Need to use SubTab Layout

Hi folks,
We needs to use a subtab layout in a page and in that few of the subtab may contain external region.So tabs are not rendered correctly.Is there any limitation for subtab while external region are connected to it.Kindly guide us to proceed

And you will have to be physically in the UK, if you are referring to that iTunes Store. You cannot use any iTunes Store from outside of its country.
If you mean that you wish the French iTunes Store to appear in English, sorry, but that's not possible.

    Your POP should also be an OAF page. You create subTab in POPUP page as you create in any other page.

    For example so that I can just press shift or another key to get the German character.

    Some may already exist, but you will have to learn them.  On my old system these can be found through keyviewer.app  For example, if I press option+s I get ß   Umlaut is a bit cumbersome as option+u then the actual letter.  It may be possible to bind a key to do this function, possibly through System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts
    I have old, old references for utilities that let you rebind keys to other functions, and you would have to see if they have modern equivalents.

    I am SharePoint 2013 developer. Before asking question I would like to explain the requirement in clarity.
    We are developing one O365 SharePoint online site which is having 10 different page layouts with different and some common webparts and we are reusing these page layouts by deploying a sandboxed solution which is having page layouts. These page layouts contain
    filter and query to display data using some condition and predefined values. By using these layouts we have to create 100+ pages. All pages will show data according to that page name and category (if it belongs any). We have not written any code to develop
    the site, everything is OOB feature.
    We have used below feature/list/lib of SP Online 2013:
    - Document Library
    - Survey
    - Calendar
    - Lists
    - Discussion forum library
    - OOB Search feature
    Now, I would like to know whether this is the right approach to reuse the page layouts. Or can we add webparts directly where the logic resides in the webparts and add them to the pages instead of page layouts?
    Also how to deploy page layouts/pages from one server to another? Currently we are deploying everything as a feature using sandbox solution. 
    Could you please let me know the right approach to follow. I am asking this question because we are facing below issues:
    - Sometime page layouts gets corrupted, showing nothing.
    - All written filters/logic disappear when we open layouts in Designer
    - Deployment is pain using Sandbox solution

    Interesting question, to which i do not know a definitive answer.
    Output Caching is used to increase performance and to reduce load on the box. However since you're in the MS Cloud you don't need to worry about the latter and MS do the worrying about the former. I wouldn't be surprised if MS have updated the behaviour
    for O365 and not updated the documentation. That first office.com article is using 2010 screenshots which doesn't fill me with confidence about it's continuing relevance. Don't forget that SharePoint 2013 and O365 are technically different versions and have
    very different behaviour in places.
    Generally i'd say not to worry, but in this case if you do find any more information i'd love to see it.

  • Use of layout when more than one parameter - Error Missing Parameter Values

    Hi,
    Is it possible to use a crystal report which has more than one parameter as the layout for the bill of materials report.
    I have 3 parameters
           1. DocKey@       The Bill of Materials to be printed
           2. Number of levels to be printed
           3. type of levels to print.
    When I try to print it gives me the error Missing Parameter Values.
    I have tried changing the DocKey@ to CodeKey@ but the same error.
    Does anyone now where to find a list of these tokens?

    I looked at the crystal report conversion to try to find what parameters it used and found none.
    I have managed to create and use a crystal report to replace the production order using DocKey@ as the parameter.  This works within SAP.  However I have converted the system production order to crystal reports and from the converted report I cannot see any parameters at all.
    How and where can you find out what paramters you need to use to replace any PLD report?  Several reports have multiple selection criteria before the report prints.  How can you find out what their tokens are called?  I am starting to pull my hair out.  I am getting great help from this forum, but do you know any documentation which actually explains this area.

  • Best Practice in using Tracking Layout

    Can anyone tell me how best to use Tracking Layout and how to create the different new layout in tracking layout view.
    Kindly let me know whether the layout as explained below can be shown:
    Toplayout shows the list of projects and the bottom layout should show the list of resources and while selecting the resources should show either histogram or spreadsheet to show the resources based on the usage for all the projects. With that we need to find out which is oveallocated and which resource is free.

    Sounds like you need a simple resource loading histogram with a threshold limit displayed for each project. I don't know if you are layout saavy but layouts can be customized to fit your exact needs. Sometimes P6 cannot display exactly what you desire but most basic layouts can be tweaked to fit. I believe that you need a combo of resource profiles and columns.
    I'll take some time today and do some tweeking on my end to see if I can modify one of my resource layouts to fit your needs. I'll let you know what I find out.

    I am developing a report for our customer now. It is a invoice report. We need 2 parameters
    1) Customer code (drop-down list. can only choose one each time)
    Here is my token
    Customer@ SELECT CardCode, CardName FROM OCRD WHERE CardType = 'C' ORDER BY CardCode
    2) Then we need another parameter to display all invoice number for the specific customer. How can I create the parameter here?

