No upload script after change IP

Hi,
I had to change the IP address and default gateway to CUCM 10.0 and CCX 10.0. After doing that, I tried to upload a new script, but it said me that it was no possible. If I uploaded the same script at .zip, it worked properly. I've already checked that all service are running and I've restarted several times the services and the CCX server. I've been able to uploaded a new prompt and I can call to the triggers. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Dreaweaver upload fails after changing host webserver

Hello,
since a long time, i encounter this problem several times and deleting the "Configuration" folder does not change anything. Any version of dream do the same problem.
I work on a lot of website dev with dreamCC on windows 7. I recently change my host webserver. All the server configuration is the same than the previous one.
Unfortunately, when I want to upload my files on my server website and using dreamweaver ftp fonctionnalities, I now have a message saying upload can't start because data internal error.
I can go on dreamweaver distant server, so the connection work fine. And I can see fresh files that I have uploaded with an other ftp client.
May be one other location cache somewhere else is in conflict.
When changing a website host, I always had this problem since a long time with dream.
Any solution ? Thanks.

Have you tried toggling the Passive and Optimization settings on and off?
What does your new hosting provider say?

Problem with Java Script after upgrade from BW 3.5 to BI7

Dear Colleagues,
We're facing the issue with Java Script after upgrade of BW 3.5 to BI7.
Just after update we checked the basic functionality and it occured that some of web templates that use Java Script don't work. They generate seelction screen, but after selection the screen becomes blank without any error messages.
We're currently stucked since web templates weren't converted to BI7 version so they should work exactly as before the upgrade.
We compared the Java code with other environment that was not upgraded - it's perfectly the same.
The only explanation that comes to my mind is that some Java Script settings on the server level were changed during the upgrade but I have no idea where I can check that.

Unfortunately, http cache clean-up did not help. But there is another funny thing I found - for exactly the same 3.5 webtemplate html code returned from WebAS 3.5 was different then from 7.0.

Is it possible to script language change in OSX Lion ?

I recently purchased a Disney game (Cars 2) from the App Store, which advertises being available in 5 languages. It seems now that the game has no in-app options to change language, but selects the language based on OSX settings (but otherwise the app doesn't use ANY of the GUI elements from the OS).
My Mac's are all set up in English, in the account on which my kid plays the game doesn't have administrator rights (for good reasons). He doesn't master the English language enough and would like to play the game in dutch. On the other hand, when using Safari and other apps, he is used to the English user interface.
Is it possible to create a script that changes the Finder language to Dutch, then forces Finder Quit, then launches the App, and after quitting the App reverses the Finder Change ? (or if not in one step, maybe in a number of subscripts), so that I can let my kid enjoy his game in dutch without me having to be present each time to change the system settings ?

Tom, thanks, this works perfectly. In older days, I have been a programmer on Mac (long before even the PowerMac days), and back then I would have used ResEdit to do something similar as what you suggested. Since those days are long gone, I was not sure if it was possible to change the resources of an app without extensive coding software, but the trick you just showed me seems to be the current-day equivalent of ResEdit ...

The default user account picture is stored here.
C:\programdata\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\user.bmp
It should just be a matter have copying the picture you want to that location and over writing what is there.

You can also configure this by a registry setting;

The picture that you configure, will not be loaded until the user account will actually be created on the pc. Meaning the first time a >new< user will log on to a pc, they will have no picture shown at all using their login screen (this is default

ICloud status not displayed correctly after changing tags

Hi everybody,
I have just below 25 000 songs in the iTunes library that I use for iTunes Match (my complete library is actually much larger but I created a separate library to stay below the 25 000 songs limit).
After changing some tags in iTunes (I had some artists listed twice, once in the format "<last name>, <first name>" and once "<first name> <last name>" and wanted to harmonize this) the iCloud status of most of my songs is no longer displayed correctly. If I create a smart playlist containing all "matched" songs it finds only about 1000 songs, a playlist for "uploaded" songs contains only about 250 songs, the vast majority of my songs simply have NO iCloud status whatsoever (not even "waiting").
Trying to fix this, I selected all of my songs, option clicked and chose "Add it iCloud". After waiting some time, nothing changed. The funny thing is: iTunes match reports that 24 669 songs (the correct number) are available in iCloud.
So basically everything works and I am also able to download all of my songs on my iPhone. Still, it's a little bit annoying that the iCloud status is not displayed correctly and smart playlists filtering for iCloud status don't work. Does anybody know a way to fix this?

The reason why the C3850 switch stack is showing as standalone in LMS CiscoView is because
it's returning sysObjectID as standalone.
It should return as 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1745 --cat38xxstack
While, if you poll it for sysObjectID, the Catalyst 3850 stack switches will be returning OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1641.
This is an IOS bug "CSCul00003 - Incorrect Sys OID for Cat3850 Stack device".
Unless this bug is fixed, LMS will not be able to show it as stack device.
You can try to check if you can manually change the device identity to cat38xxstack from Inventory > add/edit device > edit identity.
Else we need to wait for the fix of this bug.

