NiScope error list for ni5142 (what is over fetching error?)

For a PXI-5142 digitizer,
I have implemented some sample code using simulation drivers (in C), it runs smoothly with simulation but when I run my program with actual hardware after some time I get this error in NI SPY:

And the description is :
The requested data has been over fetching.
Status Code: -200004
1- What does over fetching mean? Am I fetching too fast or too slow? Is this a warning or an error?
2- Where can I find a document describing all possible error messages for different devices (PXI-5142, PXI-5600, PXI-5441, PXI-5610, PXI-5611, PXI-5450, and many other that we have) with more detail?

You will get this error when the data requested has been overwritten in the device memory. when Onboard device memory overflows. Because of system and/or bus-bandwidth limitations, the driver could not read data from the device fast enough to keep up with the device throughput.
Reduce your sample rate, alter the data transfer method (from interrupts to DMA), use a product with more onboard memory, or reduce the number of programs your computer is executing concurrently.

I have a scheduled report that I want to use parameters in. But the trick is that I want the pick list for the parameter to be fetched from the saved data for a specific field in the report.
Any ideas? I am thinking of a dynamic parameter but then how do I only get to choose from actual data in the report?

Hi Revathy,
I suggest you use SQL Server Management Studio. I am not sure which DTW template you are using. All templatesl map to certain tables in B1. You should perfform a select on that table in SQL Management Studio.
It seems like the column that connects DTW Template in excel to the column in B1 Table do not match. Usually you may have incremental numbers in starting sequence in DTW Template, however, it is different in B1. You may need to copy the numbers over to DTW Template.
If you want to do it automatically, you can achieve it through mapping or you could write your own little program that takes data from B1 tables and replace the one in Excel in that column.
If it is one time effort you may just map them manually.
I hope I am making sense to you.
If you want us to try it out, give the name of the template, the content in the template may be few lines.

- If you are listening to a podcast or audiobook, I'd like the spoken announcements ("you have 10 minutes to go") to pause the playback rather than speak over it, or at least give me the option to do so.
I've only had it a week; I am sure that I will come up with more as I use it more.

Error while uploading .xml file for Customer/Vendor List for Italy

We are facing problem while uploading the .xml file in DMEE transaction for the new Customer/Vendor List for Italy.
We have followed the entire process given in the OSS Note(1090857).
We have SAP 4.6c and followed the below steps:
1. Created ID-FI-IT Development class
2. Added domains
3. Added Data elements
4. Tried to upload the given .xml file and got any error saying ".xml file could not be interpreted".
Also there is a .SAR file mentioned to upload if we receive any errors while uploading .xml file.
Tried uploading the .SAR file also. STill we are recieving the same Error.
Can any one of you help us out.

Ok, we upload .SAR file in this way:
1. unpack .SAR file with SAPCAR.EXE program. Yuo obtain 2 files
R492445.P9C and K492445.P9C
2. put K492445.P9C in directory \SAPMNT\TRANS\COFILES and put R492445.P9C in directory \SAPMNT\TRANS\DATA of your system (DEV, TST or PRD)
3. Use Tx STMS. If You want create DMEE tree in DEV system, go to DEV import queue. Choose menu Extras | Other requests | Add. Insert P9CK492445 in Transp. request field.
4. Import the request. This creates the DMEE tree. You don't need ti upload XML file after. You can see the DMEE tree created with Tx DMEE and inserting

Load the drivers and you should then be able to add it in Print Center.

Hi,
Enter the BIOS and see the system information section to get the Product number. That is where it is located in my HP Mini 1000 BIOS.
The product number is also located on the service tag on the bottom of the mini where it says p/n.
Use the product number when searching for support & downloads for your mini.

Error in eRecruitment configuration step Define user list for support teams

I am new to SAP Erecruitment and trying to get the system running in ERP 6.00 with EP7.
When I progress the customising steps under technical settings -->User administration --> Define user list for support teams, I am facing problem of ABAP Dump.
It says
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLHR_RCF_CUST_01" had to be terminated because it
has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Key words are

I think there is a link between Object types CP, BP and relation ships A650, A209 etc in this process.

China phones should be purchased there as they use unique carrier settings. Phones from other countries may not work properly.

