Need a FM for change delivery quantity

Hello,
I need a FM to update delivery quantity, I have look for the BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC but I didn't find how it works.
Any help are welcome

I need a SAP FM to update the delivery quantity and the pick quantity, if pick quantity is different than the delivery quantity. I tried SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE_PICKING and WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2. Both FMs update pick quantity (even it is different from delivery quantity - strange - online doesn't allow that), but not delivery quantity. Eventhough I pass delivery quantity in LFIMG field of vbpok structure.
I need it quite urgently, anyhelp? Thanks,

Error message for over delivery quantity in case of batch split.

Hi All,
System is throwing error message if I try to to enter delivery quantity more than target quantity(order quantity) in case of standard process which is ok but in case of batch split when split line created (9000001 for line 10) and if go to item level in line item 900001 and enter delivery quantity more than target quantity system is giving only information message, still line item 10 is giving error message but line 9000001 giving only information message, user want this to be a error massege as well. Delivery item category for all the line items is same and status B is assigned to over delivery in item category. Is there any standard way of achieving this or do we need any modification, if yes then what user exit need to use.
I searched alot about this in last three days but found only one thread which is unanswered, please provide your valuable suggestions. If this problem is discussed already and solved please provide me the link to that thread as I could't find any.

Still line item 10 is giving error message but line 9000001 giving only information message, user want this to be a error massage as well.
I think it you can possible to change the Information message as Warning message.
Please go to SE91 put the Message Class XX (Ex:V1) there And in No. field enter the message number (Ex: If message no V1293 enter the number as 293)
AND
go for
where used in then select only Program >ok then Program will come select the Program > double click, you will l find the message with the Description.
Now with help of ABAP with just comment on these both the messages. Afterwards you will get the Error message.

Change delivery quantity from VL10B

Hi.
We are trying to change the Delivery quantity while creating outbound
delivery from purchase orders using VL10B. I see that the program hits
the exits of MV50AFZ1 and we have tried overwriting the fields LFIMG
and LGMNG of LIPs in the exits. However, the values are not getting
changed.
Can you please let us know whether changing the delivery quantity in
the Overview screen is at all do-able?

Hi Monica.
No this field is not getting up, However if I change fields like LFIMG and LGMNG then these fields get changed in the Picking screen in the item level. This screen shows up when I double click on the Quantity in the Overview screen and it takes me inyo the details for the item concerned. So I dont think this is an issue with COMMIT WORK as the information in the PIcking screen does get updated. I however want this to be reflected in the Overview screen - is that possible?

How to Change Delivery quantity after creating Transfer order

I created a transfer order for my delivery with LT03. There is already non-ordered quantity in my delivery.
delivery quantity is 5 but transfer order's quantity is 4.
i want to change my delivery quantity without confirming the transfer order.
Is it possible
is there any customization or function for that work ?
in se37, i tried BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE. it returned the error "there is an unconfirmed transfer order"

If you set "Copy WM quantity as delivery quantity into delivery" for your WH/wm-mvt combination in WM/Shipping interface, the delivery quantity will be always adjusted to the picking quantity ("1" in field V_T3333-WMMUE).
The same can be achieved manually as it was told you by Andrzej.
There's no separate function modul to do this.
When system is processing FCODE "KOMU_T" (manual process) the delivery quantity will be changed in include MV50AF0F_FCODE_KOMU in internal structure "lips":
      IF xlips-pikmg > xlips-lfimg OR likpd-kzebu IS INITIAL.
        PERFORM check_and_set_pikmg_lfimg CHANGING lf_subrc.
        CHECK lf_subrc = 0.
      ENDIF.
But this is one thing, there's some preparation before this step and and the change in "lips" will cause the change of "xlips" later on, etc.
So, it is related to several programs (includes) and forms.
Please contact your ABAPer if you are not familiar with technical things.

