  • "No Staging Customizing Data " CRM ISA 5.2

    Dear Frnds,
    Am experiencing an issue during the configuration of the E-Commerce Internet Sales (ISA) for SAP CRM 5.2. In particular we are getting an error during the initial replication of our catalog to the TREX server (up and running on the same machine as the CRM server itself). The transaction is COMM_PCAT_IMS_INIT.
    The error gives the message "No Staging Customizing Data Available (Message no. COM_PCAT_IMS001)". We have already checked all relevant RFC connections (FTP, HTTP and the TREX one), finding them correctly set. We also checked the target for publishing the catalog (in SPRO), setup with anonymous SAPFTP connection.
    Can anyone help us resolving this issue?
    Thanks in advance
    Reward points if helps!
    Thanks

    Hi Friends ,
    SAP Came up with new concept at the time of Product Catalog Replication , it is staging (I have not seen this till 50).Here are the details...
    *Product catalog staging makes use of a versioning of catalog variants including indexes. That means that a new indexing does not overwrite existing indexes. Instead, a new version of a catalog variant creates a new set of indexes. These new indexes are created in an inactive status and are not immediately used in the productive Web shop. Instead, existing active indexes are still used until the new set of indexes is activated. As a result, there is no downtime of the productive Web shop while the indexing process is running. Versioning also allows the use of the master/slave principle on the TREX server, which ensures that the product catalog is permanently up to date and available in the Web shop.*
    And below setting has to be made ....
    product catalog data is indexed on the Index Management Service (IMS) server and how the new indexes are handled in Customizing under  Customer Relationship Management  Master Data -- Product Catalog  --Define Catalog Variant Indexing .
    I hope this helps.......Please guide if am wrong .
    Thanks

  • No Data in Reports Details in Custom date range

    Hello, iTunes U Public Site Manager Admins.
    As the iTunes U Public Site Manager admin, I've been trying to access our institution's iTunes U Reports Details for a couple of days. (I send a monthly report of usage to our course/collection contributors.) When I custom the date range, under Details, there is zero entry; "No data available in table" message is shown.
    This feature had been working well since Apple iTunes U added this enhancement on August 13, 2013. The report Details showed the exact stats for Browse, Subscribe, Download, Stream, and Enclosure for each course/collection in the custom date range.
    Now under "Details", the data is shown only when the date range is Last 30 Days. It shows no data in custom date range when the Calendar is used to select a Start Date and End Date.
    Has anyone else noticed this problem?
    Thanks.
    Q. Wang

    Erik.
    I used your suggestion and it worked very well. This is how I did it.
    Export the range of data that includes Feb. 1-Feb. 28, 2014 as .tsv file.
    Open that file in Excel.
    Add a blank column next to the Date column. Use function =Month() to just extract the month into the new column. Fill down the whole column. Then copy and paste special (value) into the same column (I have over 26,000 rows of data in the file.) Converting to Value will allow for the next step of PivotTable.
    Create a PivotTable for the 26,000 rows of data. Use Month as the Report filter, iTunes_ID as the Row Labels, Select Browse, Subscribe, etc. as the Sum Values. (The result is a summary table with about 200 rows.)
    I then do a Vlookup to my premade Master file to add Category (course, collection, resources) and Instructor Name to each of the 200 rows.
    That will do it for my monthly report.
    Thanks for your tip again. I did not know the .tsv file would have DATE for each item.
    Sincerely,
    Q. Wang

  • Use of type libraries and custom data types in TestStand 3.1

    Consider the following example in CVI 7.0:
    #include <cvidef.h>
    typedef struct
        int                         t_err;
        unsigned int                err_flags;
        int                         err_code;
        char                        err_msg[1024];
    } TEST_ERROR;
    int DLLEXPORT DLLSTDCALL   NfctConnect  (int iPortType, int iComPort, int iBaudRate, TEST_ERROR * tstError);
    I want to call this function from TestStand 3.1 using the CVI Standard Adapter.
    I created a function panel from the header file then I generated a DLL that contains the type library as an embedded resource. Using OLE/COM object viewer I can confirm that the definitions are correct. In TestStand however, all basic types are recognized but the structure is rejected as not being a TestStand type.
    However, a C structure is supposed to be assimilated as a container in TestStand. Do I have to manually create a custom data type in TestStand to match my C structure or TestStand can automatically create the container based on the information in the type library (because this information is available it won't be difficult for TestStand to do this automatically)?