    You create two parameters in Crystal Reports. Try these
    One for Cusomer (Customer@Select CardName from OCRD where CardType='C')  - This would be String, Dynamic
    One for DocNum - Type :Number , Static
    Import the crystal report using Report Layout Manager to the app menu.
    Then navigate to the patch and click on the report, when the report loads you should see a dropdown list for Customer Name and the DocNum will be blank.
    Click on View-->System Information and findout field info
    create a query : Select DocNum,CardCode,CardName,DocTotal,DocDueDate from OINV where CardCode=$[TableName.Field]

  • MX432 All-in-one printer: left side of printed subject is being cut off when using 'normal' layout.

    Because 'normal' and 'fit to page' layouts cut off left side of printed material I'm using 'borderless' layout but that doesn't give me the paper size option I need.  Any hints on how to save the left side of paper and how to change paper size in borderless layout.  Any hints in print preview wherein I can print just 'one or two'  of multiple pages without having to return to the set-up page?

    You can set it so that "Fit to Page" printing is the default setting.  To do this, use the following steps:
    1.  Click Start.
    2.  Click Control Panel.
    3.  Click Printers and other Hardware.
    4.  Click Printers and Faxes.
    5.  Right click the PIXMA MX432 and click Printing Preferences.
    6.  Click the Page Setup Tab.
    7.  Select Fit to Page under Page Layout, then press OK.
    This should now be the default setting for all programs.

    I've a seeded page which have a Subtab layout showing 6 tabs.
    Now I want to add a new tab to show my custom region.
    Using Personalization, I'm able to add a region[stack layout] under the subtab layout and add a link under subtab bar.. But the link is not visible. If I remove the region [stack layout] from the subtab, the link is visible.
    Can anyone knows, why it happens ???

    can u tell what is use of layout tabs in IS RETAILS.

    In IS retail the enterprice architecture will have a DC associate with several stores (in sap terms these store and DC all are plants only). Practically in retail scenario, every month or fortnight a new store would be opened. These store would maintain material in a special order to improve the customer attraction.
    Based on the consumer behaviour in a particular region the products will be kept in shelf in some order. For example if the organisation gets Rs.10 profit / Medimix soap where as it gets Rs 15 Profit / Lifebouy. So the company needs to arrange the shelf in store in such a way it contains more no of Lifebouy in Row with some special tags and some less no of Medimix. This will enhance the customers interest in purchasing new attractive one which is available plenty in quantity.
    The model that is used for arranging the products in shelf or rack or cupboard of store in such a way to increase the profit and presentability is called layout. It is also called planogram. Because this layout will be planned few months in advance. This is done in advance to intiate procurement and replenishment of product for new store.

  • Subtab layout Question

    Hi,
    i have a subtab layout and there are 2 subtab A and B. Both contain Advance table with each table holding a seprate vo's VO1 and VO2. These vos are not associated with any EO.
    There will be always records in these 2 sub tabs and user will update the few record.
    My job is to read the all the updated records of VO and then use Pl/sql to update in datbase.
    ISSUE.
    Now i am facing a problem . In subtab A if i updates already queried rows and move to subtab B and then comeback to A again , all the updated values in the Subtab is lost, becuase it class the processrequest and requery the view again.
    How to solve this probelm ?
    1) Do we ask to save teh data to move betweek sub tab ?
    2) do not query again if it is already quries.
    What is the based approch ?

    You can handle this sub-tab navigation logic at a much higher level than letting your processRequest call the AM's init method that should not query the VO when the VO's isPreparedForExecution method returns true.
    One approach would be to add an event called 'Init' which should be set when the page is invoked the first time, and to add the condition in the 'processRequest' to ensure that the AM's init method that queries the VO is called only when this event is set. This will ensure that VOs are not re-queried when the 'Init' event is not be set for e.g. on sub-tab navigation, and this also gives you the control to re-initialize the AM simply setting the event 'Init'.

    How can I make the appraisal document appears on the Portal looks like the WORD document?
    I'm thinking of using the Adobe form as the UI, which means I need to use the offline layout. ( with the BADI : HRHAP00_OFFLINE01)
    But, I don't know whether this can work. And in that adobe form, can I have the funcion of "create" and "delete" objectives, or integrate with the Training management?
    Can some one help to give some advices on this?

  • HT3275 I need to use a Western Digital external drive on both my Mac and a PC.  To do this I need to format the drive in FAT 32.  However, Time Machine won't recognize this format.  Is there a work-around?

    I need to use my external drive on my Mac and a PC, so I formatted it in FAT 32.  I found that Time Machine doesn't recognize this format and cannot back up to it.  So, if I want to use Time Machine I need to go back to a Mac format.  Is there any way to get Time Machine to save onto a FAT 32 formatted drive?

    It's usually not a good idea to use a Time Machine drive for anything else. It's too easy to make mistakes, or not do regular backups, or run out of space.  See Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions #1 and 3.
    But you can create a second partition on the drive, for use with Windoze.
    See #5 in the FAQ for formatting instructions.  You'll need to select 2 partitions.  It's usually best to put the Time Machine partition first, and it should have the Mac OS Extended (Journaled) Format.  Make the second one MS-DOS (FAT), although you might prefer ExFAT.
    Be sure to specify the GUID Partition table.
