No cancel option on the meeting setup by delegate

I have two issues:
1) The delegate (name : xyz) appears as the meeting organizer " Organizer: xyz on behalf of abc" . This does not seem normal.
2) And then the mailbox owner ( abc) does not have option to cancel these meetings.
To make matter worse the delegates mailbox and account was deleted before finding this issue.

Please access the webmail to check whether the mailbox owner can cancel the meeting or not. Generally, if the meeting is created by the delegate, the From field would be shown as "Delegate on behalf of Manager" in Inbox folder. But the organizer of the meeting
in Calendar would shows "Organizer: Manager" instead of "Organizer： Delegate on behalf of Manager".
Please make sure there are no third-party devices used for managing calendar. And add the delegate back to check whether the issue can be reproduced.

Jabber doesn't show up as an option on the account setup page

Hey I've tried to add Facebook account on my ichat and when I tried to select the Jabber Account type, it wasn't there the only option that were available were AIM, Mobile Me, and Mac.com. It;s also weird because on top of the window, it saids that it supports Jabber and Google Talk as well. Here's a link with my screenshot (Hopefully it works).Thanks

If you have Parental Controls turned On for the Mac User Account you are logged on to your Mac with then Jabber (And Bonjour) chats will not work.

I find the easiest way to install Adobe Flash is to use the manual installers. You just need to download the installer to your computer, then run it to install Flash. For more details see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
That link states you should uninstall earlier versions, as you don't have the version of Flash used by Firefox you can skip that step.

I don't get the run option in the downloads dialogue box in Firefox. I do get it in Explorer. Why?

I'm currently using Firefox 8, but whenever I try to download a program, like Thunderbird, I can only get Save and Cancel options in the dialogue box. I have to use Explorer to download properly. I have a Sony Vaio NW26M with Windows 7 as operating system. I don't feel clever enough to run Unix or Ubuntu, so I've never tried them.
If there's a sensible place to save Thunderbird and a way of downloading without having to use MS Explorer I'd be glad to know what it is.

Try right-clicking, to bring up a context menu. For an install "Open" would be the same as run.
Since you mention Thunderbird, the install would ask for that application to ended once the installation actually starts.

Error message with Cancel option

Hi,
When i create a sales order, While saving, i need to do a price check and display error accordingly. I did this coding in the user exit MV45AFZZ. But this error msg terminates the transaction. User wants a cancel option in the error msg so he can go back to the screen and edit the data.
So I created a pop up displaying the error msg having cancel button. When cancel button is clicked it goes back to the screen.
But the issue is when i again click the save buttion, the user exit doesnt trigger. It continues from the code where it left.
How to overcome this?

MV45AFZZ is not a user exit; it's an include program with subroutines that are called as user exits. Which user exit subroutine did you use? Most of the exits do not terminate the transaction on an error message, including USEREXIT_SAVE_DCOUMENT_PREPARE. You don't need a pop up.

When closing firefox 4.0 with multiple tabs open, i wish to save this setup when i reopen firefox. the option to save my setup is now not in the prompt. only that i'm closing multiple tabs. how do i do this?

in the older version of firefox, you were prompted when you were closing multiple tabs. but you were also given the option of saving the current setup so that when you reopened firefox, this current setup would reopen also. how do i make this happen with firefox 4.0?since i updated to firefox 4.0, there is no obtion given to save my current setup.

You can change Firefox preferences so that you also get the option to save the current tabs when quiting:<BR><BR>

How to remove save, cancel option when end user runs the workbook in Portal

how to remove save, cancel option when end user runs the workbook and make some small changes like using page items or increasing rows and columns
I already made 2 changes
1) I removed the option in Oracle Enterprise Manager under discoverer viewer of saving
2) I also removed the option of Allow saving changes made in Viewer when adding workbook to portal
But still the end user gets options of saving when made small changes to workbook like increasing rows and columns
Is their any place, I need to make changes?