I'm trying to create a login script to use with Workgroup Manager that will allow me to change the keyboard modifer keys on a client machine. I've done a search and found a few scripts but they don't seem to work. For example the following script:

I am trying to get this to work on OS X 10.6 with no luck. Firstly I have seperate options in System Preferences for Keyboard and Mouse settings (the script above points to window "Keyboard & Mouse") and secondly, even after changing the "Keyboard & Mouse" to just "Keyboard" I get an error message about not being about to locate button "Modifier Keys...".
All I'm trying to do is change the Modifier Keys so that Crtl key is set to nothing. Could anyone help me out?

Re-recording all of the eCATT scripts after system upgrade

Hi,
Ive heard something today that got my attention: some people say that you have to re-record all of your scripts after an upgrade. In other words, upgrade from, for example, 5.0 to 6.0 makes eCATT scripts unusable and worthless. It is not just some screens or screen sequences have changed, and must be re-recorded. It's a total change and everything, all scripts, have to be re-done.
I would like to get some clarification on this.

Yes, I've also heard about this before. We do not use a lot of CATT (it's been turned into the data loading tool), so it is not an issue for us.
Here is my concern - we are on ECC 5.0 (WAS 6.40) and using eCATT to create and maintain scripts for automated functional testing. Let's say, we upgrade our system to 6.0 or 7.0, and want to use existing scripts for regression testing. I do not want to discover unexpectedly that our entire (all of it) existing body of automated scripts cannot function with the new version of the software.
Please let me know if you have similar experience with managing eCATT scripts upgrade in the past (say 6.20 to 6.40).

[SOLVED] Execute script after login

I want to execute a script after I logged in, but it fails. There is no problem, when I do this manually.
My ~/.xsession:

/etc/pam.d/common-auth exists only to be included in other, service-specific PAM files, so one can easily change auth mechanisms for all/majority services at once. You don't have it, so probably you have fully separate PAM files, without common include; so you should just apply those common-auth advices to all services you are going to modify. As always with PAM -- BE CAUTIOUS. Especially if your machine sits a few hundred km away

Run a script after a package is updated?

Is it possible to run a script after a package is updated? I have Anki use a custom config folder (~/.anki instead of the default ~/Anki) and every time Anki updates it reverts back to the default folder. It's not such a burden to make a script that fixes this and run it manually after every update, but it would be nice if it worked automatically. So is there any way to monitor what pacman updates and run a script after it updates a certain package?

If you're modifying a config file to change this, and pacman is overwriting it, consider adding the config file to pacman's NoUpgrade array in pacman.conf (man pacman.conf for details). If you feel that lots of people would benefit from this file being exempt from the upgrade process, file a bug report/feature request, and the maintainer may make the change in the package itself.

Run a Script after the MA is published to SAP ERP.

Hello, I'm trying to run a script after the MA is published, in order to automatically change it's status.
I already have the script done and working, the only problem is that I need to know where to put it (or what type of script it should be) in order to run after the MA has been published successfully.

That is also a good solution.
But what I did to fix it was to make a Script to run on validation.
Then, on that phase I checked the date of sent to external. If that date was null, it meant that Agreement had never been published.
Otherwise, it meant i had been published, and so I checked for the status to change it if neccesary.

I would like to do some postprocessing on the remote server.
The remote server is not mobileme, so a tool like iwebenhancer will not work.

So the Detect Change is to detect a change in the web page that the code is embedded, right?
The only workaround would be, if you can modify what's in the ChangeDetection window is to not automatically enter the page but put in a red note to enter the page you want to be notified about.
So instead of this:
You would have this:
where the visitor would have to copy and past the URL into the field. Obviously not automatic. But might work if you can modify what is said in the window and not have the page automatically be entered.

Master-detail: detail field not displayed after changed by master field

I want to use the Depends on item with Clear/refresh value functionality in a master detail situation. Within the same group it is no problem to use the setter method of a field to change a second field and then displaying this new value. But in the detail group, I can not select items from the master group as a depends on item.
In the setter of the master field, the value in a field for each row in the detail (table layout) is updated. The only problem is that this updated value is not displayed, the old value doesn't change. When saving the changes, the displayed value is committed to the database. When de updated field is not displayed at all, the correct value is saved, so I know the detail field is updated.
How can I make sure the displayed value in the detail is displayed after changeing a master field? I already gave the detail field the correct partial trigger.

I guese you don;t see the changed value when you display the detail item because after the depends on item update changed the detail item, JSF procesing continues and the detail table changes are sent to the server which will override again the detail item attriibute, resetting it to the old, still displayed value.
So, the trick is to get PPR working. Make sure the partialTYriggers property of the detail item is set to the value of the id property of the master item. If it still doesn't work, try setting the partial triggers property on the table, instead of the individual item.

Message Server Unreachable (after changing IP address at host)

Hi guys,
I changed the IP address in my server. According to note 403708, I updated the new IP address in /etc/hosts. The note also suggests me to change in /etc/services but I see no IP address for me to update.
Later when I restart my sapinstance, I see the disp+work.exe is "Running, but Message Server Unreachable". I've also updated the IP address in SM59 but I see no change.
This is what I got from dev_rfc.trc:
