No more free apple id could be used on this iPhone device then what should I do to sign in with my new Id?

Please help me with this problem I had created a new apple Id and signed in with that but my device is telling that no more free Id could be used in this device .what should I do to sign in with a new free id?

Any one Mac or iOS device can create only three iCloud accounts: this is tied to the serial number, not the user account. If you have already created three then all you can do is to use another Mac or iOS device to create a new iCloud account - once done you can sign into it on the device in question.

    You need to use the id that was used in Settings > iCloud on the phone

    If you are entering an Apple ID in Settings>iCloud which has not yet been used to create an iCloud account then the phone will attempt create a new account.
    However the maximum number of iCloud accounts that any one device can create is limited to three - this is tied to the hardware and can't be bypassed. If you've already somehow created three iCloud accounts then you would have to create a new one on another Mac ior iOS device, and then you could sign into it on this phone.

    You can't do anything. You have encountered the activation lock. Unless you have some sort of contact with the previous owner you have bought a very expensive paper weight.

    Follow these steps to resolve your issue for iPads
    Troubleshooting time is about 30 minutes - 1 hour
    Step 1
    Unplug the usb 2.0 cord from the 27 in iMac and iPad 2 64 GB (or what ever version you have) Power down the iPad
    Step 2
    Select your HD (Hard Drive) ( I did  this form my desk top)
    Next select the applications folder, Next right click the iTunes icon and select show package contents, select Contents.
    1.     Next select info.plist, right click and select move to trash (A message should appear Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this)(Enter your password) Select ok, (This moves the file to the trash).
    2.     Next select pkginfo, right click and select move to trash. (A message should appear Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this)(Enter your password) Select ok, (This moves the file to the trash).
    3.     Next Select version.plist, right click and select move to trash (A message should appear Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this)(Enter your password) Select ok, (This moves the file to the trash).
    4.     Remove "iTunes" from your dock
    5.     From the Finder, choose Go > Go to folder.
    6. Type the following and then press Return:
/var/db/lockdown
    7. Choose View > as Icons.
    8. The Finder window should display one or more files with long alphanumeric file names.
    9. In the Finder, choose Edit > Select all. Then, choose File > Move to Trash. Enter an administrator password if prompted.
Note: Do not delete the Lockdown folder itself.
    Delete only the files contained inside the Lockdown folder.
    Step 3
    Follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue.
    1. In Finder, click the Go menu and then choose Go to Folder. Enter the following location into the text field that appears:
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons
    2. Click Go.
    3. Locate the file "com.apple.usbmuxd.plist~orig" and drag it to the Trash. (Do not move the similarly named "com.apple.usbmuxd.plist" file to the Trash.) If you DO NOT HAVE file "com.apple.usbmuxd.plist~orig" I DELETED THE FOLLOWING (com.apple.usb.plist)
    4. In the Finder, locate iTunes in the Applications folder and drag it to the Trash. (This will not remove any of your iTunes media or your iTunes library.) You may be presented with the following message “iTunes” can’t be modified or deleted because it’s required by OS X.) Do not worry click ok and proceed troubleshooting
    5. Choose Go > Go to Folder. Enter the following location into the text field that appears:
/System/Library/Extensions
    6. Click Go.
    7. Locate the file "AppleMobileDevice.kext" and drag it to the Trash.
    8. In Finder, click the Go menu and then choose Go to Folder. Enter the following location into the text field that appears:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks
    9. Click Go.
    10. Locate the folder "MobileDevice.framework" and drag it to the Trash.
    11. In Finder, click the Go menu and then choose Go to Folder. Enter the following location into the text field that appears:
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons
    12. Click Go.
    Step 4
    Goto your hard drive in the finder
    1.     Goto Library
    2.     Goto Launch Daemons
    3.     Throw this in the trash: com.ghughes.wifisync.root.plist and anything with the words iTunes
    4.     Goto Library
    5.     Goto Application Support
    6.     Throw this in the trash: Wi-Fi Sync (it's an entire folder) and anything with iTunes
    Step 5
    (Before restart book mark the link command and D). Restart the Mac.
    Download iTunes and reinstall it. After the install, connect the 2.0 usb device to the iPad 2 while the unit is still powered off, next connect the 2.0 usb cord to iTunes, power the iPad on. iTunes will read the device and ask to trust device, select continue. Backup the iPad device to the 27 in iMac.
    Step 6

    You can change the primary email address on an account by logging into it via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and logging into it.
    You won't be able to change it to an email address that is being used an alternate or rescue email address on the account (they can be viewed/changed/removed via http://appleid.apple.com), nor to one that is currently being used as the primary email address on an account

    Yes, but if you want these devices to have complete capability of calling each other they each must have their own separate, individual e mail address.  If they don't have individual e mail addresses, the i phones will be able to call each other because you'll be using their  individual phone numbers -- the Mac mini will be able to call the i phones, but, the iphones will not be able to call the Mac mini.  This is because the iphones will be using the mini's e- mail address to make the call, and if they have the same e mail address, they will think they are calling themselves, so the call will not connect.
    So, the way I see it is,  if you keep all of the email addresses the same, the only thing you'll loose is the ability of the iphones to call the mini.
    EDIT:  Thinking about it, my first sentence needs to be modified.  Your iphones can share an email address but it must be different from the Mac mini address.
    This isn't rocket science, but it can make your head spin. LOL

    YOu do not need a credit card to set up an Apple ID, such as to open an iTunes Store account. It is not necessary for you to have an Apple ID to make Mail functional. You do need a mail account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) and Internet access on the iPod. Lunch the Mail app and enter the required info on the account setup page.

    Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in to see if that 'refreshes' the account on it and if it then works ?
