  • No instance profile found

    Hi all,
After Kernel Upgrade the following error occurs by starting sap :
    no instance profile found
    Thanks for your help
    Regards

    Hi,
    1. Please navigate to the path where your instance profile is located and ensure that instance profile is available physically there.
=> Profile SID_DVEBMGS00_hostname is physically there under /sapmnt/SID/profile. Start and Default profiles are als there.
    2. Validate that it has proper permission.
    => Permissions are 644
    3. Check the PATH variable of user <sidadm> and ensure that it has entry for the FS location that contails the profile parameter file.
    => Also OK
    Thanks

  • Strange error message when compiling an IPA ("multiple L$start$ labels found at same address in...")

I get this message when compiling an IPA with AIR 3.6:
ld: warning: multiple L$start$ labels found at same address in __ZN9NetStream12DispatchProcEP10NativeInfo at offset 0x06C0
Googling a bit, it seems it's an error message from this C++ class:
    http://opensource.apple.com/source/ld64/ld64-133.3/src/ld/LinkEdit.hpp
So I suppose it's a bug in the AIR for iOS compiler. Any clues about why am I getting that warning message?

I've been getting this message for quite a while, but I think a fix will soon be needed. I got the following message from Apple:

    Can anyone suggest....
    Cheers!!!
    Gaurav

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply, I got my answer from the SAPNote 1000897. My total profile location and profile file is exceeding more than 60 characters so SAP can not read the full file name. So I have changed my file name to sorter name and now it is working fine.
    Thanks for everything..

  • Starting profile for ColorChecker calibration in PE

    Hi
Making profile calibration in Profile Editor with the GM ColorChecker I noticed that the original profile is always set to ColorChecker. I supposed there is anyway a original profile to which the calibration correction shift is applied to obtain the final profile to save. Is this "starting" profile the latest ACR 4.4 profile used in ACR or some other? In the PE FAQ page this is not detailed.
In fact I suppose the PE calibration is making only a "relative" adjustment related to a initial profile color characterization.
Thank You to anyone can give an answer.
    Massimo

    > Can You please clarify if the Chard Wizard generated
    > profiles are more or less influenced if the ACR sliders
    > are moved from defaults?
Not exactly sure what you mean.
The Chart Wizard-generated profiles are intended to be fairly accurate from a scene colorimetric point of view, within the technical limits of the method. Any additional adjustments based in Camera Raw (i.e., beyond the defaults) are essentially "rendering" choices made by the photographer on top of the default color rendering provided by the profile.
    > The Camera Matching are set to have matching colors at the
    > default settings of ACR.
    Correct.
    > Because Chart Wizard profiles impact the same HSL tables
    > that are used by Camera Matching profiles, can we have
    > some impact on color fidelity if some sliders (brightness,
    > contrast, exposure) are moved? If there are impacts, at
    > which extents are visible?
There are 2 sets of color tables in the new DNG 1.2 profiles. The main distinction is that one is 2.5D and takes place prior to exposure compensation, whereas the other is 3D and takes place after exposure compensation.
Profiles generated from the Chart Wizard only impact the former type of HSL tables (i.e., 2.5D) and do not contain the latter type of HSL table (3D). This is in keeping with the idea that Chart Wizard profiles are designed to provide fairly accurate scene-referred colorimetric estimates.
In contrast, Camera Matching profiles only used the latter type of HSL table (3D) but do not use the former type of HSL tables (2.5D). This is consistent with the idea that CM profiles are designed with specific output-referred effects in mind (e.g., lightness-dependent hue twists).
In general, the rendering controls in Camera Raw which affect tone and color take place __after__ the profile is applied, so you can think of these adjustments as being placed "on top of" the default rendering provided by the profile.
So the profile is a starting point and then you can adjust brightness, contrast, etc. relative to that baseline.