    Hi Spoli,
    At the current time the only adapter that gives you the option to
    automatically create a container for a given parameter is the LabVIEW
    adapter. In your case you will need to manually create the container
    that matches your C struct. I apologize for the inconvenience.
    One thing you can do to see this feature in future versions is make a Product Suggestion on our website. Our R&D engineers are always looking for good feedback.
    Have a good one Spoli,

    Hi

    How to implement screen exit for a SAP standard transaction
    Introduction
    SAP provides standard transactions to enter data into database. But a client may want to maintain some additional information in SAP other than what is provided.
    To make provisions for this, additional screens have to be provided and additional fields must be added into appropriate database table.
    To pave way for this, SAP has provided the option for screen exits. Usually, SAP provides the following:
    An append structure in the database table with the new fields.
    A subscreen area into the standard screen – where the programmer can attach his subscreen of his own program with the new fields.
    A function group under which the new subscreen has to be created with the new fields.
    Function exits to synchronize the PBO and PAI of the standard SAP program with the PBO and PAI of the subscreen – so that data can flow back and forth between the standard SAP program and the program written by the developer for the subscreen. These function modules also exist in the same function group under which the subscreen will have to be developed.
    Finally, a linkage has to be done between the subscreen area of standard SAP screen with the custom subscreen constructed by the developer.
    Typically, SAP provides an enhancement in which the developer can create an append structure, use the function exits to synchronize the PBO and PAI of the standard SAP program and the custom subscreen program, and make the necessary linking( as mentioned above in step 4. But, again, this is not a hard and fast rule. Linking in some case, is also done by configurations.) SAP also usually provides the name of the function group under which the subscreen has to be developed.
    Necessary guidance about implementing a screen exit development is usually available in the Documentation section of the enhancement ( can be availed by transaction SMOD).
    Pre-Requisites
    The developer to work on screen exit should have essential knowledge on the following:
    DDIC concepts, including the knowledge of append structure.
    Concept of SAP Enhancements and implementing them using Projects.
    Concept of function exits.
    Knowledge on Module Pool – including subscreens, Tabstrip controls etc.
    Steps
    Guidelines
    So, a developer can follow the guidelines mentioned below to implement a screen exit to a standard SAP transaction, as and when required:
    Find out the Required Enhancements
    Go to SMOD. Press F4 in the Enhancement field. In the next popup window, click pushbutton ‘SAP Applications’. A list will appear that contains information on all the enhancements, categorized under functional areas. Developer must search for the enhancements relevant to his functional area of interest – for e.g., Purchasing, Asset Accounting, etc.
    Note down the enhancements. Then, come to the initial screen of SMOD and view the documentation of each enhancement to find out which one is required for your development.
    Utilize the Enhancement in a Project
    After you have found one, do as directed in the documentation. Generally, the steps are as follows:
    Create a project using CMOD including your enhancement.
    Create the append structure with new fields.
    Go to the desired function group and create a subscreen with the new fields. Write PBO and PAI for the subscreen, if required.
    Use the function exits in the enhancement to link the PBO and PAI of the subscreen with that of the main SAP program supporting the SAP transaction.
    Maintain necessary linkage between the subscreen area of standard SAP program with the custom subscreen developed along with the custom program name. This can be done in the project (developed by CMOD including the enhancement) or outside as a part of configuration.
    Activate the project.
    Test to ensure that required functionality are met.
    Case Study 1
    Add three new custom fields for Asset master and maintain information for them
    Requirement
    Three fields in the legacy system have to be maintained in Asset master. These fields are:
    Original Asset number – 20 characters
