Oci_parse causes web page to time-out

The following code works fine from the command line... And if I take out the oci_parse statement, it works fine from the web page. If I put oci_parse in though, it goes out to lunch and never comes back. What am I missing? This is on apache (apache2triad edge install) using PHP 5 on windows. I have larger code snippets that take the data and print it and that works from the command line but not the web page. I kept adding code until it stopped working on the web page and it stopped working with the introduction of the oci_parse line.

Hello,
In Firefox Android when several resources in a page do not load, Firefox android shows a white page and waits for a very long time to time out those resources and display the rest of the page, while Firefox in PC quickly ignores the time outs within a page and displays the page.
How can I make the android version time out quickly and display whatever is available in a page?

Extensions.
1. Empty Caches
    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".

Not sure which forum is best to approach because I think my setup and requirements may fall into several areas of consideration, but here goes. With reference to the diagram below:
Basically I host my own website using IIS on a W7 box that sits behind my Windows Server 2012R2 box that I use as a DNS server with the following roles:
Routing and Remote Access, DNS Server, AD, NAT
What I'm wanting to do is to change my network configuration to the bottom diagram i.e put my webserver in front of the the windows server so that it is internet facing without having to route HTTP requests through my server machine, the objective is to
limit the hardware that HTTP requests need to travel through in order to speed up the web page loading times. I have tried the new preferred configuration but I am actually finding that the web page takes another 10 seconds longer to load with the new configuration.
My DNS server is authoritative for my website domain name, my idea or understanding for the new configuration is the following: (this may be wrong, not sure!)
Someone browses my site i.e makes an initial DNS request for my website, the DNS inquiry is passed through my hardware firewall to my DNS server, the DNS server then points the DNS request to the webserver box, then when an HTTP request for website is received
by my hardware firewall, the firewall redirects the HTTP request directly to the webserver.
I thought that the above new configuration would actually speed up the web page loading response time as the HTTP traffic would no longer have to travel through my DNS server before reaching the webserver and then make its way back to the remote host across
the WAN
Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong with my configuration? thanks in advance

Is your website loaded very slow?
If yes, please try to perform a network capture on the client. We can find which part is slow by analysing the capture data.
If the DNS process is slow, please try to use nslookup to verify if it is a DNS issue.
If the HTTP process is slow, please check if there is any tcp retransmission in the capture data.

Then Restore your iPhone Firmware with iTunes on computer. See if better. If not, talk to Verizon and see if they know of the problem and if there is a fix. If not, then make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

My firefox will allow me to open a page then it gets stuck on the second page and times out--how do I fix this. I have checked the sites on Explorer -it works

It started with the second page not being able to be displayed
example it would go to yahoo and I would sign in but the next page would just spin and time out
Now it won't even go to the first page.
Firefox will not let me go into the options to change cache.
I am trying explorer and it works.

This is a page within the Yahoo site? When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In that dialog, you can individually remove your yahoo.com cookies.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

How to Config Special Error Page for TIME OUT ONLY

We can config our own error page for webdynpro applications by using
transaction code SICF. thus the customizing error page will show when
program meet some errors. these errors type include ABAP runtime
dump/page time out etc.
Here is my question, is there any configuration or enhancement can
effect on ONLY ONE error type.which means the customizing error page
shows only time out error occurred.for other errors show the standard

I need to setup a situation, that is display a custom error page which say "under maintenance" if no back-end WebLogic Server instance reached.In the Apache HTTP Server v2.2 you can use the ErrorDocument directive: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#errordocument
For example in httpd.conf,
ErrorDocument 503 /Test.html
Test.html is placed in the DocumentRoot (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#documentroot)

Can anyone help me? I want to disply the real date & time
(I'm based in London) on my website? If I display it on my site
what will somebody see if they are viewing my page in the states?
Will they see London time or their local time? How do I display it
so no matter where in the world you view my page you see your own

Slow page loading / Time outs

Hi guys,
I am getting very slow page loading times. This only started to happen today, before this my connection has been solid.
I have reset the router, all the other PCs in my house are having the same problem. I am not running any P2P/Downloading software.
Speedtest says I am connected at 12MBPs. It takes me a very long time to load a page and most of the time they just time out.
Router stats -
ADSL settings
VPI/VCI 0/38
Type PPPoA
Modulation ITU-T G.992.5
Latency type Interleaved
Noise margin (Down/Up) 3.6 dB / 5.7 dB

When I am using Safari on my iPad I frequently want to jump between web pages or between the internet and other applications. This is simple on my laptop as once I have loaded a page it does not require reloading until I ask it to, but on my iPad I find it next to impossible as each page gets reloaded when you move back to it. We have a slow internet connection and that coupled with the latest version of iOS working slowly on my iPad makes it very frustrating.
Is there anyway I can stop Safari from doing this?

I wish it was that simple, but I'm afraid it's not. Turning off Background App Refresh doesn't affect page reloading. Supposedly the reloads are due to limited memory forcing Safari to keep no more than a very few (3 to 5, depending on device) pages in memory; pages therefore routinely get deleted from memory, thus forcing reloads. I haven't tried it yet, but reportedly the iCab browser ($1.99) retains its tabs / web pages and will display them without reloads. As will a couple of other browsers, just not Safari. EXTREMELY SLOW INTERNET WEB PAGE LOAD TIME

ok i have cable internet..ive had this mac for about a year and usually loads a webpage in about 5 seconds..since last week its been taking 5 minutes..i am connected wireless through airport..i figured it was the internet provider companies prb and that it would b fixed..after acouple days i decided to go on the pc laptop today and its zooming across web pages like it should be..but my mac is still having the same prb..everything is updated so i dont know whats going on..anybody having this problem or know how to fix it?

Web page control time and log in

I have some issues about the web publish tools. I already use the web publish tools for remote access into the server vi front panel successfully. And I also know that I can limit the user who has the authority to access into this web page by setting up the browser access list. In this way, however, only computer IP address can be applied to limit the access user. I also would like to apply the log in method, like user name and password to limit user's authority. Is there any way to set up the user name and password to manage who has the authority to access the webpage? Therefore, my question is how to manage different people to access into the same published webpage by web publish tool with their user name and password.

The syntax of the array for allowing viewing and controlling VIs is given in the context help:
c+ specifies that the address has access to view and control a VI remotely.
+ specifies that the address has access to view a VI remotely.
- specifies that the address does not have access to the Web Server.

Creating section in WebI results in time-out error

For a certain report that I've created I recive a "Your Web Intelligence session has timed out. Log out and log in again to InfoView. (Error: WIJ 77778)" error when I try and create a new section. Has anyone experienced this error and know of a solution/workaround?
