Object# object has no method "on" -- Chrome

So, I have been trying to trouble shoot the error above. I have been able to find a work around for some of the CSS errors I have had within IE10 and on and off in Firefox. Chrome is the one that tends to be the problem at this point.

The error either comes up as
Type Error: Object#<object> has no method "tobrowserwidth"
or
Type Error: Object#<object> has no method "on"
The second error is the one that happens more frequently and the one that I am most worred about.
If someone could please help me to get ride of this error that would be wonderful. From everything that I can tell it might have something to do with the lightbox feature I have on the "Join Mailing List" at the top of the page as this happens on every page in chrome. The lightbox has some embeded code in it which I added as we wanted users to be able to join the mail list and have it validate their entries.
Please advise as soon as you can.

I was contacted by Adobe regarding my error and I was informed that I was running two differen versions of jQuery at the same time which is a no, no. jQuery does not like to have multiple versions loaded at the same time, but if you needed to you could always run one after another, but it would take longer for the page to load. In my case I changed the embeded code in my lightbox under the "Join Our Mailing List". The embeded code uses jQuery version 1.4.4 while the jQuery version that Muse uses is version 1.8.3. To resolve this problem I simply change the 1.4.4 to being 1.8.3. While jQuery is not always backwards compatible, I was lucky on this item as it appears to be backwards compatiable.
I would also like to note that I had originally placed my CSS for this code inline with the coding, but I then removed it and placed it in the head as this helped with some of the problems as well. It is always better to create seperate CSS and .js files and then have your code reference these files. I will work on this in the coming days.

It does seem like a Adobe code issue as I do not see any of
your code in the trace stack.
In the Adobe ListBase.as the line (1357) of code is commented
as part of an if block. "if necessary, make the rows that will
eventually be offscreen, above visible rows" There are a number of
variables in the line and one or more of them is not defined. Thus
that leads me to believe a timing problem with updating the
DataGrid.
However what code is listening to the event you are
dispatching? Do you get there?

Extending the BC4J objects which has private methods

Hi,
I faced a situation which requires to extended the AM and CO of a page which has some private methods.
As we cant inherit the which private methods of a class I thought of using the same code in the extended class.
As it is not feasible solution n not upgrade safe we have not taken up the development..
Any one faced the same issue and any workaround on the same will be appreciated..

Copy the private method code into your extended objects. Then it'll use the private methods in your extended code....

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'stringify'

Hi,
I've been working with a fairly simple animation on my site for a while now. I didn't change anything to do with it for the longest time, but something's obviously happened, because now when i run the animation, i get "Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'stringify' animate/2.0.0/edge.2.0.0.min.js" from Chromes Console Log. I have no idea what this means, but it has something to do with the json. I'm not sure if my image is being loaded, but there's no reason it shouldn't be, since i never changed the path of it. Can somebody tell me what "Object [object Object]" is supposed to refer to?

P.S My animation setup is just the stage, with about 17 copies of an .svg that i use as a sprite sheet, plus some text. Every single object has animations that include opacity, top, left, and height.

I fix the problem.
I have carefully reviewed JAVASCRIPT files and I could see that these are not a major influence within the site, only are reference code and utilities of the same application.
By removing these files nothing has stopped working, I thought I would have some error in the sliders, or opacities, but no, nothing happened.

Last active change request of a object which has been transported

I need a method to obtain the last active change request of a object which has been transported to the corresponding target system. I know that the CR tables are E070 and E071, but how can I know the last active and transported CR of each object? Any suggestion?

Hi Antonio, As u are aware that you can get TR information from E070 and E071 tables.From these two tables we can get the latest TR. In table E070 there are two fields with AS4DATE, AS4TIME.So, U can find the latest transported object on these two fileds.Also, u need to check the TRSTATUS field which specifies whether the object is transported ( R Released) or still Modifiable( Active as D).
However this table will also contains subtasks and main request. This can be diffrentiated with the help of STRKORR field of E070. If blank then its a main req else its a subtask where the field would contain the Main Request No.

I am working a already existing Java Swing project, now I got a problem, in a method I need to get the caller object reference otherwise, I can't succeed this operation. So please tell me a way how to get the caller object reference from a method. that method would be static or regular method anything will do for me.

Jndi lookup of of object that has been bound remotely

I want to register in weblogic server jndi tree some remote objects. A one standalone
application binds these object in server jndi. Another standalone app try to lookup
and executes some methods - everything works ok.
The problem is : applications which works internally on server can't lookup these
object. It's initial context doesn't contains such bindings. What's the difference
between naming contexts
inside and outside the server?

In my option, if you refer to the property of the Worksheet object which has been deleted, the error would be raised as expected. I think you could use the try catch statement to deal with this situation. Some key code like below:

Com.waveset.util.WavesetException: User object null has no cache

In the anonymous context i receive this error when i try and run the PasswordGenerator.
com.waveset.provision.PasswordGenerator com.waveset.util.WavesetException: User object null has no cache, it cannot resolve the reference to ObjectGroup object Top.
It works fine when i run it logged in as an end user or admin. Any ideas

Yes you are correct i am in as an anonymous user trying to create a forgot password workflow. I was having issues with the password Generator because it required a WSUser object and in other posts it stated you could pass in a null object. However, in the anonymous context you cannot do that so once i discovered the account id in my workflow i had to call getObject for type User with the account id and pass that into the generate password method.
Then it worked.

re_persistent_data1 is defined as local data object of method if_ex_me_process_req_cust~process_account , so all its components are accesible only within that method. If you want to access it in some other method of same class you need to make it global. You do this simply by creating an attribute re_persistent_data of this class and store the persistent data in that attribute instead of that local data.
Once its there you can access it with check method hence you are able access its components.

on the client PC with a current version.

Garbage collection of objects created inside a method

I have method and inside the method I create new Objects I mean I instantiate objects using new and call some methods on these objects.
once the method execution is completed and control goes to caller of the method will all the object created inside the method will be garbage collected ?

1. You cannot use a table or view that contains xml or clr type as 4-part name in your query
2. You need to cast the column to either nvarchar(max) or varbinary(max) or other appropriate type to use
3. If you have a table that has xml type for example then you need to create a view that contains all columns other than xml and query it instead. Or you can issue a pass-through query using OPEN QUERY with the appropriate columns only.
Here is a work around:

Basically, the data is queried on the remote server, converts the XML data to a varchar, sends the data to the requesting server and then reconverts it back to XML.