    Location 2 – 15 Characters.
    Model no – 20 characters
    Location 2 should start with ‘L’.
    Pre-Analysis
    Finding out the Enhancement
    As described above, the enhancement is determined. It was found, that enhancement AIST0002 will serve the purpose. It contains the following components (can be viewed by transaction SMOD):
    Exit Type Description EXIT_SAPL1022_001 Function Exit Check of User-Defined Fields when Using Create and Change BAPI EXIT_SAPLAIST_002 Function Exit Transfer Data for User Subscreens in PBO. EXIT_SAPLAIST_003 Function Exit Transfer of User-Defined Fields to SAP Master Data Transactions CI_ANLU Customizing Include Include structure to add new fields
    Studying the Function Exits
    The function module level documentation for the function exits are then viewed from transaction SE37. The documentation clearly laid out for the purpose for their use:
    EXIT_SAPLAIST_002
    Function module Level Documentation
    This function module is called by asset master data maintenance at the start of the dialog. (When changing, it is called after reading of the data from the database; when creating it is called after the transfer of the default values from the asset class and reference asset.) The purpose of the function module is to enable this function group to recognize the master data. For interpreting or controlling master data fields that are important for user fields, it is possible to transfer to global variables at this point, so that they can be recognized when the user subscreens are processed.
    Import Parameters
    Understanding
    This function module is called at the PBO to pass the information retrieved from the database to pass them to the custom subscreen and its underlying program. Import parameter : I_ANLU will be populated with the values for user-defined fields which will be passed to the subscreen program. So, there must be some sort of variable assignment from I_ANLU.
    EXIT_SAPLAIST_003
    Function module Documentation: This function module is called by SAP asset master data maintenance after the screens are processed, but before saving. The purpose of the function module is to transfer fields entered on user sub-screens of SAP asset data maintenance to the database for updating. The export parameter for this function module is:
    Understanding
    This function module will be used to transfer the user entered data in the subscreen fields to the main SAP program, which will then be saved into the database.
    Studying the Documentation of the Enhancement
    The enhancement documentation (as is viewed from the initial screen of SMOD] also supports the idea. Moreover, it informs that we need to develop a subscreen under function group XAIS. This is the function group under which the two function exit modules also exist. So, if the custom subscreen refers to the global data of the function group XAIS, then those values will also be available to these function exits as well.
    Going to SE80 and viewing the function group XAIS helps us to inform that there are three DDIC tables declared for it:
    Deciding the Final course of Action
    After making all the investigations, the final course of action was determined.
    SrlNo Step Justification
    A project has to be created using transaction CMOD where the enhancement AIST0002 will be included.
    Customizing include CI_ANLU has to be created with the custom fields demanded When CI_ANLU will be developed, the custom fields will get appended to the database table ANLU. Also, these fields will be used to create screen fields in the new subscreen.
    A custom subscreen, say, 9000 will be developed under function group XAIS. The screen group for the screen will be ‘CUST’ (or any name). The three custom fields added to table ANLU (by creating CI_ANLU) will be used to create new fields in the screen.
    In the PAI of the subscreen, validation for Location to start with ‘L’ will be added. The subscreen with three new fields has to be developed so that it can be attached to a subscreen area of the asset master screens.
    In the custom include of the function exit module ‘EXIT_SAPLAIST_002’, the following code will be written:-
    ANLU = I_ANLU. I_ANLU is the import parameter of this FM. The value is assigned to the global variable ANLU, referring which the three new subscreen fields are developed. So, data retrieved from database table ANLU will be passed to this FM as I_ANLU by the standard SAP main program. The value will be taken and passed to the global variable of the function group XAIS, so that the three custom fields (referring to ANLU of XAIS) get populated.