  • Adding SAP CCMS startup command to SAP Start Profile

    Hi All,
We need to add SAP CCMS startup command in our SAP start profile.
We use command sapccm4x -DCCMS pf=<> to start SAP CCMS agent .
I expect we need to add this command (sapccm4x -DCCMS pf=<> ) with same protocol to execute it with SAP start profile.
Please let me know how can we add this with SAP start profile.
    Shivam Mittal

    Hi Eric,
I have added command and CCMS agent is also getting start with SAP startup.
But when I execute command startsap ....like it shows message "database started";;"Instance Started", I am not getting any SAPCCMS agent startup message.
Please suggest how can I get in startsap script SAPCCMS startup confirmation messge also. Does it require change in startsap script or we should some command protocol in startup profie for it.
    Please suggest.

  • Firefox won't start, profile manager won't start, but firefox.exe shows in processes list (task manager)

Firefox will not start, even though it is listed in my processes in task manager. Can't get profile manager to start either.
I have tried the following to no avail:
    - try to start FF in Safe Mode, doesn't load
    - started Windows Vista in Safe Mode, FF still does not load
    - turned off Kaspersky AV, FF still does not load
    - uninstalled FF, cleaned out user/####/AppData/Mozilla/Firefox folder, as well as ProgramFiles/Mozilla/Firefox folder, and cleaned our Registry manually from all references to Firefox. Downloaded FF 3.6.3, installed. still does not load
    - whatever i seem to do, does not fix the problem. When I try to start Firefox, no window appears. I can see the process starting in my task manager. I can "end process" and try to start the program again by double-clicking program icon. Process starts in task manager, but no app window appears.
I am frustrated and have just wasted 2+hours of my night trying to get this to work. Downloaded Google Chrome, unless there is a fix for FF (which I would prefer to use), i will have to switch to Chrome.
I can't pinpoint when this trouble started, but may have been after a recent Windows Update. I already did a System Restore to a restore point about 5 days ago (the oldest one available to me, and I believe that was before the FF trouble started). This has not helped either.
I have run a full virus scan with Kaspersky and a Full scan with Windows Defender. Nothing came up.
Anyone else been able to find a solution to this?

    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US) AppleWebKit/533.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/5.0.375.86 Safari/533.4

I found a way to make it work somehow but not really fixing the error... one day when I got really pissed off because FF just won't open, I clicked the icon and killed the enter button, then multiple FF windows appeared. I tried to open it with just a single hit of the enter or double clicking but it won't work anymore, but repeatedly clicking the enter button (mine works with just 3 hits, sometimes 6) seem to open it. And until now, I have no technical explanation for this.

When I go to vl03n and go to extras, delivery output, header; I see two entries one for LQCA and one for LQCB.  both have a red status and the processing log states that "No certificate profile was found".
I used QC03 and did a search using assignment on the certificate profile field and entered the material number that is on the outbound delivery.
the system pops up a window that shows that material assigned to a Cert. profile on 4/2/2008.  The outbound delivery is for 4/16/2008.
Any idea what I should be looking for?
    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
Please check the Validity Period of CErtificate Profile and assignment.
You may create a new asssignment is QC15 for the combinations of Plant/Material etc.
    Thanks and regards

  • No Profile Found in RZ10

    Hi All,
I just performed a fresh installation of ECC 6 EPH7, and as far as I know the installation succeed without no error, but I don't know why there is no instance profile in RZ10.
the SAP management console reflected all in GREEN and DB is running. I tried to create a profile but unable to do so it said profile does not exist, etc...
my question is how to enable to default profile from here? or do I need to perform any step post installation to enable the profile?
    Thank you,
    Regards,
    Ura

I found the temporary solution which is to rename the profile file in txt
    originally
    DIR_PROFILE = \\<hostname>\sapmnt\ERR\SYS\profile
    to
    DIR_PROFILE = F:\usr\sap\ERR\SYS\profile
and I can see my profile now in RZ10.
