Need Value of VKAUS(usage code) within exit (userexit_xkomv_bewerten_end)

When a sales order is created manually, the Function Module PRICING is called by SAP that helps in determining the pricing for a created Sales Order. within this PRICING FM, the Subroutine xkomv_bewerten is called. Now from the Subroutine xkomv_bewerten, the Subroutine userexit_xkomv_bewerten_end is called & this is where i am writing some code for the required Enhancement. Within this User-exit, I need the value of vkaus i.e. the line-item usage code. Can anyone tell me from where Shall I get the value of VKAUS ? Please note the structure KOMP has the field VKAUS but it is coming INITIAL.

The KOMP-VKAUS is available in the subroutine USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END not only KOMP but also KONH, KONP, KONV, KOMV etc are also available as these are global variable . If you use new debugger keep break-point on this userexit in global tab of debugger you can see above mentioned variable.

If you already changed to 64bit and still doesn't work then create proxy account..
To create a proxy account
In Object Explorer, expand a server.
Expand SQL Server Agent.
Right-click Proxies and select New Proxy.
On the General page of the New Proxy Account dialog, specify the proxy name, credential name, and
description for the new proxy. Note that you must create a credential first before you create a proxy if one is not already available. For more information about creating a credential, see How
to: Create a Credential (SQL Server Management Studio) or CREATE CREDENTIAL (Transact-SQL).
Check the appropriate subsystem for this proxy.
On the Principals page, add or remove logins or roles to grant or remove access to the proxy account.

Advice needed for changing code within the Web IC...

I need to change some code within the GET_QUERY_RESULT Method, which is found:
BSP->Z_CRM_IC
View->AuiSearch
Controller class ZL_CRM_IC_AuiSearch_impl
Method do_handle_event
Method eh_onsearch
Method get_query_result
At present the method get_query_result belongs to class CL_CRM_AUI_QUERY_SERVICE.
I can create a subclass from this and call it ZL_CRM_AUI_QUERY_SERVIC, then redefine the method get_query_class, and then make the appropriate changes. But that may be all uneccessary. What I don't know is how to ensure this modified code can be called.
I have already made changes for method DO_INIT_CONTEXT, hence the reason the controller class ZL_CRM_IC_AUISEARCH_IMPL is identified. But this was simple because the view linked directly to this whereas you can see the code I need to change is further down in process chain.
I know that method get_query_result calls a number of BADI's, but these BADI's are too low for the information that I need and therfore really need to make my code changes in the get_query_result method.
I have been reading as much as I can on this subject, but without much success and therefore really count on experienced developers like yourselves to steer me in the right direction, or give advice.

I will not suggest to put your Enhancements into CL_CRM_AUI_QUERY_SERVICE.
Rather in Component BT -> Class CL_CRM_BTIL . AUi Query Service will Internally call the BOL Component ( get query result )
In your Framework Profile Config , you specify the Component Set . Ex: ALL
Component set have a List of Component Ex BP , BT .
SPRO-> CRM -> CRM Cross Application Components -> Generic Interaction layer -> Basic Settings
Now you can have your Custom , Component Set ( Ex : ZALL ) and Component ( ( Ex ; ZBT , Totally advisable for CIC Development Framework )
Have BT Copied into ZBT and Specify ZL_CRM_BTIL ( Inherited from CL_CRM_BTIL )
And in your Custom Component Set , Specify ZBT instead of BT .
Now Specify your Custom Component Set in your Framework Profile .
Now you got the Enhancement Spot in ZL_CRM_BTIL->GET_QUERY_RESULT

About Package - Its connecting to different version (2000,2005,2008,2008R2,2012) servers and putting Jobs information into one Database table.

On the surface it is an error from a memory space of the binary/non-managed code, so nothing can be really concluded based on what you decided to share with us.

I thought it may be related to spaces in the path in which the script was called from. I tried having the ODBC command script in another directory but the same thing happens. It will give me the "CONFIGSYSDSN: Unable to create a data source for the 'Oracle in OraClient10g_home1' driver: Could not load the setup or translator library with error code -2147467259". As soon as the script is done running I can manually double click the script and it adds the DSN fine.

The API should be able to validate the segment values for existence in value set, enabled/disabled, Posting flag enabled or disabled (i.e Compiled Attributes Validation).Please provide me some pointers.

Can anyone tell me if I need to use Actionscript 3 code instead of Actionscript 2 code in the following situation:
I am running a swf file which is contained in a browser window (all files are contained on a CD and I have a 'trust' file set up to let them play properly). Up until now, I have been using the following Actionscript 2 code to close the browser window (the Actionscript 2 code is on an 'Exit' button within the swf):

This Actionscript 2 code has always worked and still works in Flash player 8 and lower. However, it does nothing when played using Flash player 9. Can anyone tell me if Flash player 9 won't recognize Actionscript 2 code? Is it essential to use ONLY Actionscript 3 code if you are using Flash player 9?
I am having the same problem when I try to launch another html page containing a swf (popped up from the swf contained in the main html window). I have the following code on the button to launch the popup html window. It always worked, but suddenly no longer works with Flash player 9. Here is the code I am using:

I have all the necessary background code to launch 'webpage2.html'. It works everywhere except in Flash player 9. You can use both AS2 and AS3 based applications in both Flash 9 and 10.

