New path in the shell file not getting updated

hi,
Whenever I change the path of the header and footer files in the .shell file (headerFooter.shell), it never gets updated. The server always looks at the path I specified the first time.
Does anyone know how I could resolve this problem.

are you using a .portal file or a desktop?
if .portal file the xml from the shell get copied into the .portal when you build it. so you may have to open it again in WLW or make the change in the .portal file yourself
If it is a desktop then you should see your changes right away in development mode, otherwise in production mode you will have to redpeloy the app or bounce the server.

The currency is not getting updated in the table VBAP. The currency was suppossed to be copied from the header table VBAK for a Sales Order. When the user creating a Sales Order the currency WAERK is not shown in VBAP table. VBAK-WAERk is in EUR . Does anyone know why is this happenning?
Currency is maintained in the Customer Master, Material Master and Sales Org. Any suggestions?.
Also it is happened for only one line item in a set of line items , Other line items did display the currency field.
The net Value has data in it .
The system is ECC 5.0

Please apply the following notes (if they apply to your support pack level) and retest:
1460621 VBAP-WAERK is deleted after the sold-to party is changed
1426441 VBAP-WAERK deleted for subitems
1493998 VBAP-WAERK deleted for subitems

Similar problem just happened to me with the Creative Cloud Update 1.7.1.418—slightly different so I thought I'd share. I have multiple Adobe Creative Cloud programs installed on my computer, all working just fine. I updated the Cloud App to the latest version and then it shows me that I have only one program installed! All my previously installed programs (Photoshop and the like) still work but show as "install" instead of "Up to date". Initially I thought I'd have to re-install the Cloud app or recreate the OPM data base but then I noticed that some of the Cloud app preferences (Apps > Settings > App Language) were different to what I had set previously. I use English (International) language, the update had reverted the app back to English (North American). I flicked back to my previous language and bam, all my apps now show as being installed correctly.

Even though i have added the required databank,These were working fine for past 6 months suddenly started give me problem.
1 thing i noticed was if i do any modification in the databank CSV file the corresponding INDEX file is not getting updated.Hence the system is unable to read the databank data i guess.

On reversal of Invoice the table BKPF not getting updated properly

I have an issue, that when we create the Commercial Invoice, accounting document generated automatically. And after that due to some reason when we reverse the same through VF11, the accounting document which was created while doing the invoicing not getting updated by "reversed with (STBLG)" field and "reversal Indicator (XREVERSAL) field in the table BKPF.
However when I test the some scenario in Development and Quality server the same field is getting updated.
I have already checked the Billing Document Type of SD and accounting document type but found everything in place.
I am unable to get what is missing,and why this is happening in Production server only.
Need your input at the earliest.

This is standard system behaviour.
BKPF-XREVERSAL is only populated/filled in the reversed original
and in the reversal FI document if BKPF-STBLG and BKPF-STJAH
are populated/filled in reversed original and reversal FI document.
BKPF-STBLG and BKPF-STJAH are only populated/filled in reversed
original and reversal FI document if the new/real cancellation
procedure (-> with automatic clearing of the open items) is executed,
and the new/real cancellation procedure is not executed, if an
open item of the original, to be reversed FI document, has already
been cleared (-> also see note 309208).

EHS: Data in the class Labelling not getting updated.

I am trying to update Substance header & property data by first retrieving the data existing in the formulation by calling Function Module C1F2_SUBSTANCES_READ_WITH_REF & getting all the existing data into different internal tables.And passing the same tables after some processing into the
Function Module C1F2_SUBSTANCES_UPDATE for updation into the same formulation.
All the data are well populated except those which are inherited from some other Substance. In the susbtance, we can add one more substance at header level in Inheritence page. Once the inheritence relation is built up, all the inherited data of other substance are attached to the First Substance.
Once we modify the First Substance using above steps, inherited data from other substance are getting deleted. All other data of first substance are remains same.

HTML file not getting updated

Hi All,
I have defined an html file under mimes->components as the source for an IFrame. The application worked fine for the first time, but any changes made in the html file were not reflected in the application. Finally I deleted the html file, rebuild the project, deployed application again, but still it runs with the first result. Can someone please help me on this?

sound like a caching problem.
On client side, for sure you know how to empty the cache on IE?!
On server side, VisualAdmin - Server - Services - HTTP Provider - Clear Cache (on Dev systems, I would generally suggest to switch off server side caching).

