Not able to connect to Replicas in Always on in SQl 2012

Hi, I am working on High availibility(always)in Sql 2012 and tried to connect to replicas through HAG wizaed but
not able get coonection when I try to through BRowse for Server dialog box in SSMS.
What should I do???

Not able to connect db using developers(plsql developer,sql developer)

Hi,
I used to work on plsql developer, but since from few days i am not able to connect to it, so i have installed sql developer still i am not able to connect to database.
I can connect to the database using sql*plus. dont know what happend suddenly i have not changed any settings.
I am getting the error when connecting sql developer: Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
when connecting through plsql developer getting the error: ora-12545 connect failed because target host or object does not exist

The error message is telling you that you are using a server or host name that does not exist.

Not able to connect to the database while configuring the Hyperion Planning

Hi all,
I am trying to configure Hyperion Planning, i am getting error while connection to the database,
and i am not able to connect to the sqlserver management studio using sql server authentication mode, while installing sql server i selected as windows authentication mode,
here is my environment:
OS: Windows Vista
Database: MS SQL Server 2005, with Windows authentication mode
Hyperion9.3.1: Planning, Essbase server, shared services.
can anyone let me know what is the error? or do am i missing any step,
appreciate your help.

Hi,
First of all Vista is not supported as O/S for Hyperion server products, so if you encounter any problems it may be due to that.
It is possible to use windows authentication mode but some have problems with it and end up going down the sql server authentication route.
It is possible to change SQL server to mixed mode.

Looking at the error message "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" , It appears hostname and port may be incorrect. Review the targets.xml under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\emd and
emoms.properties under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\config folder to make sure host ( sap_solman) and port (1527) are correct.
As far as setting the environment variables goes, you can go to control panel -> system -> advanced -> environment variables and set the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID

Enterprice manager is not able to connect to the database instance

hello,
I have problem with EM. I have some databases, and I worked with Enterprice Manager on this databases. First DB when I have repository is ok and EM always connect with this, but I worked on another DB some time and was ok, but three days ago when I start EM I get message 'Enterprice Manager is not able to connect to the database instance'. When I couldn't resolve this problem, I make new DB and this worked two days ok, and today I get this same message. I don't make any changes in listener and tns files.
any idea?

Itunes 10.6.3 not able to connect to App Store on Windows 7

Hi,
I am using itunes 10.6.3 on My windows 7 SP1 machine
I am not able to connect to Appstore on it. I m providing the right user name and password to it as I am able to connect to this community for posting this question. It always shows the dialoug "Accessing itunes store" for infinite time but nothing happens.
I have checked there is no firewall blocking it on my laptop or wireless router.
Please guide me .

It always shows the dialoug "Accessing itunes store" for infinite time but nothing happens.
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

I am having aproblem with my nokia e5. I am able to browse internet and also able to use OVI store i.e. my mobile is able to connect to internet but my installed applications (like skype, fring) are not able to connect to internet.
When i change the seting to "Always Ask" and try to log into skype it continues logging in for ever... plz help

Not able to connect my Iphone to my WRT54GS router with security enabled

As the subject line states, I'm not able to connect my Iphone to my WRT54GS router when the security is enabled. When ever I attempt to connect to my network with my phone it always tells me the password is incorrect. I have double checked the password in the easylink advisor and it matches up. I have also tried both WPA and WEP with the same result, I know that the wireless is working on the router as I turned the security off and was able to connect to it. I updated the firmware this evening also with no changes. If anyone could help me with this issue it would be much appreciated.

First of all, in the router, give your network a unique SSID. Do not use "linksys". If you are using "linksys" you may be trying to connect to your neighbor's router. Also, in the router, set "SSID Broadcast" to "enabled". This will help your iPhone find and lock on to your router's signal.
To connect using WEP, enter WEP "key 1" (found in the router) into the iPhone, not the WEP password or passphrase.
To connect using WPA, make sure that there is not an encryption nomenclature problem. For example, WPA is not the same as WPA with AES. Please note the following:
WPA = PSK = WPA with TKIP = WPA personal
WPA2 = PSK2 = WPA with AES = WPA2 personal
I am not certain, but your iPhone probably does just ordinary WPA (not WPA with AES). Assuming that this is correct, then the router should be set to:
"WPA personal" with "TKIP"
Also, in the iPhone, be sure to delete the entry for your unsecured connection to your router, before you try to input info regarding the secured connection to the router.

Satellite L650-11R - not able to connect to public networks

Hello there.
Although I am very pleased with my laptop, I have one problem. I am not able to connect to public networks using ethernet cable at some location (not everywhere) Users with different laptops have no problem connecting to the same networks that I cannot, so I'm guessing the problem is my laptop.
I always get "unidentified network" error. I tried replacing the cable but the problem still remains.
Any suggestions?

I tried all ways, turned off firewall & the DHCP is already enabled, but I'm getting message telling that " the local aria connection does not have a veiled IP configuration"

Not able to connect for English [GB]

Our MDM repository set for three languages English [US],English [GB] and German [DE]. We are able to connect to repositoty for all the 3 languages through MDM client.
I am able to connect through java code for English[US].But,not able to connect to English[GB] and German[DE].

The way I create the connection is as follows:

As you can see, I always use CodeRegion (English [US]), how ever, the language and localization goes in Spanish [MX] as set on the language property String.

I just bought curve 9220 and started using it with wifi at home, unfortuantely it keeps saying "not able to connect to network" or " Failed to get an IP address".

For instance, first you go to Manage Connections, then what happens at that point? And what's the next step you take, and it's result? Enterprise Manager not able to connect to the Database Instance

After logging into the OEM as a SYS user , I was able to mount the database . The Database status shown to me as below,
Listener - up
Agent Connection to the Instance - unavailable
Database instance- down - message - Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance.
After that I tried to connect to the database through sql developer , I was able to connect using connection for the SYS user and able to run the queries .d
So How can I be able to connect to the Database Instance using OEM ?
Please suggest me what to do or what to check ...
Your help will be appreciated...

lsnrctl status
lsnrctl service
Since every connection request to the listener gets logged, listener.log file will contain a line with 12514 as status code.
This line contains valuable debugging details. So post this line & surrounding lines.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
I suggest the following steps (insert plenty of reboots of your PC...not just restarts, but full power down reboots). Also, it is advised that you be logged into the PC on an account with full admin rights. Further, under Vista, use the "Run As Administrator" option for everything.
1) Remove your device OS update package from your PC (add/remove programs)
2) Cleanly uninstall the RIM DTM software:
KB02206 How to perform a clean uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software
3) Get a fresh download of the RIM DTM software:

Choose the version that is newest and (if applicable) compatible with your PIM (if you are synchornizing via USB):
KB12268 Applications supported by BlackBerry Desktop Manager for synchronization
4) Download (to your PC) a fresh copy of your device OS package from your carrier:

5) Install DTM to your PC
6) Install (also to your PC), the device OS package
7) Start the organizer configuration over:

10g Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance

I am running a Oracle 10g database in Solaris 10 server. When i am trying to connect to the enterprise manager it says Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance.
The database instance is open,the listener is up and the agent connection also says that it succeeded.
The server houses two 10g databases and the EM was working properly till yesterday. Kindly Help.
