No data for BELNR in 2LIS_03_BF
Dear experts!
I have to use BELNR in one of my inventory custom report. But data is not populated into BELNR in 2LIS_03_BF.
Field Only option is checked in rsa6 for BELNR.
also in help.sap.com, this field is not defined
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_bw32/helpdata/en/05/c69480c357354a8846cc61f7b6e085/content.htm
could any one clarify
why this field is marked as Field Only?(answer only on exact question, not on "what is field only, be specific)
whether Field Only can be unchecked without any issues?
awaiting your quick responses.
regards
vijay
as far as i can see BELNR is not in the standard extractor. maybe somebody added it, hoping it would be filled by the extraction programs MOVE_CORRESPONDING. apparently this is not the case. So you need to write an user exit code to populate.
by the way, you can uncheck 'only known in user exit' box without any risk. All newly added fields have this box checked. works as designed. it's logically also. if you add a field, you're suppose to fill it in a user exit code. in fact you can do this and run the extractor, maybe it gets poputlated...
specific enough for you?

Error during loading of initialization data for 0ic_c03
Hi
I am setting up the inventory cube 0IC_C03 for stock reports. I am following the document How to Scenarios for inventory management.
I have made the necessary preperations in the R/3 side. The setup tables have been populated and the data is visible using rsa3.
Now in BW i have created infopackages for the 3 data sources 2LIS_03_BX / BF / UM.
For 2LIS_03_BX the update status is generate initial status
For 2LIS_03_BF the update status is initialize delta process
For 2LIS_03_UM the update status is initialize delta process
I am now trying to upload the data for stock initialization by scheduling the 2LIS_03_BX infopackage for an immediate pull. However in the manage are there are no records being transferred (0 of 0 records) and the status of the request is yellow.
Is there some interim step that i am perhaps missing?
Regards
PranavHi AHP / Aby
The update was going on for an elongated period of time so I set the QM status to red and have restarted the data pull. This time the data did come to the BW system but still showed an error.
The details panel shows the following information
> Overall status : Errors occured or missing messages
> Requests everything ok (green light)
>Extraction : Errors occured (yellow light)
>>25000 records sent (yellow)
>>22115 records recieved (green)
>Transfer (Idocs and TRFC) Errors occurred
>> Data package1 :25000 records arrived in BW (green light)
>> Data package 2 : arrived in BW. Data records for package 2 in PSA-1 er (red light)
>Processing (Errors Occured) (red)
>> Data package1 (25000 records):missing messages (yellow)
>>>update PSA (25000 records posted) : no errors (green)
>>>transfer rules (25000 records >25000 records) : no errors (green)
>>>Update rules (25000 >39027 records): no errors (green)
>>> Update (0new/0 changed) Warning recieved(red)
>>>>Data records for package 2 selected in PSA 1 error
>>>>>>>> record 1965 : value of characteristic 0batch contains invalid number
>Processing End : Errors occured
>> Error 4 in the update
According to my understanding of the situation there is a data error in the record 1965 in the second package. Is it possible / advisable to go an edit this in the PSA? If not then what is the procedure to be adopted. Since this is an initiallization and not a delta update i am not sure whether i should pull this again!
Thanks in advance and for all the help so far! its really appreciated!

Business Content 0PUR_C01 missing invoice data for consignment
Hi Experts,
we have activated content datasource 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_06_SCL in source system and content in BW-system for loading data to Info cube 0PUR_C01.
WE did an initial upload of data for both data sources with no problems, except consignment process.
Analysing data we found out that we have Purchase orders for consignment, but we did not get any invoice data for these PO.
How can we get invoice data for these PO into the cube? Does anybody has a solution or workaround?
Are there relevant informations in datasource 2LIS_06_INV, that can be used?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
AndreasHi Umesh,
I have tryed the mentioned Data sources, but results are not as required.
The reason is, that PO for consignement are a different process. The order has no value, because the supplier has to dlivered the requested quantity to our stock. the supplier is responsible for his goods.
The material is moved to our stock. This movement is causing the invoice for the supplier created by Transaction MRKO.
For this reason there is no values in data sources based on aera 02 Purchase.
We have created a special solution for our company using data source 2LIS_03_BF.
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Andreas

