If i want to delete my existing apple ID and change into a new one, does my history (such as photos, musics, games) will be gone too?

Bad idea.
Content bought with an Apple ID is forever associated with that Apple ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs. Unless you are prepared to forfeit all the previously purchased content and buy it all again with the new Apple ID, you will need to maintain the old ID to update and redownload your content.

Apple TV and Photo Stream

Hey everyone,
I just got a new Apple TV and for some reason it will not detect my photos in Photo Stream. It works on all of my other devices, but it does nothing on my Apple TV.
Does anyone have this issue or know a solution?

Not sure if you've figured this out yet. I had the same problem and this is how I solved it (only moments ago)
I was already signed into PhotoStream but couldn't get my photos to appear.
Under the Internet channel, there is a PhotoStream App. Open that app and sign in if you aren't already. Then give it a few seconds/minutes to load into AppleTV all your photos from PhotoStream. You'll see them all load in automatically.
And that's it. When my AppleTV next went to screen saver my photos appeared. (Of course, I had already selected PhotoStream as my screensaver folder choice.) So you'll need to make that selection under ScreenSaver, obviously.
I'm guessing that each time you have new images in PhotoStream you'd like to add to AppleTV, you'll need to open that App again so that AppleTV brings them in.
But this new feature is fantastic. I've been trying to find an easy way to make my personal photos be my AppleTV screensaver since i got the device, and this addresses that. Tho to WC's comment, I'll be curious to see what happens when there is a photo in there i don't want included in my AppleTV screensaver feed.
I've also not tried removing images from my PhotoStream yet. Not sure how easy/difficult that might be.

To change the iCloud ID on your devices, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the ID you want to use. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any synced data from your device, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your device when you sign back in. However if you are changing to a new account, be sure to choose Keep on My iPhone (iPad) when prompted, then choose Merge to upload your data to the new account when you turn on iCloud syncing again.
Prior to deleting the account, if you have an photo stream photos that you want to keep, save them to your camera roll by tapping Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll.

You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. No, do not re-import your images. I assume you can see the thumbnails in the library module, just cannot access the full images, right? If this is the case there should be an exclamation mark in the top right corner of every one of your pictures and you only have to tell LR where the images are now.
Click the exclamation mark of one of the images and a dialog window should pop-up, telling you that LR cannot find the file, but with an option to locate it. Press "Locate" and navigate to the folder on your new HD where the file is. If in the new external HD you kept the same folder structure that you had on the internal disk, LR will be able to find all your images and re-link them to the database without further intervention.

Thanks restoring and restarting didn't fix my problem - i have started it fresh and still it doesn't work. Basically I press ONCE on the remote, after the machine has not had any commands for 10 minutes, and the cursor skips from one end of the menu to the other - so I can't choose network or update software etc - I sometimes manage to stop it randomly in the middle of the menu if I press on a command in the middle of the cursor skipping all the menu steps...not sure what the problem is but I have basically not used my brand new apple tv since I bought it for that reason! I should call Apple support I suppose! grrrr hate wasting time with stuff like this!

That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

I need help. My three boys have brand new iPad mini's and I would like to set them up. I would like to create one new apple ID and have it shared by all three. This way they can share content (apps, music). How do I do that?

Looking for an information management solution. I have three boys that have brand new ipad mini's. I would like to set them up to manage information the easiest way.
My first thought was to use my apple ID for their apps and purchases. This would give me the advantage of seeing everything downloaded and be able to monitor this closely. The disadvantage to me, was that they would see all of my contracts, my apps, and my music.
My other thought was to create one new apple ID and to share that among the three boys. This way I would not have to worry about my information being on their ipads.
This is a very confusing situation for me. My goal is seperate my stuff from my kids stuff. Appreicate input from anyone who has in-depth experience with this as it applies to apple ID, icloud ID, and any detailed explaination of how to do this would be appreiciated. Thanks.

I think I will do this. I will use my apple ID and set face time and message to work independently. That solves one problrem. My other problem and maybe my bigger problem is that if I am using my apple ID, how do I iflter all of this so that my kids don't see my contacts, get my apps, etc. ?

I'll ask my question differently. I have multiple devices and I sync them to my itunes account. For one of my devices, I gave it to a family member. I changed my itunes password and did not give it to the family member who has one of my devices. Will they be able to update applicable apps not having the new password?
Also, if that family member opens their own itunes account and purchase apps and sync the phone, will they lose all the apps that was purchased from my itunes account?

Enter the Email Address that you already have (like Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, Live, etc) but you have never used it for creating Apple ID before.
Passwork Requirement is Minimum 8 Characters, Alpha Numeric and Password should Content atleast 1 Upper Case and 1 Lower Case Letter. You will find the more detail on the same page when Creating Apple Id and iTunes will give you Error if the Password you enter does not match their requirement.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
