None of your website links work, why?

I have been trying to download the CVIRTE70.zip from your site for 2 days now and the links are dead.
Yesterday I contacteed Joe Laxton over the phone and he said that he would send me the file in my e-mail yesterday, but i never heeard anything back from him.
Our calibration machine is down due to me not ahving this file, and we are losing money by the minute, becasue we cannot calibrate these phones. Could someone please send this file to me at [email protected], or fix the links on your website so we can get up and running thank you for your help.

I just now came across this on our site. I certainly did send an email with a link to our ftp site. I apologize for you not getting it, but you should have called back. My email may have been blocked by your server. Hopefully, Dennis' reply helped. Dennis, thank you for the assistance. How are things? Haven't talked to you for a while.

I haven't been able to start the Firefox and I don't get any message on start-up. I tried all the suggested solutions from your support pages, but none work, as for most of them you need to have the browser open.
I uninstalled and re-installed the browser, but to no avail.

1. Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
2. After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
3. Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
o Windows:
 C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
 C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
o Mac: Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
o Linux: If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see Install Firefox on Linux. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
1. Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
2. Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.

TS1559 none of your resolutions do work... problem came out after 1 year and 5-6 days after i bought the 4s (kind of strange)... hundreds of similar posts are there all over the internet; it has to be a product defect!!! AND NOW??

i look forward to get a free exchange or at least a free repair service to solve this problem! or maybe it's possible to solve it by releasing some kind of update?? but please do not disappoint all the 4s customers with the same problem as mine, by letting them pay for something which isn't their fault.

WHAT PROBLEM? You still have said absolutely nothing about what is wrong! Nobody here can possible help you solve a technical issue if you won't even say what it is that is wrong in the first place.
I have zero problems with iOS 7 on my iPhone 5 and iPad 4, and many millions of other iOS 7 users on all sorts of iOS devices are also not having any problems at all, so nobody here has any way of knowing what your problem is if you will not tell us.
If you have a hardware problem and are out of warranty, then yes, Apple will charge you for an out of warranty replacement.
And no, you cannot downgrade iOS - Apple has never supported doing that.

None of your solutions described work to get full screen back to smaller

I made my firefox full screen and now cannot get it back to how it was. I tried suggestions written of menu bar, clicking full screen- just stayed full.
I tried ctrl -, nothing.

Note that on Mac you use Command+Shift+F to toggle full screen mode.

Hi all.
Anyone knows how to set a default thumbnail or image which will automaticly appear when you post your website link to Facebook?
Right now if i do that with my website, something random appears as a thumbnail in FB post. How can i have control over this?

Everytime I try to order something online, the order is immediately cancelled. I called customer service today, and they told me that they had no idea why it wasn't working. Yet, they did not do anything at all to help... Please fix your website before you lose another customer.

An external hyperlink should handoff to Safari and leave iBooks.
If that's not happening, perhaps there is something misconfigured on your iPad? Have you manually confirmed those links work in Safari on your iPad?

External Links on website not working

I am currently using Firefox 3.6.3. The problem is when users access my website and try clicking on external links. Often the browser will stall or act as though nothing was clicked. I have noticed that the performance of the browser varies day to day. The issue has been tested on IE with none of the issues that occurred on Firefox. On the bright side Internal links are working perfectly.

I'm sorry, but you are able to fix it without messing up the layout. You just need to have a better understanding of CSS and HTML. Dump the apDiv 1 through 9.
Remember that a div can contain another div.
You can position divs by using margin-left, margin-top, margin-right and so on.
Divs are rectangular spaces (that may expand with content) that hold stuff.
One way to plan these things is to do it on a piece of paper and place divs inside of divs until you have a layout. Come up with a name for each div and make your CSS do what you're trying to do.
If you are using floats, style them. Include margins and so on in classes like this (for a picture in your website):

Ibooks - download website link not working

Hello guys,
I create a nice book for my company with all the rules we have. We want all our staff with ipads can download it from our website.
So I create a link on our website that links to a ibooks file (.ibooks)
If I send the file to an email, a person can clik the file and download it to the iPad. However, the simple link to file, I created, does not work.
www.mycompany.com/bookname.ibooks
When I open safari and click in download button, gives me an error.
Any thoughts about this?
I had check some topics with the same kind of problem here in this website but didn't really solve mine.
Also for your references:
1- I don't want to use dropbox
2- i don't want to send the book through email to our staff
3- JUST want the staff go to our webiste and click on download button so thjey can download directly in their iPads.

I designed my site in iWeb 07. It works fine on Safari and on Firefox.
Yesterday I transferred my hosting from .Mac to Purple Paw. I'm not sure if this has any relevance though as I'd not tried to view my site on IE before.
None of my links work so visitors can only view my home page if they're using IE and let's face it, loads of people still do.
What can I do please? Other than redesigning the whole site in Dreamweaver which I don't want to because a) I'm crap at it and b) I've spent hours on it in iWeb and I like it!

Your site was built with iweb2, iweb2 nav bar is rendered by javascript.
most Windows/IE internet security setting is default to med-high, which block javascript (or any kind of scripts) from being executed. Therefore, nav bar will be rendered as a single bullet.
You need to remind your audience either to relax their internet security settings or use other browsers such as Firefox or Safari.

Mailto: link not working from a particular website but works from others

the mailto: links on my website are not working in firefox v26.0 but other sites mailto links work perfectly well and open gmail has i would expect them to. i know the links on my site are working has i have tested them in chrome and work has expected so the issue is purely within firefox.

This is where things are upto:
Tried everything that has been suggested so far without success,
I therefore unistalled firefox and rebooted computer and reinstalled FF and retested the links from the top level frameset then clicking the Contact Us link in the left frame.
The mailto: links when clicked on now open a newly composed message by firstly initiating a new tab within chrome its self (mailto: set to use google chrome within Options-> Options->Applications). If I set this to be Use Gmail then the problem i was having returns.
Does anyone have any suggestions of why this is.