No data added while loading 2lis_03_bf into 0IC_C03
Hi,
I'm trying to implement the inventory management Best Practice with infocube 0IC_C03. I've already read the How To... document and the forum but i still can't make it work.
I loaded the infocube with intial stock via 2lis_03_bx datasource. That step come correctly. The problem is when i try to load movement data into the infocube. I got 623 data records transferred in initial delta load from R/3 but 0 added to the cube (i've checked that in the manage section of the infocube). I tried to debug the update rules but i still cannot find the problem. Since i'm not changing anything from the business content i dont understand why this is happening.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Diego.Diego, I think your problem looks common as there was much ado regarding this before in the forum.
Try to search for the topics
'2LIS_03_BF Concerns' by juwan carlos or
'2LIS_03_BF upload problem' by Peter Torres
as i am sure they solved this issue.
This was posted by Roberto Negro:
"Please check if in your PSA the process key (0PROCESSKEY and 0BWAPPLNM) has been filled.
If not, as I think, no key figures are updated because, in each update routine, the system checks the content of the PROCESSKEY. If this field has no contents, then no data is written into the InfoCube because of the IF condition in the update rules. So that you MUST activate the determination of the process key!
This is done with the help of Transaction MCB_ which you can find in the OLTP IMG for BW(Transaction SBIW) in your attached R/3 source system. Here you can choose your industry sector. 'Standard' and 'Consumer products' are for R/3 standard customers, whereas 'Retail' is intended for customers with R/3 Retail only.
You can display the characteristics of the process key (R/3 field BWVORG, BW field 0PROCESSKEY) by using Transaction MCB0. If you have already set up historical data (for example for testing purposes) by using the setup transaction OLI1BW into the provided setup table MC03BF0SETUP, you unfortunately have to delete this data (Tx LBWG).
After you have chosen the industry sector by using MCB_, perform the setup again, so that the system fills a valid transaction key for each data record generated. Then load this data into your connected BW by using 'Full update' or 'Initialization of the delta process'.
Check whether the system updates data into the 0IC_C03 now.
If all this is not successful, please see Note 315880, and set the application indicator 'BW' to active using Transaction 'BF11'. -

I have had my IPAD2 for quite a while but haven't activated my cellular data for about a year. I am now trying to activate and when I go to cellular data, turn it on and try to tap view account i just get a message that says "connection to server lost". I could swear the last time I used cellular data you would see the signal in the upper left corner and I only see "no service" there, I am in a location where I know I should have service. Is there something I should do to my IPAD? I tried resetting, I tried clearing cookies and history in Safari (after reading a post n these discussions). I don't know what to do next. My IOS version is 6.1.3. I did go into Network from the general tab and I see it says "SIM not provisioned". HELP and Thank you in advance.
Hello Theresa818,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
It sounds like the cellular data will not activate for some reason on the iPad.
I found this article that will help you resolve this issue here, named iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular Models): Troubleshooting a cellular data connection, found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4249
Check for a carrier settings update.
Update your iPad.
Toggle the Cellular Data setting off and on under Settings > Cellular Data.
Restart your iPad.
Tap Settings > General > About. Locate the Carrier entry and make sure that your carrier is correct.
If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try turning it off: Tap Settings > Cellular Data > SIM PIN.
Make sure you're in an area of good coverage. If the cellular data connection works in another area, contact your carrier to report the original affected area.
Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore the iPad as new.
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, contact your carrier, or contact AppleCare to troubleshoot further.
I know you may have done one or two of the steps here, so you can skip those.
Take care,

"use cellular data for" apps keep turning back on
ie. go in, slide bar from green to off for facetime, youtube, etc...go out of Cellular, back in, and those apps show green for "use cellular data for".
At first I thought it was an issue with some versions of Angry Birds, as they don't all do this. Then realized facetime, youtube, facebook, etc.. all do this.
Works fine on two other iphones. Running latest ios on 4S
The fact it doesn't do it for all apps is what I find is strange. Thought at first it was an issue with Rovio apps, but then realized even facetime does this.
ThanksI'd like to know why there is not solution to this. I think I'll just remove all those apps that are turning their 'use cellular' data back on. I only cared because when my kid plays angry birds, my cellular data was being used for videos. Oh well, I guess I'll have to remove apps or get a new data plan.

have family plan with 250 data which I almost use each month. Going on vacation and will be on the road for two weeks. Should I up my data for a month then change back. Is it worth it or should I just run over and pay the extra 15 per gig?
Hello mlazaretti. Vacation time is awesome. (Especially a road trip!) Since you will be going out for two weeks, you never know if having extra data may come in handy. I highly recommend switching to the next tier up so this way you have more data. This way it is only $10.00 more versus $15.00, and you dont have to worry about overages. Then change back at the start of the next billing cycle.
If you need help making this change let us know! Have a safe trip!

Can we load data for all levels in ASO?
Hi All,
Im creating cube in ASO
can i load data for all levels in ASO
we can load data for all Levels In BSO but in ASO i need confirmation????
and one more
wat is the consider all levels option in ASO is used for ? wat is the purpose?
Can any one help ,it would be appriciate.
ThanksIn an ASO cube you can only load to level zero
The consider all levels if used for aggregation hints. It allows you to tell the aggregation optimizer to look at all levels when deciding if aggregation needs to be done on the dimension -
Can we load data for all levels in ASO cube
Hi All,
Can we load data for all levels of members in ASO cube in 9.3.1.
RegardsYes you can load data for all levels in an ASO cube in any version HOWEVER, none of the upper level data in any cube will be there when you look for it. You will get a warning message in the load because ASO cubes don't store data at upper levels. It is the same as loading data into dynamic calc members in BSO cube. It will do the load without compalints, but there will be no data there (At least you get the warning in ASO)