    In the custom include of the function exit module ‘EXIT_SAPLAIST_003’, the following code will be written:-
    E_ANLU = ANLU. The changed values in the subscreen fields exist in global variable ANLU for the function group XAIS. This function exit module will pass the data back to the SAP main program as E_ANLU.
    Proper linkage/configuration has to be done so that the new subscreens get linked to the appropriate subscreen area of the Asset master screen. This has to be done – otherwise, the new custom subscreen will not be displayed in the Asset master screens.
    Development
    Creating a Project to include the enhancement
    Go to transaction CMOD and create a project.
    Enter a description for the project. Then, click on the pushbutton ‘Enhancement Assignments’ in the Application Toolbar.
    Enter the name of the enhancement and Save.
    Go to ‘Components’.
    Creating Custom Include for ANLU
    The screen shown below will appear, showing all the enhancement components under the assignment AIST0002. Double-click on the name of the Include Structure to create it.
    Create the include structure with three new fields, as required. Then, save and activate it.
    Develop the subscreen and the program
    Go to transaction SE80. For the function group XAIS, create a new subscreen 9000.
    Create it as subscreen.
    Then, go to the Layout of the screen and create three new fields from Database table ANLU.
    Drag the fields in the screen body and place them.
    Then, save and activate the screen and come back to screen flow editor.
    Create the PAI module to add validation for field “Location 2”, as required .
    Activate the whole function group and come out.
    Write code in the Function Exits to synchronize the programs
    Now, code has to be written in the function modules EXIT_SAPLAIST_002 and EXIT_SAPLAIST_003 so that data flows to and fro between the main SAP program and custom subscreen program. For that, go back to transaction CMOD and change the function exits.
    Write code in the function module EXIT_SAPLAIST_002 called once at the beginning of the transaction:
    Write code in EXIT_SAPLAIST_003 to pass the data from the subscreen to SAP main program.
    Then, activate everything – the whole project and come out.
    Complete the configuration to link the subscreen
    The development portion is complete. Now, linking of the subscreen has to be done with the subscreen area of the main program. In most of the cases, this linking can be done in the enhancement itself. But, here, requirement is a bit different. It is done by configuration using SPRO.
    Assets are created under Asset class. And for each asset class, there is a layout assigned to it. For a layout, there are multiple tab pages assigned to it. And, for each tab page, there are multiple screen groups/field groups assigned.
    Here, the requirement is to create these three custom fields in the tab page ‘General’ of asset master screen ( AS01/AS02/AS03/AS91).
    Determine the Layout
    To achieve this, first of all, we need to find out which layout is assigned to asset class 1000.For that, go to transaction AOLK( information has to be obtained from functional consultant).Select the Asset Class ‘1000’ and click on folder ‘General Assignment of Layout’.
    Here, for Asset class 1000, for all the user groups, tab layout SAP is assigned. Since layout ‘SAP’ cannot be changed, it has to be copied and manipulated to include our screen group. Later, the new layout has to be assigned over here.
    Create new tab layout
    Go to transaction AOLA. Copy the tab layout ‘SAP’ to create another layout, say, YSUB.
    System will copy all the settings and will inform you about that.
    Select your newly created layout and double-click on the folder ‘Tab page titles’.
    You want to put your custom fields in the tab page “General”. So, select this tab page entry and double-click on the folder "Position of Groups".
    Here, all the field groups currently residing in the tab-page “General” are shown. Add an entry for your newly created fields.
    Select the group box from the list. An entry will come with “U” padded with the custom subscreen prepared by you.
    Then, save and come out.
    Assign the new Layout to Asset Class
    Now, go to tcode AOLK and assign tab layout YSUB for asset class 1000.
    Save and come out.
    Test the Exit
    Everything is over. Now, go to transaction code AS01/02/03 or AS91 to deal with an asset of asset class 1000. You will see your new fields added to the screen. Add values to them…save. Then, enter into the tcodes again to see whether the values entered by you are being displayed or not.

  • How to bring a custom data element into another ods object

    I have an ods object which has a custom data element called customer purchase order number. I have another ods object which needs that custom data element. Both these ods objects are part of a multiprovider. How do I make the customer purchase order number available in the 2nd ods object? We are in SAP BW 3.5
    Thanks
    Ram

    Hi Ramgopal,
    as suggested by experts, create or use the custom infoobject.
    go to change mode of ODS (2nd ODS) add custom infoobject into data or key fields (similar to 1st ODS), then update rules od 2nd ODS will be deactivated. go to change mode of update rules and map with the infoobjects which feeds dat to custom infoobject (similar to 1st ODS)
    if routine is used to populate data copy and paste same routine and check routine and activate.
    Hope this helps.

  • How do I pass a custom data type to a dll in TestStand?

    I need to add a new feature / function to an existing TestStand program.  The original program uses a custom data type for the LabVIEW VISA (serial com) reference, as shown below.  I want to use the StationGlobals.VISA_Ref in my call to the dll.
    The VI prototype is shown below.  The VISA Ref In is a basic VISA reference control (serial comm) from LabVIEW.  Nothing special.
    I am stuck at trying to figure out how to configure the VISA Ref In parameter...  I've searched this forum and the only posts which seem close to what I am attempting to do did not have any responses... I hope to be "luckier"..

    What you are describing is similar to this, right?  http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/22BF02003B4588808625717F003ECD67
    I tried something similar to what you described.... unfortunately, TestStand is holding on to the serial port and has not let go yet...  Which causes a run-time error within the LabVIEW code (dll) because the resource it is trying to use (COM port) is not available...
    I will check the code and see whether they use the serial port after it gets to the new feature...  Otherwise, I may close the port, use it within LabVIEW (dll), close it and then re-open within TestStand...  That's why I wanted to pass the reference directly...  Although, the way you describe it, it may be possible to pass that same reference indirectly and get the dll to work without having to play with closing / opening references.  I'll explore that tomorrow.
    Thanks.

  • Custom Date Types

    Hi,
    I have created a few custom date types and added them to the date profile.
    The date profile is assigned at the item level Category.
    I can view these custom dates in the backend in t-code CRMD_ORDER under the "Service Data" tab, however, these are neither available in the WebUI in the "Service Level Agreements" assignment block nor in the "Dates" tab.
    I want these to be available in the "Dates" assignment block.
    Please guide.
    Thanks,
    Rinkal.

    Rinkal,
    In customizing, you can assign screen areas for a date type/ duration, when you add them to a date profile. Have you maintained that?
    Sid.

  • Howto deploy custom data types

    I have created a custom data type and added this to my type palette in a new .ini file.
    When I distribute my application is it necessary to distribute this .ini file?  If so, where does it need to be copied to?  Also, what (if any) TestStand API calls do I need to make to register this new custom data type?
    Thanks,
    Jason

    Jason,
    You do not need to distribute the type pallette.
    A copy of your custom data types should be included in the sequence file types, so the sequence files using the custom types should work fine.
    The only reason you want to distribute a type pallete is to make your custom data types available to other developers. In that case you only have to copy your file to the other computer and save it in the same location it is located in your system (TestStand\Components\User\TypePalettes).
    Hope it helps.
    Best Regards.

  • Candidate Search has no results (No Data Available)

    Dear Experts,
    Running the "Candidate Search" I always get the "No Data Available" message. The point is I have some candidates availabe and I've run the RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS report with no errors.
    I also have run the KPro diagnosis test for document class HR_DOC and the only error statuses I got was 2 "NOCATID" on the last two lines (not sure what they mean as there's no label on those lines).
    There's one thread about the same behaviour here ("Candidate Search" service showing "No Data Available") but the profile status is correct.
    Checked all the customizing itens mentioned at Help Portal document Customizing of the Search in SAP E-Recruiting - SAP E-Recruiting - SAP Library and still nothing.
    Anyone could please give me some help?
    Thank you all!
    Best Regards.

