OCCI example needed to register for change in table notification

Hi could anyone give a simple example on how to get informed in C++ if a row had been inserted in a specific table .. I know this is possible through Registration to tables via callbacks.. Any ideas or links would be appreciated...

From my previous topics U would have guessed the problem I am facing. I have to pass an array of unsigned shorts terminted by 0 from Forms to a Windows DLL( created in VC++ ). How can I create such a structure. For eg. the contents of array at subsequent locations in VC++ appear as (Memory contents as Seen while debugging ): pszUnicode is an array of 4 unsigned shorts. Each unsigned short is of 4 bytes.
pszUnicode[0] -> 2350
pszUnicode[1] -> 2375
pszUnicode[2] -> 2306
pszUnicode[3] -> 0
Now Anon, how can a TABLE structure help me for it.

Greetings. I'm interested to know if there's a way to register for changes to a NetworkInterface. Changes could include ifup/ifdown, a change in the displayable name, adding/removing InterfaceAddress or InetAddress, or even a change in the hardware address. Client blocks after a crash while registering for change notification

Hi, I just moved this message from the Jdbc forum as being of more general interest, not limited to any Java client.
I got a client crash since the JVM was short of heap space (the involved application was inserting data).
Then I run the application again.
Connection was ok, but then the client was blocked forever while waiting for a server reply (in a socket read) during the execution of a select intended to register a change notification listener.
It seems that the crashed session left around something dirty in the server, concerning the change notification machinery. Perhaps some locks on concerned tables.
Restarting the server solved the problem, although far from optimal.
Server is 11gR2.
Any suggestion to cleanup after such a crash is welcome, since so far I guessed that a terminated session (whether crashed or not) should have cleaned up locks and alike.

It is likely that Oracle is waiting for additional requests from this client session.
I doubt that any "clean up" has been performed.

Well, the deal is that I work for a State agency where I produce videos for public consumption via our YouTube channel as well as training DVDs and some other applications. It took me about seven years to get any money to work with (used my own personal cameras until then), and even then was given only $3000 to buy a video camera, DSLR, lighting, and teleprompter. After a three more years of whining, they've finally decided to "resource" our production effort.
I suspect I can wrangle about a $10,000 budget, but I'm hoping I might be able to get as much as $15-20,000. This has to buy a camera, accessories, and anything else I may need for the foreseeable future. Renting isn't really an option and whatever I get now is probably what I'll be working with for the next 6-10 years (if I don't get a better job or hang myself before then), so I want to invest in technologies or formats that have staying power.
That's why I'm asking whether I need faster machines to handle these pro and prosumer formats. If I need to factor new workstations or other hardware into my calculations, I'll need to plan for that now. From what I'm reading, it seems that it'll actually take less processing power to work with intraframe compression, but this may be offset by the much larger file sizes.
By the way, I really appreciate everyone's responses. This community has unquestionably been my most reliable resource for over fifteen years now.

I need a SAP FM to update the delivery quantity and the pick quantity, if pick quantity is different than the delivery quantity. I tried SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE_PICKING and WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2. Both FMs update pick quantity (even it is different from delivery quantity - strange - online doesn't allow that), but not delivery quantity. Eventhough I pass delivery quantity in LFIMG field of vbpok structure.

You have given only table names, but do you know in those tables which fields data you want extract, if you know that...
there we have predefined table called "RSOSFIELDMAP" by using this table we can findout datasource name.
More detailed:
Ex:
GoTo SE11
Give the table name : RSOSFIELDMAP
Click on DISPLAY
click on CONTENTS 4th from last button
Give the FIELDNM : MATNR (example)
And click on EXECUTE Button
it displays all the datasource names which are having that MATNR field. Like this you can find out the comfortable business content datasource.
you can find out the datasource which is having the more required fields.
if you dont have that required fields in any datasource, then you should go for Customised Datasource.

The default table of contents created when I imported a
FrameMaker book is empty. I reimported the book (using a different
option) and created a new TOC. I want to use this one in my

1. Can I change the default TOC to be the new (non-empty)

However, I thought that the blank TOC was created before I

reference. So I can't say what would have happened if I had
