OBI11g Installation: Unable to open EM; Unable to start JavaHost

Question

I have recently installated OBI11g and it was working perfectly on the day of the installation. However, next day when i restarted my system and tried starting the services, i could no longer open EM. The Weblogic Console was still working fine. Checked on the Console (under deployments) and it was showing EM failed along with a few others (like biadminservices, biadminutils, emai, emas, emcore and NONJ2EEManagement)
When i try and start EM from the console, it gives me the following error:
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [J2EE:160149]Error while processing library references. Unresolved application library references, defined in weblogic-application.xml: [Extension-Name: adf.oracle.domain, Specification-Version: 1, Implementation-Version: 11.1.1.1.0, exact-match: false], [Extension-Name: oracle.webcenter.skin, exact-match: false].
OBI is still working but none of the graphs are working. I checked the OPMNCTL status and it is showing JAvaHost as DOWN. (The other 4 are alive). Tried starting it but gives an error: -
Process (index=1, uid=1155078514, pid=7416) failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit.
I checked the Weblogic Logs during startup and it was giving the following errors:

This could be so may things.
Two things I would check are the database schemas that the RCU Utility created. Make sure you can run SQPLUS from a command line and connect to those repositories using the username / password that you set up for them in the RCU install. If not then you must resolve.
I'm no sure what OS you are on but also check your hosts file if you are on a simple dev machine like your laptop, etc. OBI could be looking at for an IP from which it was originally installed and if not static to your network the change in IP / DSN could be throwing it off.
Check also the WebLogic Server > bi_server1 > machine address. This IP can be fixed and if so remove it and restart to see if that fixes things.
Ultimately I suggest a full resinstall simply because if it is not one of the issues above then the search and fix are more time intensive that just reinstalling the darn thing. Save yourself some time and re-install if the above don't help.
