Need to see number called in queue agent is in multiple queues

So I have a have a script with mutiple queues in it and I have a agent made to see 2 of these queues. The issue is when the Agent answers they need to know which queue it is that was called so they know how to answer the call.  So if queue1 is answered they would answer one way and if queue2 was called they would answer another way.
Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can put the step there, that will work fine.
When you open the CDA, you want to go to CAD-AGENT.  In that window, go to the Show Data Fields tab.  This is where you will add the call.peripheral into the view.
If you don't have that in your view (it may be named something else) then you will need to log into Side A
Go to Services Config -> Enterprise Data -> Layout List
If you are only using the default list, click on it (or whatever layout you are using).
From the Available Fields, move over the call.peripheral field to the Selected side then save.

  • When looking at recent calls on my iPhone running iOS 7, how can I tell which number called me when a contact has multiple numbers listed?

I have an iPhone 5s and I am coming from an Android phone. On the Android phone, when looking at recent calls both the contact name and the number is displayed. On my iPhone I only see the contact name, in the case of contacts with multiple numbers attached how do I see which number the call came from?

Click the "i" in the circle to the right of the contact name.
The phone number the call came from is listed in blue.

  • UCCX 7.0 Calls in Queue

Is a readerboard required in order for CAD agents to see calls in queue?

    Hi Staci,
You can see them in CAD, in the real time statistics options, where it says contact service queue statistics, this is not the best and easy way because you have to open that window everytime you need to see the calls in queue, maybe that work for you, but I think a wallboard is a better option.

  • Do I need an online number to get a call from some...

    Hello,
Do I need an online number to get a call from someone in Europe who is calling from their computer?

Hey the question is what you want to do Sir.
Skype bare and free provides you means to talk voice and video from the application with all your friends who have Skype too on their side. Though you need to connect with them first. Add them manually or through some importing to your contact. There you have the basic capability.
Then you can add with credit or subscription (I personally think that the subscriptions now with 50% off yearly are absolutely great) a few services.
    1. Outgoing voice calls to real numbers. They have plans for landlines and mobile with diff prices for diff countries. Again check the promos now for good deals.
    2. Incoming voice calls from real numbers when you buy the online number. Alas its not available for all countries yet.
    3. You can set your ID so when you call / outgoing voice, people can recognize you.
    4. To go number that can let you call long distance and abroad as local call.
    And more I guess.
I find their outgoing call quality as unparalleled to any other provider. Call quality from Canada to Israel is usually on par as land line and superior to Bell.

after upgrading to OS5 my i phone is not showing names of incoming callers in my contact directory, i can only see number of incoming caller. Is there any settings to put this right? what can you do?

This started happening to me on my iPhone 4. Some text messages show only the numer they came from and those same numbers do not show the contact name in my calls list, even though the contacts are saved and synced via iCloud. I have tried to save different versions of the number in the same contact, but it won't work. If I call one of the recent numbers though, the conact comes up. I have tried reseting and restoring to no avail.

If you had Find My iPad enabled on it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone / Find My iPad on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police and you should contact your carrier. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

  • Webview: Maximum Wait Answer Time or Longest Call in Queue Fields or operation

    Hi,
Currently have a cutsomer who needs custom reports, on the customization he requieres to place on a historic basis a field which he calls Max Wait Ans, this field refer to the Maximum time a caller waits for an agent to answer the call or the same as a Longest Call in Queue Field or operation.
I've seen that the value is presented on a real time report, but the customer doesn't need the last or real time value, he need to know for a certain period of time the maxium wait answer time.
Is there any way to get this value?
    Any help will be apprecaited.
    Regards,
    Claudio.

You're probably going to want to query the Termination_Call_Detail table for a combination of NetQTime, NetworkTime, RingTime, LocalQTime, and DelayTime. Check the DB schema for the meaning of all the fields to see which ones you want to include to get the number you want. The question didn't mention the specific ICM version, but it's tagged as CCE7, so here's a link to the 7.5 schema guide:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_7_5/reference/guide/icm75schema.pdf
You'll want to sum based on RouterCallKey (and RouterCallKeyDay if your query will span multiple days).
Another good thing to consider if this is going to be heavily utilized is to write some soft of stored procedure that runs on a set schedule to populate another DB table with an interval ID, CallTypeID (or whatever unique identifier you want) and the max wait ans time. That way when you want to run a report, you're just querying the summary table, not the TCD for the entire timeframe.

  • How can I use either the contact center reporting or CAR to identify calls transferred from agents to other extensions?

We are not to the call manager and I am trying to find a way to report calls that were received to our customer service agents though the call queue but were subsequently transferred to an extension out side of the queue.  With our implementation we changed call routing and need to see how many misrouted calls are getting to the queue.

    Marc,
Are you on UCCE or UCCX? If you're using UCCE, the Termination_Call_Detail table includes a record of all transfers made by Agents.

  • Why call between WebClient agents fails?

    Hi,
I have just recently installed the mySAP CRM 4.0 IC WebClient (CRM40 SP00).
I have been testing the installation with CCS (Contact Center Simulator) and for a basic CCS supported tests (Inbound Phone call, Outbound Phone call, Chat) everything seems to be ok, but a call between WebClient agents fails due to an java error. The Phone Call between WebClients which should work according the CCS webpage.
What should I do to get WebClient agents to call each others? Any configuration or customization tips? Note that I do not have CC integration in place, just the IC WebClients.
Here is the test done in details and the error reported by WebClient:
    0) I restarted SAP CRM to be sure no pending sessions exists
    1) Open the CCS to see that no agents are logged in with WebClient
    2) Login as java_ic with WebClient
    3) CCS shows java_ic Workmode (=status) as 'Not Ready'
    4) Switch java_ic to ready by from the WebClient
    5) CCS shows java_ic Workmode (=status) as 'Ready'
Then I do the same for agent 'sap*' with another MSIE browser window. At this point, the CCS shows Workmode for both agents as 'Ready' and I have two WebClient browsers opened. I also verify that both has Phone selected from the channel selector in the WebClient.
    6) With java_ic agent, I press the Dial Pad, enter the sap* agent phone
number (Phone: +15550002; shown in the CCS for both agents logged in) and then I press the Dial button on Dial Pad to call to +15550002.
6.1) After pressing the Dial button, the WebClient displays a pop-up in
the middle of the screen with info: "Your request is being processed." After this there is an Info message under the buttons in the WebClient for java_ic saying: "No account information found".
    7) Java_ic WebClient shows that it's doing an outbound call and is 'Dialing' state.
    8) sap* WebClient window has blinking button with labels 'Accept' and 'Reject'. So, it clearly got an notification of the Inbound Phone call coming from java_ic. But there is also an error message under the buttons in the same WebClient webbrowser screen (not in the JavaConsole, not in separate alert message this time) for sap*:
    "Java error: type= APPLICATION ERROR, ID= GETIAD_FAILED, description=".
    9) With sap* WebClient I cannot answer or reject the call. Nothing happens. The browser Status Bar says: javascript:void(0) when I press the Accept button.
    10) At this situation, the CCS shows that the agents's sap* Workmode is
switched from the previous 'Ready' state to 'Not Ready' automatically (while the sap* WebClient status is still in Ready). So, the sap* automatically, due to the error, changed the status to 'Not Ready'.
    11) java_ic remain on 'Dialing' status for all the time trying to get connected with sap*.
I got informed that the call between WebClient COULD BE seen as a "call transfer" between clients by the CRM system. This might be something to do with the problem in calling between WebClients.
Because the java_ic reports: "No account information found" when placing the Outbound Phone call, one could assume that account details should be passed along with the call transfer. Possibly sap* cannot receive the
inbound phone call due to a missing account information thus reporting java error: "Java error: type= APPLICATION ERROR, ID= GETIAD_FAILED, description=".
    Best Regards,
    Jani

  • UCCX Queues showing bogus calls in Queue and they will not clear

I have many queues and two of them show one call in each of the queues on the supervisor desktop. However there is not any call in the queue. How do I clear theses calls/stats on the supervisor desktop for the end user so it does not show bogus calls on the queue on her clent?

