New entry "00000000" in table T527X
Hello Gurus,
How can I make an entry in table T527X with the Object ID for Org Unit: 00000000. This is the Organization unit table and when we create a org unit the entry will be made automatically and the Object ID is automatically added to this table, but if I want to add a new value with Orgunit ID: 0000000, then how can I achieve this.

u can write a report program for this and in that use the event :
AT NEW <field-name> ( use primary key)
your statements
ENDAT
for eg.
loop at itab ( herfe itab must be of type of table for which u want to track new entries)
at new matnr
write:/ new record
endat
endloop.
schedule this report in background to run in every 5 or 10 mins as per your requirement and hence changes can be tracked.

It is used for updating tables.i.e deleting,updating and inserting data into tables.

Table
Table maintanence generator is nothing but making a table available for adding records and deleting records.
The transaction code used is SM30.
follow below steps
1) go to se11 check table maintanance check box under
attributes tab
2) utilities-table maintanance Generator->
create function group and assign it under
function group input box.
also assign authorization group default &NC& .
3)
select standard recording routine radio in table
table mainitainence generator to move table
contents to quality and production by assigning
it to request.
4) select maintaience type as single step.
5) maintainence screen as system generated numbers
this dialog box appears when you click on create
button
6) save and activate table
using sm30 you can create entries manually.

Manage a new entry into V_T020R table for RFEBBECODA00 program
Hello SDN,
For the bank statement integration with the Belgium format Coda 2.1, I need to use a new conversion program so called RFEBBECODA00. This program is an update of RFEBBE00.
The customizing table V_T020R (OT61 transaction) allows to manage a dedicated variant for FEBC user transaction and the program used for file conversion to Multicash.
I do not need to use anymore RFEBBE00 program, but I am not able to manage a new entry into V_T020R for the new program RFEBBECODA00.
Any idea on how too update V_T020R in order to keep using FEBC transaction ?

In the attachment titled "Manual_Activities_Required_FI.doc" to the above SAP Note, the last step to add an entry to table T020R. I was just wondering if completing the manual activities is a prerequisite to add a new entry to the table T020R. As such, if you go to OT61 transaction, you don't see the 'New Entries' button.
The attachment to the above SAP Note has the following text as a last step.
Also maintain the following entry in Table T020R:
MANDT TCODE REPID VARIANT NSHOW
000 FEBC RFEBBECODA00
Activate the table. Now run transaction FEBC and check if the program RFEBBECODA00 is being displayed.
As per the Note, complete the manual activities, then apply the correction instruction in the Note, activate the program and then maintain the text symbols and selection text a shown in the document. Just check the note in the above link and follow the instructions. Let me know if you finally succeed in maintaining this entry in table T020R. I'll be happy to hear a 'yes' from you! -
Not able to create new entry in RSADMIN Table
Hi All,
I am going thru the OSS note 1275837 (Note 1275837 - PrecServer: process based load distribution (ABAP part)), as it recommends
add the entry "BWPREC_USE_NEW_LOAD" with value "X" in table "RSADMIN"
When I check in SE11 and SE16 there is no option to create button for above entry in table RSADMIN.
Please advise for any help to create above entry.

Goto SM30 - Table Maintanance Generator and enter the table name and click on button maintain ,it will show the error message
"The maintenance dialog for RSADMIN is incomplete or not defined" because the table maintenance is not allowed manually.
First Option
When you double click the error message a performance assistant screen will open in that you can see Procedure
"Generate the required maintenance dialog" click on that and try to maintain the table using Access Key, as i dont have access key i have not tried this option.
Second Option
You can write an SE38 program with an insert statement.
TABLES rsadmin.
DATA: wa TYPE rsadmin.
wa-object = 'object name'.
wa-value = 'X'.
INSERT into rsadmin values wa.

How to make the fields of the table mandatory while creating new entries..?
Hi,
I have created a new Z table which has 6 fields. All the 6 fields are KEY fields and all are of CHAR type. I have generated the table maintenance generator for the same. My requirement is all the fields should be MANDATORY while creating the entries. No field should be BLANK.
When creating the new entries in the table, even if I don't give any values to some of the fields, it is saving the entry. But, it shouldn't happen like that. If any of the field is kept blank, it should not allow the user to save the entry. Can someone tell me how to approach this. Will there be any settings while creating the table which takes care of this.
I read somewhere that this can be done using the Table EVENTS. Can someone tell me what is the code that we should write there in the Events which prevents the user from saving the blank fields. While writing the logic in the events, how to check whether the particular field is BLANK or not. Will the values be stored in any internal table kind of thing..?
My table name is ZCRF_TAB and the fields are FLD!, FLD2, FLD3, FLD4, FLD5 & FLD6. Can someone provide me sample code for my requirement. Thanks in advance.

Select appropriate option by using F4,I think value 05 is appropriate for u r requirement.Enter From routine name.Dbl click on the routine.
Write the appropriate code like:
If ZTABLE-FIELD1 is initial.
Message (E000) with "Fill all the manadatory fields".