Give me clarification . Reg user done the pgi for one delivery one line item with quantity 19, he want to split that quantity for doing 2 invoices as 15q and 4q. if possible tell me how?

When you are billing with reference to delivery no in T Code: VF01 Click on the the SELECTION LIST Icon OR press F2, you will goto a next screen where you can select the Quantity you want to Bill i.e. first for 15 qty & Save. Then again do VF01 and bill the remaining 4qty. You can repeat the step as long as the PGI quantity is left.

QM-Customer Info record-QV51(Need Table & field for - "Before delivery" -)

In the qm Customer info record(qv51), there are 3 radio buttons under quality inspection field-(Before delivery,After delivery,By customer).. I am checking the table " QVDM" .I am able to locate the fields (1.After delivery,and 2.By customer ) .
But I couldn't locate the field for " Before delivery" in the table QVDM. 1. Is it in some other table ? 2. If it is so, in which table I can find the field for " Before delivery" ? Help me.

By default system assumes before delivery unless one of the indicators "After delviery" or "By Customer" is set.
There is no specific indicator for "Before Delivery"

Need a field for purchase order quantity

We need a field that is fixed once the PO is created and is never updated even if the qty is changed later on.

Not clear with your query...
Are you looking for a field to act as a constant where you can store the PO Item Quantity which was initially created???
If so, not really sure on the reason but you can get the orginal qty value from Change Documents.
OBJECTID for Purchase Orders is <b>EINKBELEG</b>.

User Exit for Changing Item Quantity in VA02 upon Openning

Hi Guys,
Need your help. I checked the forums and I didn't find anything.
Requirement:
I'm trying to change the item quantity and uom upon openning VA02. ie.
1) Run tcode VA02
2) Enter Order Number
3) run exit, Change Quantity and Uom <<<
4) Result: VA02 screen is displayed with new quantity (still in change mode).
My Question is:
a) Is this possible?
b) What Exit/BADI do I use, and fields do I have to use?
Stuff I've done
1) debug: USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP is NOT triggered. It is only triggered after the order is opened and the material number is changed.
2) I tried changing XVBAP-KWENG and Setting XVBAP-UPDKZ to 'U' at USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT (EXIT_SAPMV45A_918) but change does not take effect after saving. Also the field becomes greyed out. (The reason I chose this exit is because its the only one where xvbap seems to be modifiable). Although, I acknowledge that this doesn't look like the right solution anyway.

BADI BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM now changed to enhancement spot.
In SE18: enter Enhancement spot - BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM.
Inside enhancement spot BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM four BADI definition were exist.
I think BADI definition MSR_SD_SALES is use full for you (This BADI definition is not reserver for SAP intrnal use.
And above enhancement spot also not reserverd for sap internal use.
Just try to implementation BADI definition MSR_SD_SALES and use method CHANGE_BILLING_BLOCK_ITEM.

SUS ASN for changed delivery date

We are on SRM 7.0 EHP4 with MM-SUS.
PO is been sent to SUS with Required on date 02/03/2011. Supplier confirms for 02/04/2011.
Now the system doesn't allow the supplier to create ASN in SUS. The SUS system is waiting for a change order from Buyer to be sent so that it can be confirmed with the new proposed date and subsequent ASN to be created.
Business doesn't want to go through these additional steps of changing their purchase order and also will not help them to monitor vendor performance.
Can you please suggest how to avoid delivery date change to purchase order and create the ASN in SUS.

a) system returns an error message and ASN can not be created? if yes what is the error message?
or
b) the ASN button itself is not enabled for the document creation?

Need help ? for video delivery

Dear all,
I intend to make Air application for my church that has following function
1/ online capture video through the webcam
2/ editing, such as adding text at the footer
3/ then delivery the final output through vga port to dispaly in the screen
the problem is 3/, can flash deliver the output to the screen via vga port. I don't want the whole desktop ( such as slider for controlling the text etc ) to be displayed in the screen.

You can always render video in fullscreen mode. See this:
