Newbie ? how to set headless=true

Hi. I'm new to the awt and administration of java. I've read serveral postings telling me to set headless state by doing the -Djava.awt.headless=true but I'm not sure where to put that statement. I don't have a catalina.sh file. I'm not sure what to put in the tomcat.conf file to make it work. Can someone pls give me instructions as to what I need to do....remember, I'm a newbie so complete details would really help.

Also, you should be able to set the unit label programmatically but they need to be compatible with the existing unit. If the units are not compatible, LabVIEW will throw an error which is what you are seeing. Have a look at the following:
Associating Numeric Units with Floating-Point Numbers
which can also be accessed if you click on the Detailed Help in the Context Help window for the Unit Label Text property.

Newbie How to Set a text box equal to a phrase

I have on a page process

if something<0 then
:P28_DIFFMSG := 'Pkgs needed.';
else
:P28_DIFFMSG := 'Left over pkgs.';
end if;
end;
P28_DIFFMSG is a textbox of 30 characters.
When I run it I always get:
ORA-01008: not all variables bound.
I've tried using v('P28_DIFFMSG') := 'Pkgs needed';
:P28_DIFFMSG := to_char('Pkgs needed');
no luck.
Suggestions?

I have just tried something simpler, which is to set the value of a text box named P34_X and the source in the process is just the following one line
:P34_X := 'trouble';
This proves your assignment syntax is correct and it worked for me as various forms of Page Rendering Processes (Before Regions, Before Header etc).
Perhaps you need to look at the if statement - exactly what type of thing is the 'something' you are testing in if something<0 ??

How to set the option Bit-mapped indexes to true ?

I a not a an Oracle Administrator. Usually, I just use Oracle as developper. I have got a Oracle 10g database. I can not import data in my database because the Bit-mapped options is not set.
When I type

I beleiev that you are on Standard Edition.Bitmap indexes can be used only when you are working with Enterprise edition.
SQL> select * from V$option where parameter like '%Bit%';

I created codes like below, but after the page is loaded, there is not any data in the list. even I added a String array(employeeMB.columns) with some value in the managed bean, nothing did I get. How can I set the initial data in the list with reorderOnly set to "true"? I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0. Thanks.

Can anyone please help with sharing the idea/code how to set cq:noDecoration to true so that extra div tags can be removed which gets generated by CQ dynamically?
Also, is there a way to still allow editing along with setting cq:noDecoration to true?

I am not sure If I have understood your question correctly.
If the question is how to set up batcj jobs using lsmw the following steps should help:
1. Create a recording for the set up of batcj jobs(t-code SM36)
2. Specify the fields like batch job name, class, user, program, variant and the frequency. Some values might be constant.
3. Complete the LSMW script. This will create a batch input session. Use t-code SM35 to process the session either in background or foreground. You can check the batch jobs created using t-code SM37.
However if your question is relating to how the batch job is set up to upload files using lmsw, then once the script creation is completed, then a batch input session is created and has to be processed using SM35. It will create the open items/master data using the t-code mentioned in the recording of the lsmw.

How to set the background for all components?

Does anybody know how to set the DEFAULT background color in an application.. I need it because in jdk 1.3 the default bgcolor is grey and in 1.5 it is white.. and I wish white as well.. so to make it also white in jdk 1.3 I need to use the (a bit annoying) anyContainer.setBackground( Color.white ); and these are lots in my app.. So my question is: is there such an overall class with a function (say UIManager.setComponentsBackground( Color color ) ) for such a purpose?

Hi,
I created one request with logo in the header an page in the footer etc. and called StyleSheet. After you can import this formats by each request.
You can do this in compound layout.

How to set up email access on N95 8GB?

Hi
I have an N95 8GB.
I have recently added a data bolt on for accessing work email from my phone and would like to receive a text/message when I receive a new email.
Problem is I can't find any information on how to set this up.
This link looked perfect:

but following it through on my phone doesn't come up with the same options etc.
So far I have gone to 'messaging', selected 'change me', then - Options - Email Settings - Connection Settings - Incoming e-mail.
Here I am stuck.
Is my username my email address?
Is my password my email account password?
What is my incoming mail server?
What is my access point in use?
What setting should security ports be on?
The settings also say that I cannot have email notifications and email retrieval together. What does this mean?
I would really appreciate it if anyone out there can help.

Hi, I'm a newbie at this, so pls be patient with my terminology... I want to install 2 or 3 of these cameras in my mother's home, and I will have AT&T DSL service (one dynamic IP address) there with only a modem/wireless router. I want to access the cameras from my laptop or from my Blackberry Tour when I am traveling. Also want to allow access for my other relatives. I do not have another home computer to serve as a WHS, and my laptop is obviously not connected to the internet all of the time. Can I use the DDNS setup with DynDNS to provide access? The instructions that I read seemed to imply that I needed a WHS in order to forward ports, etc. Thanks in advance for your help.. Garry

How to Set up HTTPOnly and SECURE FLAG for session cookies

Hi All,
To fix some vulnerability issues (found in the ethical hacking , penetration testing) I need to set up the session cookies (CFID , CFTOKEN , JSESSIONID) with "HTTPOnly" (so not to access by other non HTTP APIs like Javascript). Also I need to set up a "secure flag" for those session cookies.
I have found the below solutions.
For setting up the HTTPOnly for the session cookies.
1] In application.cfc we can do this by using the below code. Or we can do this in CF admin side under Server Settings » Memory Variables
     this.sessioncookie.httponly = true;
For setting up the secure flag for the session cookies.
2] In application.cfc we can do this by using the below code. Or we can do this in CF admin side under Server Settings » Memory Variables
     this.sessioncookie.secure = "true"
Here my question is how we can do the same thing in Application.cfm?. (I am using ColdFusion version 10). I know we can do this using the below code , incase of HTTPOnly (for example).

If I change this to "false" as mentioned in the above code then ColdFusion will not automatically send CFID and CFTOKEN cookies to client browser and we need to manually code CFID and CFTOKEN on the URL for every page that uses Session. Right???. And this will be headache.Right???. Or any other way to do this.

I have created taxonomy control in custom aspx page and I am able to select terms but I am trying to setup default value to that control.

How to set default values for boolean columns

I'm trying to deploy some content types and columns into a site with a feature. All it's ok, except that I'm trying to set a default value for boolean columns with no success.
I've tried to set default value at column level:
<Field ID="{EFE23A1D-494E-45cf-832E-45E41B17F0CF}" Name="ScopeSpanish" DisplayName="Se publican noticias en español"