2. Write Screen modification routine for the same

3. This will disable the display of the Fields in TABLE Control.

How to save multiple new entries in one shot?
Hi,
I am working on a pretty complex Create form. So apart from the standard form fields to allow user to enter the data, one of the sections in this form is a table which allows user to create multiple entries for this entity. And when hitting the "Save" button in this form, it will save all the data plus the multiple entries defined in this table.
Is it possible to create multiple new entries in a table, and then save all of the new entries at the end? My experience so far is only create and save one new entry at a time.
Any sample?

Let me explain more in details of the scenario:
I have a table with "Create New" and "Save" button. The "Create New" button's ActionListener is set to "#{bindings.CreateInsert.execute}", and the "Save" button's ActionListener is set to "#{bindings.Commit.execute}".
When the "Create New" button is hit, a new row shows up in the table to allow entering data inline. When the "Save" button is hit, it got committed. I would like to allow user to create multiple rows before committing. But currently, after I hit "Create New" button, then enter data, then hit "Create New" button again without committing, it gives error.
Since this table is part of a form with other fields, I would like to save/commit it until everything in the form are completed, including creating multiple rows in the table.
Any ideas how to achieve this?

I got an easy question for you. How can I include new entries on any table that at the beginning does not have entries?. If the table has entries I can select one of them and insert new ones by debugging but I don´t know how to do it without entries

How can we delete an entry from table T527X from se11/se16? Or is there any other transaction by which we can delete this entry? I can not delete the org unit as this org unit is not having any name and the ID is: 00000000. I created this entry using SE11 -> utilities -> Create entry.

Chakri.When you say select the entry or you double clicking?
You can try this.. simply select the check box against that entr in the displayed list and then use the menu option Table Entry--> Delete
Other than, this I can't think of another option.. ofcourse you can always have a simple custom program with a couple of lines of code to delete a table entry.

Unable to create new entry in table that has no primary key

I have a table which is required to have no primary key (except mandt). After i generate table maintanance, when I go to create new entries, the table control to enter the new values does not appear. When I click on edit->new entries, it goes back to the fields tab of the table. Same when i check through SM30.
If i maintain atleast one primary key, I am able to get the table control in new entries screen. However the requirement permits no primary keys except mandt. How can this be resolved?

THE PROBLEM WITH UR TABLE IS
YOU HAD DECLARED MANDT AS THE PRIMARY KEY AND THERE IS NO OTHER KEY IN UR TABLE
iT'S NOT ALLOWING YOU TO ADD NEW ENTRIES BECAUSE MANDT IS THE ONLY PRIMARY KEY IN YOUR TABLE AND IT WILL HAVE A DEFAULT VALUE BASED ON THE CLIENT. SO IT'S NOT SHOWING YOU THE CREATE NEW ENTRIES OPTION.
SO TRY TO PUT ONE MORE FIELD AS THE PRIMARY KEY SO THAT YOUR PROBLEM WILL SOLVE VERY EASILY ALSO MAKE SURE THAT TABLE IS ACTIVATED.
REVERT IF U NEED SOME MORE HELP

New entries in table TSTC not capturing in scu3 change logs
Hi ,
We have TSTC table log enabled.
New Entries which comes through transport in the table TSTC are not capturing in change logs.
We have created a new Z T-code and transported it to Quality and then to Production.
But in the change logs of the tbale TSTC it is not captured both in quality and Production.
In the table TSTC t-code is present.
But the change log for the table doesnot show any new entry created.
In development change log of TSTC, the change is present but in Quality and Production it is not present.
Development client : 400
Quality Client : 600
Production Client : 600
Can any one spill some beans on it...

The HR IDOCs are ending in error in our production system with the error:
No entry in table T527X for E
Message no. RP301
Diagnosis
The entry values must be stored in table T527X. The " E" value(s) are not in this table.
When the IDOC is reprocessed manually or by the standard program, the IDOC has OK status.
The error just started from today and we do not know as to what is causing this error.
I have checked in the FM that is processing the IDOC and I could not find nay reference to the table T527X or that message number.
Can anyone please help?

If IDOC was getting processes Successfully till last week, Customization done recently is the Culprit
I am thinking about the complexity of the Standard Function (which almost processes all
types of HR master data and how developer must have managed to write Custom code for all of this.
Quite Complex I think.
The main change was that in some updation BDC is now used to update the screens
directly and then PA41 tcode is being called. Do you think this might cause the issue?
But then it works in reprocessing - strange.
In some places, the standard function module is used (code not changed for this) -HR_MASTER_MAINTAIN -
(i think).
Well what all I can say is track the error message while running the IDOC for first time and
that will only give you the solution.

plz help me to slove this problem.When you want to preserve the existing values in a table or array, you need to use "Array -> Build Array". Wire the local variable of the table or array to top entry, and wire your new entry to the bottom. Depends on the dimension of the array and the postion you want to add. You might need to some array manupilations. Try out some of the array VIs to see how they work.

I have searched in SCN and found few links in which it say to create an Event '05' and in that call FM SWE_EVENT_CREATE, but my query is Do I need to create a new BO?