Dynamic value binding for InputTextField - Expression within an expression

I have this requirement where I have to use an EL expression's output as a bean's property in the value attribute of a InputTextField. E.g.

The JSF page will be a generic one so the fields within a form will be dynamic and will be formed at run-time. Since the exact bean property(entity in the code above) for a particular field is not known before, it needs to be dynamicaly built
To give more clarity. In the following snippet, i know that entity is the bean to be used but which property(XXX) the text field has to be bound is not known and needs to be assigned at run-time.
<h:inputText value="#{entity.*XXX*"/>
Is this possible? Are there any direct JSF solution or work arounds for it? Appreciate your inputs.

Your solution is totally acceptable. But I was also looking for something that can make possible direct binding to the bean properties without going through a Map.
In the meantime, I worked around the problem by not using the DataTable. Instead I loop the collection and add the Form elements programatically (code given below). With this I am able to achieve the desired effect of binding directly to the bean's property. But I am hitting another problem now, On submit the form Seam throws up 'No active conversational context" error while binding the #{sdmManager.grid} attribute. Now, I am trying to figure out how to come across it.

Variable code within code

I was wondering how you can make variable code within code, for example, normally, you can use this["blabla"+variable]; to make the code say blablavariable.
But now i want to make new variables by using this code, within a for loop [using teller1 as the increasing value]
this["var ringsegment_mc:Ring_"+teller1+"=new [Ring_"+teller1+"]()"];
which i basically want to have say:
var ringsegment_mc:Ring_1=new Ring_1();
but this doesnt work, it doesnt make a variable called ringsegment_mc.
why I want to do this, is because i need to make an add child which makes 16 parts, from 16 different movieclips.
here is the code for that for loop:

Hmm, i already fixed it, though im still not really sure why it happened:
i have a for loop adding the addchilds 16 times, using a different movieclip for each instance
loading the x and y coordinates from an array, containing 16 values [which ive changed to 17 now, to make it work]
the arrays:

the part of the for loop and positioning:

and while typing i realise that the first value in an array is number 0 and not 1

Problem regarding writing javascript code within text field

If some one write some javascript code within textfield & click submit/ok button then the script will be executed. It will create a dengerous problem.
Suppose someone write a script within Test Box like

it will delete file from local drive of client machine.

Determination of default characteristics values based on Company Code/Plant

We are using batch management and classification. We have defined various Characteristics and maintained values for it.
As per our business process, we create Purchase Order (which may contain many line items) and after that we receive the Goods thru MIGO.
At the time of MIGO user need to enter all the Characteristics of the batch. Out of no. of characteristics few are mandatory and also have got same value (depends on Company Code/Plant).
Currently there is no provision to maintain default values of the characteristics at Company Code / Plant level. Due to this user have to maintain same values again and again at the time of MIGO for each line item/batch. So please suggest us the solution where user need not to enter same values for respective characteristics during MIGO and we can save lot of time and it will help to improve the efficiency.
We also tried to explore the provision of making u201CDefault Valueu201D in CT04, but then that value was getting applied for all the Company Code / Plant which we donu2019t want.

hi experts
in user exits, i can find many exits name using <b>SPRO </b>or <b>SMOD</b>. and by this i can find the package also.
my question is how to know where these exits are exactly used, ie., in which transaction these exits are used.
is there any way to find out the tcode, if we know exit name.

User exits (Function module exits) are exits developed by SAP. The exit is implementerd as a call to a function module. The code for the function module is written by the developer. You are not writing the code directly in the function module, but in the include that is implemented in the function module.
The naming standard of function modules for functionmodule exits is:
EXIT_<program name><3 digit suffix>
The call to a functionmodule exit is implemented as:
CALL CUSTOMER.-FUNCTION <3 digit suffix>
To find a Exit.
Goto Transaction -- Find The Package
SMOD >f4>Use the Package here to Find the Exits In the Package.
Else if you Want to search by Application Area wise ,
There is one more tab to find the Exits in the Respective Application Area.
Implementing the Exit-- CMOD Create ProjectsAssgn your Component .
Now Run ur Transaction to Check if it Triggers.

2. Open the SAP program.
3. Get the Development Class.
4. Execute Tcode SE84.

Information about Global Usage Code in 10g and 11g

Hi all,
While creating TP in 10g in Step 4: Create Trading Partner: Delivery Channel , there is a field Global Usage Code which has values as 'Test' or 'Production'.
But in case of 11g, i dont see a field for Global Usage Code. If it is not present in the front end, then does B2B 11g picks this value from backend?
Can someone provide some pointers on this??

As far as I know, "Global Usage Code" was an indicator field only and used to specify the usage of the delivery channel. If it is set to Test, then the delivery channel is used only for testing purposes. If it is set to Production, then it is used only for production purposes. It has no affect on actual message processing.
This field is no more available in 11g and such indication is also not required because of Weblogic domain concept as you will have at least different domains for diferen environments (if you are using same installation fo all env)
