NoSuchMethodError from ReferenceableSerializerImpl call

Question

I have a client program that's generating this error at runtime:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.sun.xml.rpc.encoding.ReferenceableSerializerImpl
My client program is trying to connect to a simple webservice that echo's back a message.
I used wscompile to generate the client stubs. I'm now trying to get a client program
that uses these stubs to work. My client main class is straightforward:

My classpath includes: j2ee.jar, jaxrpc-impl.jar, jaxrpc-api.jar, jaxrpc-spi.jar, namespace.jar,
and my compiled classes, of course. I'm running under JDK 1.4.2_03. The stack trace is
originating from line 16, as noted above:

Is wscompile buggy? Will the code generated by wscompile actually run?
Does my classpath need other jar files?

Sounds like a classpath issue to me. Double check your classpath for errors.
You need a lot more jar files, to run but this class and method should be found with what you have.

As for wscompile, it is reliable, and yes it generates source code that runs.