    Hi Liran,
    First of all I want to thank you for your help.
    1. The ERECRUIT version is 617 SP5 and the active BF is HCM_ERC_SES_1
    2. The indexing of ERC_CAND profile runs successfully.
    3. I could find candidates by running of the report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST.
    4. I checked other searches. The first one I tried was the requisitions search and it doesn't work either. Under the requisitions tab, the active queries at the top of the page shows the correct number of results but if I click on any of them to check the requisition details it won't work.
    5. A colleague helped me with the debug but according to him it wasn't possible to identify any error.
    I've read tons of SAP Notes and articles about TREX and SES configuration but everything I checked was right. Don't have any clue what else could be tested or verified.
    Thanks for your help in this matter.

    Hello,
    You can follow these links to get the result that you want. You can get the desired result either using the custom list or a site map. Please make sure when you edit the master page, dont work on the original v4.master. Always make a a copy and then work
    on it.
    This link will show you how get that navigation using a list.

  • Nested routings and Custom Data

    Hi,
    I am working and testing different solutions with Nested Routings.
    For normal operations in a routing I can add Custom Data for each routing step.
    However when I add a special routing as a nested routing within my routing I can not add Custom data
    for this routing step.
    Are there any workarounds available? Am I  doing it the wrong way?
    Br,
    Johan

    Hi Johan,
    I would suppose that nested router is not treated as a router step but rather as a link to that router because there is no actual activity done at the step-link but rather at the actual steps of the nested router. So, if you can assing Custom Data to nested NC router but can't for Special router, then it is probably a bug. Otherwise, my guess is true and you can't assign Custom Data to step-link at all.

  • Custom Data Formatting Gone for Dates

    Another new aspect of the updated Numbers app for OS X is the loss of customizing data formats.  There are more options via a drop down, but there's less customization.  For example.  I had a use case where I'd take a column full of dates and would replicate it so the same data was in two columns.  I then was able to customize the first column of dates to use a month shortcode only so it would render "Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr..." depending on the data in that column.  The next colum with the same data I'd then customize to show only the day of the month.  See the example below.
    Date
    Column 1
    Date
    Column 2
    Jan
    4
    Mar
    15
    Oct
    23
    Presently, neither the shortnames for months by themselves nor the day of the month by itself is available as an option when working in the Data Format panel.
    I'm assuming the customization was killed, but if someone knows if that's hidden elsewhere, please let me know!

    Hi Bret,
    I don't know the answer to your actual question as I tend to later adoption, and am not yet using Numbers 3.0, but here's a workaround (with some limitations, noted below).
    Limitations:
    Requires that the values in the cells are created by formulas, or can be created by formulas referencing another cell.
    The resulting values will be a text string (column A) or a numeric value (column B), not a Date and Time value.
    A: =LEFT(MONTHNAME(MONTH(formula)),3)
    B: =DAY(formula)
    In each, formula is the existing formula used to determine the D&T value currently in the cell.
    Regards,
    Barry

  • Custom data bean collection

    I want to make available in Data Control Palette a custom collection data control. I proceeded like samples in [a]http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/collateral/papers/10g/ADFBindingPrimer/ADFBindingIntro.zip[a] from doc. Oracle ADF Data Binding Primer and ADF/Struts Overview but I didn't obtain same result (look for CommissionPlan+CommissionService).
    That are my files which I made to construct my custom data collection control:
    1)The child java bean:
    package tdb.zero.model;
    public class PersonBean
      String name;
      String pren;
      public PersonBean()
      public PersonBean(String s1, String s2)
      {setName(s1);setPren(s2);
      public String getName()
        return name;
      public void setName(String name)
        this.name = name;
      public String getPren()
        return pren;
      public void setPren(String pren)
        this.pren = pren;
    } and the descriptive file of the bean:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='windows-1252'?>
    <JavaBean
       id="PersonBean"
       xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adfm/beanmodel"
       version="9.0.5.15.88"
       BeanClass="tdb.zero.model.PersonBean" >
       <Contents >
          <Attribute
             Name="name"
             IsUpdateable="true"
             AttrLoad="Each"
             IsQueriable="false"
             IsVisible="true"
             IsPersistent="false"
             IsUnique="false"
             IsNotNull="false"
             PrecisionRule="true"
             DiscrColumn="false"
             SourceName="name"
             Type="java.lang.String" >
          </Attribute>
          <Attribute
             Name="pren"
             IsUpdateable="true"
             AttrLoad="Each"
             IsQueriable="false"
             IsVisible="true"
             IsPersistent="false"
             IsUnique="false"
             IsNotNull="false"
             PrecisionRule="true"
             DiscrColumn="false"
             SourceName="pren"
             Type="java.lang.String" >
          </Attribute>
       </Contents>
    </JavaBean>2) the collection:
    package tdb.zero.model;
    import java.util.ArrayList;
    import tdb.zero.model.PersonBean;
    public class AgendaBean
      private ArrayList agenda= new ArrayList(10);
      public AgendaBean()
        agenda.add(new PersonBean("twew","pdske"));
        agenda.add(new PersonBean("peter","george"));
        agenda.add(new PersonBean("raddsu","iosxdnel"));
        agenda.add(new PersonBean("paz","raz"));
      public void setAgenda(ArrayList agenda)
        this.agenda = agenda;
      public ArrayList getAgenda()
        return agenda;
    }I generated this AgendaBean class as custom data control and the xml is:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='windows-1252' ?>
    <JavaBean
       id="AgendaBean"
       xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adfm/beanmodel"
       version="10.1.2.18.73"
       BeanClass="tdb.zero.model.AgendaBean" >
       <Contents >
          <AccessorAttribute
             id="agenda"
             BeanClass="tdb.zero.model.PersonBean"
             IsCollection="true"
             Type="java.util.ArrayList" >
          </AccessorAttribute>
       </Contents>
    </JavaBean>The DataControls.dcx is:
    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='windows-1252' ?>
    <DataControlConfigs
       id="DataControls"
       xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adfm/configuration"
       version="10.1.2.18.73" >
       <Contents >
          <DataControl
             id="AgendaBeanDataControl"
             SubType="DCJavaBean"
             SupportsFindMode="false"
             SupportsTransactions="false"
             FactoryClass="oracle.adf.model.generic.DataControlFactoryImpl"
             Definition="tdb.zero.model.AgendaBean"
             BeanClass="tdb.zero.model.AgendaBean" >
          </DataControl>
       </Contents>
    </DataControlConfigs>In Control Data Palette I have no acces to name and pren attributes of collection agenda.
    I receive the error:
    Wrong node type found. Expected a node of type oracle.adf.dt.navigator.nodes.BeanModelXmlNode , but found type oracle.bali.xml.addin.XMLSourceNode. You need to create your data control in a seperate project.
    . What that means? What I have to do things works?
    null

    I found a solution reading the doc. above.
    You don't have to manual describe an xml file for structure of the child bean (members of the collection).
    Since introspection of the AgendaBean only tells us that the property is of type Collection, this additional "Bean class" metadata property lets us record the specific kind of bean that will be in the collection at runtime, tdb.zero.model.PersonBean. I had to set this property manually, using the Property Inspector. Once you tie the PersonBean bean into the AgendaBean by setting this BeanClass property, JDeveloper 10g creates the PersonBean.xml metadata file as well to record metadata about that bean as well. Strange is that automatically generated xml contains same data as the before xml file made by hand by me.
    Now, the problem is how to make the collection class to keep the current row indicator trace. If I post something to my current row, the row pointer is resetted to the first. I want this pointer to mantain its position.