Stationglobals in a Labview custom step type inside a new thread do not get updated

Hi,
I have a Custom Step type which I use to pass parameters to TestStand from a VI and vice-versa through some step fields. I run the VI inside a sequence in a new thread and expect the VI to update the parameters when I change them through the TestStand StationGlobals.
For example, I have a waveform injection custom step. I want to continuously inject a signal while I do some measurements on it. So, I put this step type in a sequence and ran it in a new thread.
I pass the VI parameter 'Stop_Injection' through a step field as shown in image 1. And I expect the step field to get updated when the new thread is run continuously by passing the corresponding stationglobal in the Pre-expression of the custom step (image 2). But this fails to happen. The VI does not get updated.
On the other hand, if I do not bother with the step field and directly pass the stationglobal (figure 3), it works perfectly.
Any idea why this is happening?
I hope I was clear in my question.

Hi,
In image 3 you are linked directly to the StationGlobal of which you are continually updating therefore seeing the changes.
In the other you are only linked to the Step.Stop_Injection and are only updating this valve from the stationglobals once in the pre-expression. You are not changing the reference.

Deliver completed indicator is not getting updated in the PO item Overview

Hi Gurus,
We have the PO with quantity of 10 and it has been GR/IR, but the Delivery completed indicator is not getting updated (Checked).
The deliver completed indicator is selected in the config of t-code OMCD.
Also there is no tolerance limit is maintained.
Could you please suggest us why the indicator is not getting updating.

Overhead is not getting updated in the production order

I am running actual overhead calculation with KGI2.
But the overheads are not getting updated in the order.
Order contains relevant overhead key also.
What could be the possible causes?

I have maintained the % in the costing sheet against the 'Overhead rate' but I didn't get the secondary cost element.
Request you to elaborate it further & explain me how to maintain the same.
Also I will be thankful to you, if you could explain me the exact process of loading the overhead on the order i.e. how it loads the overhead form the cost center to order? What happens to the total cost which was lying on the cost center etc, in details.
Mean while I had maintained the required values in costing sheet in KZS2.
Maintained the % against material overhead rate as well as manufacturing overhead rate.
Maintained the credit values for the overhead rate.
Maintained the calculation base values also.
Now while overhead calculation with KGI2, I am getting two errors as follows,
1. S:K5:162 E02 20090831
2. Error CREDIT_SEGMENTS_ADD COIOB NOT FOUND for object
I can not figure out the reason.

Consumption values not getting updated on the material mastere

HI Gurus,
can anbody please explain me the reason why the consumption values not getting updated on the material master. What kind of movements qualify to get updated on the material master? is it 261, 101, 701 and 702 etc only? or any movement that means issues, receipts etc? I just happened to see a few materials which had some movements occur in the past but they did not get updated on the material master. These materials used to have ND MRP type until recently and these were changed to VM few days agao. could this be a reason? Please throw some ligjht on this. Helpful replies will be appreciated

Backing bean properties not getting updated

I have an input text in my JSP page and it is component-bound to backing bean. The problem is that when I change value of the InputText in the JSP, the value is not getting updated in the backing bean.
Here is the InputField definition in JSP page.

Need some help on Web User Management functionality.
Sub: Contact person Relationship data not getting updated when we change the company (to wich contact person belong to) in ISA CRM 5.0 Web User Management.
we are currently on CRM ISA 5.0 and using Web User Managment for our B2B scenario. New creation of users is working fine. But when we want to change the company (Sold to pary) for the existing contact person, the relationship data in CRM is not getting updated and the below are the details.
Contact person No: XXXX (has a Relationship: "Is contac person for YYYY company in CRM)
Company/Sold to Party: YYYY (has a relationship "Has contact person XXXX in CRM).
When I chage the contact person's (XXXX) company from YYYY to ZZZZ,
- Relationships of the new assignment for ZZZZ in CRM not getting updated.
- Old Records in YYYY is not getting deleted (i.e. relationships.
- There is No relationship data appear in XXXX.

Hi Rahul,
I'd suggest you running a session trace / ABAP debugging to see if some information is not getting passed from the Java stack onto the ABAP stack. An alternate move would be to create a new OSS customer message.