What steps are being taken to preclude Microsoft's penchant for robotic controls taking over Firefox, Thunderbird, or future products?

I have not permitted Internet Explorer to run on my equipment since my first journey through the Group Policy Object Editor revealed the extent to which XP-SP2 and subsequent versions of Windows have undermined the owner's right to determine what will run on his equipment and under what conditions. Lately, while configuring Firefox to *not* "protect" me in any way from the daily intrigues and intrusions on the web, I find a very curious anomaly in that Firefox is running in "safe mode" and doing so in direct opposition to settings made with [about:config] or through the less inclusive adjustments available to unskilled users. There is no documented "safe mode" for Firefox, in fact this is a setting available [more or less available, that is] with group policy settings for Internet Explorer [only?] and my question is thus two-fold: [1] How is the feat accomplished? Has Microsoft subverted the Mozilla code base to such an extent they now write code to undo my configuration changes where such changes conflict with Microsoft's "vision" for how the Internet ought to function? [2] What, if indeed anything, can I do to regain control over my browser's configuration? I noticed recently that a version of firefox intended for Ubuntu 11.04 no longer seems to include the [about:config] functionality. If this is the case, then I'm afraid I will no longer by able to continue using Firefox, because I absolutely require the ability to decide for myself what features will, and more importantly, will *not* be used on my platform. If Mozilla has decided to withdraw my ability to decide for myself, this is a most unfortunate decision. I have enjoyed Firefox over the years and I will miss you greatly, but you leave me no alternative. If I am not able to define the operating environment to my satisfaction, I will opt for other, less restrictive alternatives, which happily exist in abundance for Unix and Linux and even for Windows if one is willing to search. I had not experienced this anomaly prior to SP3 on Windows XP-Professional. I have used both Vista and Windows 7 (very briefly) and on learning that Windows 7 simply disregards my configuration choices and instead makes certain to ***enforce Windows default configuration settings*** whether I personally have authorized those settings or not, I made the only configuration setting possible and removed Windows 7 from my equipment, downgraded to XP Pro SP3, and now I am tempted to uninstall SP3. Whatever is required in order to regain absolute and final control over the operating system. I frankly could care less what Microsoft's "vision" consists of. I have been a user of the DARPA.net now known as the "Internet," for as long as it has existed. In all that time I have not required any assistance from Microsoft or anyone else. I have configured software and hardware to my own standards [typically Microsoft has had a history of disregarding standards around the world, so why not also disregard my own standards?]
Gentlemen, we have a problem. This is no "bug." Microsoft Windows is a globally deployed robotic system that is remotely controlled through BITS [automatic updates] using the old Sun RPC well known ports and XML code together with Visual Basic scripting. Microsoft can configure any Windows machine to do essentially anything they like. They can and do disregard owner's preferences. They can and do enforce Windows "default" settings [they really ought to change that word from "default" to "mandatory",]
and they have even become so blatant that in the case of Windows 7, if someone goes to the trouble to switch off even a few of the many annoying "security" features [whom are they seeking to secure? Microsoft shareholder value?] after I finally beat the platform into near submission, I was rewarded by a balloon tip message informing me that "This Copy Of Windows Is Not Genuine!" That, of course, was preposterous unless Toshiba is selling brand new laptops with bogus activation codes [I did say it was preposterous.]
Speaking as a Firefox user who is not the least bit intimidated by FreeBSD or Linux, I am quite willing to remove Windows from my equipment if that is the price of maintaining control. For better or worse, I demand and will accept no less than absolute "root" operator control over any system I own and use. Microsoft has apparently decided to "protect" me from myself and that means I must instead take steps to protect myself from Microsoft. I do hope the Mozilla team is paying attention to this item. Microsoft is doing something unsavory here. Either they have subverted the Mozilla code base, [for example by perhaps injecting altered DLLs] or they have simply become so brazen that they now think they can use BITS to "push" any configuration changes they want even when those configuration changes are destined to take effect on software that's not a proprietary product of Microsoft.
The greater societal implications of such entrenched arrogance are nearly overwhelming when one takes a moment or two to contemplate what it means and where it all might be headed. Now is the time to take some affirmative action that will prevent unauthorized changes to user configuration settings. Actually, you are a day late and a dollar short getting started.
