended rights in order to allow to be read with acrobat reader (I'm the only one of the group having Professional edition).
4) In that form I've created some text fields (for now it's just what I need - no radio buttons, dropdown
menus, and so...)
5) Choosed Properties and marked 7 fields as "required";
6) Used a script I found in here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/784322 (thank you for the authors of the thread)

7) This script allows me to remember people to fill that 7 specific fields (when using mouse or tab).
8) So... What I really need? Here are the reasons for my request for help:

Users will receive a pop up window telling them they need to fill those fields before saving the form and send it back to me. Can someone share a script, please? Thanks in advance.
8.2.) Is there a way to colorize the fileds that need to be filled? Again I only learned where to insert a java script yestaerday sou I'm not able to write one. I'm sorry for my newbie questions.
8.3.) Last question: In one of the fields there will be an e-mail address. On the end of the form I want to create a button like "Send by e-mail" and When someone press that button the e-mail will be sent to the address that was written in the earlier specific field. How can I do this (link a button to an e-mail address in a specific field)? Can someone help me with a script or ideas? Hope I was clear.
8.1.) UVSAR sent me the following code that works fine untill I save the document for the first time. Affter that he never shows me pop up window again.

Does this trigger fire before the trigger that is making the field mandatory?

File Adapter: need to include filename in content being written
I want to use the file adapter to write a file, using the filename convention to generate part of the name dynamically.
However, I need to include the filename used for the output file in the actual content too.
Any ideas if this can be done?

Need to change the LOV field based on checked box selection in OAF page

I have a requirement as below:
I have a custom OAF page having a lov field which is mandatory, a check box and a two text fields.
So based on LOV value selection i am defaulting two text field value automatically.
So my requirement is when user selects the check box automatically the LOV field should be non mandatory and user can insert in values to the lov field and text field and submit it.
SO basically based on check box field selection i need to make the lov field in such a way it should accept all the values what user enters instead of check the query added in VO behind the LOV.
Please suggest me some pointers to achieve this requirement.

Need to change the Sort field(kna1-sortl) value

We have the requirement to fill the Search Term (kna1-sortl) based the accounting group and 'kunnr' value.
I.e as per the legacy system number range in brazil we need fill the sortl field based on accoung goup by concating the kunnr value to it.
for Ex: 2GXXXXX0 this number need to filled in sortl field.
where 'X' is repplaced by kunnr value.'2' and '0' are the constant values.Based on accounting group after value '2' we need to add either 'g' or 'S'.
We find one user exit 'EXIT_SAPMF02D_001' but which does not contain the kna1 as the change perameter.

How to include a new field for checking duplicate customer master
Dear All
we have activated the standard procedure to check duplicate customer master data. This is a standard procedure as below :-
Procedure:
Run SM30, key in Table V_T100C, select Display or Maintain, set App area F2. Here you can change current settings.
Check the transaction OBMSG for application area F2, where these messages are maintained and at this place you can convert the message from warning to error.e user needs one more field to be added to this check.
It is working perfectly fine but it only compares two fields for duplicates in the customer master i.e the customer city and name.
Is there a way to include a new field in this procedure ? For example we also want the system to check duplicate entries for field name " street 5" and give a warning /error message incase if there is another entry already existing on the master data.

Include XML payload as URL query string

I have a business requirement that I'm hoping you all can help me with:
Scenario: Send XML message from SAP XI to a third party system via the Receiver Plain HTTP Adapter
I need to include the actual XML message as a query string in the target URL at the time of posting. The content of the XML message is determined within XI message mapping and will not be known until runtime, so the URL determination will need to be dynamic.
For example - a target URL with the "xmldata=" query string:
http://server01/receiver.asp?xmldata=<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><headertag><tag1><value1></tag1></headertag>
Does anyone know how to do this - Is there some communication channel configuration and/or programming that would work?

This is very similar to our scenario. By manipulating some of the Plain HTTP Adapter parameters, my colleague was able to post using xmldata. He set content type to text/plain then set the prolog to xmldata=. Let me know if this worked.

I am devloping a query report of the confirmation details of process order.
In which the execution start/finish date & time are confirmed during the confirmation process.
The report of the same can be derived from COOISPI under operations.
But, I want to calculate the duration on the basis of start/finish date & time. which is not available in standard COOISPI report or in table.
I have created the query using the same tables as in COOISPI - operations. And now, I want to add an extra field which is not a part of the table. Also, how to assign a formula = (end date+end time)-(start date + start time)?
I am not an ABAP person. I am just a simple PP/QM person. So, I don't know more about the same.

You need to create an additional field. Did you create an Infoset for this query (transaction code SQ02).
1. After you create your table joins, select pushbutton labeled "Extras." Select create icon, then enter field name and select radiobutton "Additional field" on popup box for Additonal information. On popup box "Additional field" enter the new field text information, type and length.
2. You should see your new field in a list on the right-side of screen. Select "CodingforAddition" icon. Program your logic here.
3. Make sure you add your new field to a field group. Generate your infoset.

How to use OMJX transaction? Need to add an additional field on MIGO item
hi guys
we need to add a new field on the MIGO screen at the item level. We are trying to explore OMJX to add custom fields.
We have used append structutre to enhance the GOITEM structure but are not clear on how to use OMJX.
ANy idea how to use the transaction OMJX.
Thanks in advanceWith the Business Add-In (BAdI) MB_MIGO_BADI, you can extend the
interface of the goods movements transaction (MIGO) with additional
tabstrip controls for the detailed information (detail tabstrips) and
header information (header tabstrips). It is possible for an external
application
o to display an additional detail tabstrip with own subscreen (max. 10
lines) in MIGO
o to display an additional header tabstrip with own subscreen (max. 3
lines) in MIGO
The program name, screen number and tab page text can be determined
dynamically. Different screens can therefore be controlled according to
the mode (for example, change mode, display mode, goods receipt, goods
issue).
Pushbuttons
It is not possible to implement pushbuttons in the MIGO menu, but you
can, however, implement pushbuttons directly on the external subscreen.
The OK code from MIGO is forwarded to the external application so it can
react.
Cursor Control
So that the cursor stays on the same subscreen after you press Continue,
if it was positioned there before, the external application in the own
PAI must hold the cursor positioning (on the same screen 'yes'/'no'; if
'yes', on which field), to set the cursor in PBO again.
Requirements
If you use the BAdI MB_MIGO_BADI in MIGO to update customer-own data, in
addition to the material document, to the database, you should note the
following:
o The BAdI MB_MIGO_BADI is only active in transaction MIGO.
o If you post goods movements with other transactions (for example, with
MB01, MB1C, VL02N), you must ensure that customer data is also
updated, if necessary.
You can do this by using the BAdI MB_DOCUMENT_BADI (Creating a
material document) to post the goods movements with the transactions
mentioned above.
o Note that otherwise, posting the goods movements will lead to
inconsistencies between SAP system data (for example, in stocks,
material documents, FI documents) and customer data.
