All,
Doe any one know what table in SAP R/3 shows the current value assigned to an
Object ID stored in Table JSTO.
JSTO shows the object ID .
But I am trying to retrive the current user status value assigned to the objectID (for example in VA02)

OBJECT STATUS TABLE

i am trying to join tables using SQVI for activities and there i couldnot find table which has data regarding activity status(open,inprogress..)
can any one tell me which table cantains the above said field --activty status and if possible please tell me table for Activity partner

System and User Status for the "One Order" object are stored in table CRM_JEST.
Further, you can also find back system statusses that are defined in table TJ02 and TJ02T for texts.
If you want to create a query to check the User and or System status on Header level for a business transaction you link:
CRMD_ORDERADM_H with CRM_JEST with following selection:
CRMD_ORDERADM_H-GUID = CRM_JEST-OBJNR AND CRM_JEST-INACT = ' '
If you want to do the same for a Business transaction Item:
CRMD_ORDERADM_I with CRM_JEST with following selection:
CRMD_ORDERADM_I-GUID = CRM_JEST-OBJNR AND CRM_JEST-INACT = ' '

Table which stores Object Status for Sales order

Hi Experts,
In Sales order header Status , there is a an object status when i click on that one it will take to new screen
It will show status with status no, and Status w/o Status no.
I want to know in which table this status will be saved.

I have these following status showing when i click on object status buttion.

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service --> Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service --> Basic Settings --> Define User Status.

Hi,
If you are talking about sales order status, this can be configured through status profile.
SPRO-SD-SALES-SALES DOCUMENTS - DEFINE & ASSIGN STATUS PROFILE.
Based on the user status you have maintained for your sales document, the status can be viewed in table JEST.
For this first go to VBAK - get document condition header, and take this document condition header and go to table JEST.
Here your current status will start with E**** and status inactive flag would be blank.

Hi Experts, I have a standard sap transaction. I want to debug the Object status, but I need information on this field. What is it exactly and where is it coming from. Is it coming from somewhere on the screen of the initial transaction?

If you want to know any field information in the transaction then just put curser on that field and press F1 button.it will give you new window .in that press button of technical information.here you will get all the information about that field.there in Table field you will get the information about ..where exactly that field value is stored..

Object status for a sales document

I have maintained one status profile with 3 status and assigned it quotation document (Quotation -> Stauts Data - > Object status -> 3 new status in radio buttons ). In which table can i see that this document number and status of document?
Tj30t has the description and number of new status .

Hi,
You can get document number and status details in V.26 transaction code.
Goto V.26, enter status e.g BLK ( blocked) and choose user status and execute.
System will show you list of the documents with status.
If you are using header status, then goto VBAK table get the value from the OBJNR field (Object number).
Goto JEST table and enter Object number and system will show the status. E.g E0001(Tehnical name) . (The sequence you maintained in status profiles)
E0001 CRT created
E0002 BLK Blocked
E0003 REL Released

How and when does oracle changes the object status on a view?

I have HR schema and AWARD schema. AWARD schema has views referencing the base tables in HR. Whenever I refresh HR the dependant views on AWARD becomes invalid. I recompile those views after the refresh.
Could anyone explain the internals of this object status change process? How does my AWARD schema sense the invalid status? Why it is not re-establishing the status after the data import?

I refresh HR test instance from production. If you are not so sure about this process...here is what happens ....export production HR schema, drop all the objects from HR test and import the production data into HR test.
I am not worried about what is happening but would like to understand the internal process (beyond the basics).

Object status - Get description instead of code (J_STATUS) for OBJNR

I am modifying a report, in which one of the fields on output is "Object status," which is pulled from table "Jest". The field is called "Stat" and pertains to the specific OBJNR (object number.)
However, the status is a code (5 Char) but the user wants to see a description instead. Where can I get the description data for the status from?

I think you may be talking about the statuses held in tables TJ02T and TJ30T (4.64). If yes, here's how we get to them:

STATUS TABLE(urgent) More explainatory

-Let me tell you a bit more!!!!.
-In tcode-IW22, when u see any notification, u will see a status field of 40 characters with values like ATCO, NOPR, ORAS etc.
-Field is on the extreme top having technical ch. ( RIWO00-STTXT )-> name of structure with field.
-I m not able to find the corresponding table.

Hi Pradeep,
Follow these steps to get the system status or the user status for a particular notification:
1. From table QMEL get OBJNR(object number) using the QMNUM( notification number.
2. using this OBJNR get STSMA( Status Profile) from table JSTO.
3. Using the OBJNR get STAT(object status) from table JEST.
   You may/ may not get multiple object status for an Object number.
   System status number will start from E.
   user status number will start from I.
4. To get the text of the status, use the status number (STAT) and STSMA to get the status text from table TJ30T.

Resource Object Status

OIM is not properly updating the Resource object status. I need to find out the actual status value in dev_oim schema. Can you please let me in which table we can find the Resource object status?

According to my understanding RO will be associated with some Task. So open --> Process Definition find out that Task --> Open Task and navigate to Task to object status tab --> and there u can map the status.

KNVV is the customer sales data table and CHSPL is the field name called Batch Split Allowed
My advice is to deselect the field name from the table and test it by creating it once again ...

How can I convert table object into table record format?

I need to write a store procedure to convert table object into table record. The stored procedure will have a table object IN and then pass the data into another stored procedure with a table record IN. Data passed in may contain more than one record in the table object. Is there any example I can take a look? Thanks.

Error while changing the Resource Object Status

Hi,
I am trying to change the resource object status from Waiting to Provisioned for a self service task. Before approval I see the Resource Object Status as " Ticket Sent To REMEDY" on the administrator's web console and at the Requestor's web console I get the following error message-
???en_US.global.viewProfileForm.Lookup.Ticket-Sent-to-REMEDY???
But after approval, based on the completion the task, the process on both the consoles is set to provisioned. That is what I want to display but the problem comes when the requestors sees the error status message on its console before approval.
Can any body tell me the reason of the above error and how to resolve it?

do you have any custom written event handlers getting triggered off after request submission or during approval?
It might also be due to either a browser issue or you might have missed any entry in the xladmin properties file for a custom label/error message etc.