Historic and Current data for Master data bearing objects
Hi All,
We are trying to implement type 2 dimensions for all the master data bearing characteristics, where we require historic and current data available for reporting. the master data can have a number of attributes and all of them can be time dependent. We are not getting any 'datefrom' or 'dateto' from the source system.
For example:
For Example: The table below shows data entering BI at different dates.
Source Data day of entering BI
MasterID ATTR1 ATTR2
123506 Y REWAR day1
123506 N REWAR day4
123506 Y ADJUST day4
123506 N ADJUST dayn
The field 'day of entry into BI' is only for your understanding; we do not get any date fields from the source. SID is the field we are generating for uniqueness. It is a counter. EFF_DATE would be the current date for all the data. EXP_DATE would be 31.12.9999 until the attributes change. SID and MasterID together would be the key.
On day 1 the following data enters BI,
day 1
SID MasterID ATTR1 ATTR2 EFF_DATE EXP_DATE
1 123506 Y REWAR 2/10/2009 12/31/9999
On day 4, 2 data records enter with same PID,
SID MasterID ATTR1 ATTR2 EFF_DATE EXP_DATE
2 123506 N REWAR 2/13/2009 12/31/9999
3 123506 Y ADJUST 2/13/2009 12/31/9999
the EXP_DATE of the record of day 1 needs to be changed to current date.
Also there are two records entering, so latest record would have EXP_DATE as 31.12.9999. And the EXP_DATE of the first record on day 4 should change to the current date.
so the following changes should happen,
CHANGE
SID MasterIDATTR1 ATTR2 EFF_DATE EXP_DATE
1 123506 Y REWAR 2/10/2009 2/13/2009
CHANGE
SID MasterID ATTR1 ATTR2 EFF_DATE EXP_DATE
3 123506 Y ADJUST 2/13/2009 2/22/2009
On day n, one data record enters with same PID,
SID MasterID ATTR1 ATTR2 EFF_DATE EXP_DATE
4 123506 N ADJUST 2/22/2009 12/31/9999
The change is ,
CHANGE
SID MasterID ATTR1 ATTR2 EFF_DATE EXP_DATE
3 123506 Y ADJUST 2/13/2009 2/22/2009
The data expected in P-table is as below, on Day n or after Day n, untill any other record enters for this MasterID,
1 123506 Y REWAR 2/10/2009 2/13/2009
2 123506 N REWAR 2/13/2009 2/13/2009
3 123506 Y ADJUST 2/13/2009 2/22/2009
4 123506 N ADJUST 2/22/2009 12/31/9999
Has anyone worked on type 2 dimensions earlier? Or any ideas to implement this logic would be appreciated.
Regards,
SudeeptiCompound the Master ID with eff date and other attribute as superior objects
so you will get P-table as
ATTR1 ATTR2 MAT ID
1 2/10/2009 2/13/2009 123506 Y REWAR
2 2/13/2009 2/13/2009 123506 N REWAR
3 2/13/2009 2/22/2009 123506 Y ADJUST
4 2/22/2009 12/31/9999 123506 N ADJUST -

Service Desk: Pricing data for partner could not be read
Hi all,
I am trying to configure the Service Desk functionality for Service Providers (on EHP1).
I follow the SAP Documentation (SAP Solution Manager: Service Desk for Service Providers) and SLA's made easy in SAP Solution Manager. Also some discussion threads helped me with some steps (I applied e.g. the recommendation from Pricing data for partner 106 could not be read. , but it didn't help).
I am facing some errors related to the CRM part of the configuration.
When I create Service Desk Contract (SLFV) in CRMD_ORDER, the error appears Pricing data for partner xxx could not be read. I checked the setting of BP and I am not able to find the reason, for customer's (sold-to-party) BP the sold-to-party > Sales Area Data the Sales Organization/Distribution Channel/Division are maintained. Which information for pricing is needed and where can it be configured?
Another error - I am sure it is related to the first one - the service contract cannot be determined in the service message (in Item details view under product). The error messages are about sales area/organization, so I suppose there is something wrong with the link Service Contract -> Business Partner definition.
Could you please help me what can cause the error?
Thanks in advance,
VaclavHi Balaji.S,
my problem was solved when I double checked the settings of org structure. That means there must be a consistent setting for sales organization / distribution channel / division in businness partner (tcode BP), organizational model (PPOMA_CRM), product workbench (COMMPR01). The setting must be same for both the sales department of the service provider and the customer's company (I am sorry I am not CRM, so I am following just this simple logic)
In the long text of the error (in CRMD_ORDER) I could see "expected" combination for sales organization / distribution channel / division (message e.g. The access was carried out with sales organization 'O 50000613', distribution channel '01' and division '') -> when the org model was set up everywhere in this way, the contract was automatically filled by the organization data and in the next step the contract could be determined in the service desk message.
Anyway it took some time to find out the correct combination. Deeper CRM knowledge would help me much.
Vaclav