Don't use JSP to serve a binary file. It almost implies the use of awful scriptlets and the invocation of both the response writer and the response outputstream which would only lead to IllegalStateException headaches in the server logs.
Use a Servlet instead. Specify the file name as request parameter and let the servlet read the file and write it to the outputstream of the response.

LV-SignalExpress2011 - Cannot save to .LVM - Option is disabled in the Step Setup

Hello, for some reason I cannot choose the option to save as .LVM in my SAVE TO ASCII/LVM step.
The input signal is a DBL Data output from a LabView 2011 Plugin. The data plots fine on the Data Graph... I can only save as ASCII.TXT. I want to save as .LVM because I want to include a time-stamp for every sample.
Attached is a screenshot of the step setup for the FILE EXPORT TYPE - You'll see the pull-down is gray'ed out...
Any ideas why this is disabled?

You should post to the express board. However, I can tell you that since a dbl array has no time stamp information, it does not matter that you can't select lvm.

Window setup option on the boot menu after fixing Blue Screen Errors

Hello Everyone, this is my firs t request.
I spent two days fixing the Blue Screen Errors (BSoD) on my computer but one thing keeps bothering me is that everytime I start or reboot my computer, it gives me TWO OPTIONS; 1. windows xp home edition 2.windows setup (default). I want to disable the second option. I had attempted to re-install windows but later changed my mind, and found an alternative to fix the Blue Screen Errors. I believe the reason Blue Screen Errors (BSoD) showed up was that I had created a new user profile and copied over old user profile files so improperly that it duplicated drivers, and gave me a list of STOP errors with blue screens for both new and old users.
The bootini file currently shows:

Right click in an empty area of the Save As dialog box, point to New in the context menu, and then click Folder.
Type a name for the new folder, for example temp, and then press the ENTER key to create the folder named temp.
Double-click the new folder named temp, and then click the Save button to save a backup copy of the Boot.ini file.
Please try modifying the following

Sounds like you have the print dialog minimised, as shown.
If you click the triangle next to the printer name, this will expand the print dialog and from this view you can see all the menu options as mentioned in the guide.

I am not 100% what isn't allowed.. but I am assuming you want to spread the backup across the two disks.. internal TC and 6TB external.. this is not possible.. It has to be one or the other. TC has no way to build a raid JBOD or anything else. Nor would you want to as that is the most likely to fail and kill your data.
Let me add, backing up 6TB over USB on TC.. will be the most excruciating experience of your life.. cf child birth or passing kidney stones.. large ones.. being the male equivalent.

The meeting organizer cancelled the meeting, but it is still in my calendar

All of the following occurs on a MacBook running OS X Mavericks and Apple's Mail and Calendar apps:
Initial meeting invitations sent to my Exchange email account and viewed in the Mail app can be accepted in the Calendar app and work fine. Note that the Exchange account I am using does not support calendars. Meetings are accepted into my Google calendar (I am not sure why...I changed the default calendar to iCloud and it still places new meeting invitations into the Google calendar). Changes to meetings which arrive as email messages in my Exchange account (whether the meeting time changes or the meeting is deleted) do not reflect in the calendar—even when I receive a notification that a meeting has been cancelled and removed from my calendar, it has not been removed. If the time changes for a meeting, the original meeting time remains in the calendar.
Anyone have any ideas why meeting invitation updates don't update the calendar?

I am following the guide and i go to setup email settings. However, there is just the option of "I want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server".
is there any other way to set up my yahoo account in my device?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
To use the proprietary RIM Push email capability, you must have an adequate data plan from your carrier. The carriers host BIS for their BB users. Typically, BIS is not available via generic data plans. Many carriers call what is necessary The Blackberry Data Plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier who delivers BIS to their BB users -- contact them for assistance. Once you have a BIS-capable data plan on your BB (at whatever fees your carrier will charge, btw), you should then have Personal Email added to the email setup wizard.