    Hi Jonathan ,
What is your UCCX version .
Looking at the problem description i am suspecting that your system is hitting BUG:-CSCsu40814
    BUG:-CSCsu40814
    Symptom:
The supervisor desktop realtime reports will show an entry in "Oldest in Queue" that appears to be a call in the queue but has no time associated with it. The issue will show as 1(00:00:00)
    Conditions:
So far the only condition that exists is that calls are coming into the system.
    Workaround:
    None
    Further Problem Description:
The system RealTime Reports does not reflect this call and it is only shown in the Supervisor Desktop display. There is not actually a call in queue as well and it seems to be a reporting error.
The defect can be explained as follows:
++         This happens because of any of the  unsupported configurations/actions for UCCX.
++         This will lead the UCCX engine not to clear the entry of the call internally and thus it will send messages to the CSD to display the call.
++      Ideally when you have a legitimate call: "1[00:20:00]", this means that there is 1 call in the queue for 20min. However, 2[00:00:00] means that this call is no longer in the queue, but there is a false entry of the same.
++         Therefore, the restart of the engine will remove these entries
++         This entry will be created in the UCCX engine when an unsupported action is performed such as transfer to a different Route point etc. (not necessarily this).
++         The defect addresses how such a call is handled so that the call entry can be appropriately cleared.
++         It would be difficult to say why the issue started to occur, but we can explain as to why the entries are seen on CSD and how we can clear them.
    Please note the following:
++        All unsupported scenarios/configurations mentioned in the guide have to be avoided:
    o   http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_8_0/release/notes/uccx_802_rn.pdf
++         All the unsupported configurations can cause this issue to occur. However, the defect-fix has been verified for the following configurations:
    1.       When an agent on call c1 initiates consult c2 to the RP,cti port, c2 is just in the process of getting queued when agent completes transfer and so c1.iaqstate is set incorrectly to NOT_IN_QUEUE due to a race condition. The defect CSCsu40814 occurs even in regular, supported agent to rp transfer scenarios due to race condition.
    2.       As soon as the agent went reserved for the primary consult , he answered the primary consult but even before the main call could be fully transferred to the agent, He held the primary consult call and initiated a new call to the RP. This is what caused the main IAQ call to terminate.  And he was left only with the new call he initiated. So he again initiates another consult and completes transfer. So the agent wanted to answer the PRIMARY consult and immediately transfer it back to the RP without talking to the caller. In this particular scenario, the call was between 2 CTI ports
Issue can be resolved by restarting the CCX engine(in off hours). This is a temp workaround .
you need to check if agent's are not using any unsupported configuration .

  • Calls In Queue on Cad

Is there an easy way to display Calls In Queue inside the CAD?  Maybe even longest waiting call?   Aside from clicking around the tool bar and opening windows, is there a solution for pushing this available info out to the CAD?
Anyway to modify the Icons in the Supervisor Agent List.  Currently it shows Ready and Not Ready, but is there a way to create customized Icons that match Not Ready States?
    Duh...

The Calls in Queue is displayed as a report within CAD.  Agents would have to click on the  Reports icon (or Ctrl-Q) then select Contact Service Queue Statistics.
If you want more detail, one workaround is to use a wallboard.  There are some opensource ones available (search the forums).  If you have a web-based wallboard setup, you can customize it, then display it as a tab within the CAD integrated browser.  That way your agents always see it (without clicking), and you can show any data you want.
I don't believe you can modify the Supervisor Desktop icons.

  • RGS routes calls to Busy agents (alredy In a Call)...

    Hi guys,
our Call Centre agents are reporting they get 2nd incoming call transferred via the same workflow as the 1st call.
Their status is In a Call and obviously call should not be routed to them.
    Screenshot
    http://img855.imageshack.us/img855/8094/rgsbug.jpg
Apparently this happens when there are a whole bunch of incoming calls.
Do you know what is the coded logic for RGS quering agents status?
Does it query RTC db for agents status?
My guess is there's some OCS server component underperforming and RGS application queries something (db?) to find this particular agent status is Available (not updated yet to In A Call).
