OIM DB to AD Connector version

Hi,
I am trying to work on provisioning of users from Database 11.1.0.7 to Active Directory, which are deployed in OIM 11gR3.
Can anyone please suggest me connector version.

Are u saying that You want to do a trusted source reconciliation from DB to OIM and push them to AD .
You can use
- Database User management Connector 9.1.0 (check for the latest in this)
- Active Directory Connector 9.1.14

OIM Database Connectors version upgrade

Hi,
I need to upgrade the OIM DB User Management Connector from release 9.0.4.1 to 9.0.4.4. and the OIM Database Application Table Connector from release 9.0.4.1 to 9.1.0.1. Any one knows which patches should be applied for these upgrades? I can't find any documentation regarding this.

First of all have a look at the read me which comes along with the connector patch and see if the upgrade you are trying to achieve is supported or not. For example:
The *4 Deploying the Patch Set* section in the latest release *9.0.4.5* of the DB User Management Connector clearly says the following:
Note:
Direct upgrade to release 9.0.4.5 from release 9.0.4.3 or earlier releases is not supported.
Same applies to DB App Tables Connector as well. See and confirm it by yourself because I don't have those versions of the connector.

Download old connector version

Hi,
How can I download an old connector version.
I am using OIM version 9.1.0.1.
I am looking for a certified SAP connector (user management), probably version 9.0.4.8
But in the following page, I can only download the version 9.1.1.0, certified for OIM version 9.1.0.2 BP 02 or later.

Windows Server 2012 Essentials Connector version is more current than server

In trying to connect a new laptop to domain/server, it kept failing with a message indicating that other software was in the process of installing or that a reboot was pending. Since neither was the case, I downloaded the current version of the Connector
software from the Microsoft website to try. That didn't work either. It turns out that a pre-installed software component called Intel Smart Connect Tech was keeping the laptop from connecting. I uninstalled this software and installed the
connector software and it appeared to connect to the server. However, it is displayed in the Essentials Dashboard as Offline. The client (Laptop) displays a message saying "The Windows Server 2012 Essentials Connector version that is installed
on this computer is more recent that the sever. Contact the administrator to ensure the server is up to date". I tried uninstalling the Connector software from Control Panel, but I get a message "Could not delete key \software\microsoft\windows
server. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel". I've tried both with domain admin and local admin credentials. So, I ignored the message and continued the connector install. It finished
and appeared to connect successfully. The connector version displayed in Control Panel\Programs and Features is correct. However, the registry entry is not updated and the version error pops up with each login and the Dashboard shows the client
as offline.

When connect the client to Windows Server 2012 Essentials, did you mean that use
http://<servername>/Connect
and then select Download software for Windows option? More descriptions, please refer to the following article.

On current situation, please navigate to the registry path as the error message shows. And check
Version value and let me know. Meanwhile, please right click
Windows Server folder in Registry Editor and select “Permissions…”, then check if the account was assigned the correct permission to delete key.
In addition, please check if you have installed the
Update Rollup 1 for Windows Server 2012 Essentials
By the way, please check Event Viewer and some related logs if can find some more clues. If any update, please
feel free to let me know.

Need connector version for Seibel 8.1

Current system having Siebel 7.8 as target system, for this currently deployed Seibel connector version is 9.0.4.5. Is this version is compatible with Seibel 8.1
If not what would be the connector for Seibel 8.1.

If your version is not listed I recommend opening up an SR with Oracle.

OIM - EBusiness User Management Connector

Hello there,
Can anybody please tell me within the Ebusiness connector i.e. provided in 9.1 version connector pack, which one needs to be installed? there are 3 different categories within the same -
1.) For the User Management connector:
Oracle EBS User Management 9.1.0.0
2.) For the User Management with HR Foundation connector:
Oracle EBS HR Foundation User Management 9.1.0.0
3.) For the User Management with TCA Foundation connector:
Oracle EBS TCA Foundation User Management 9.1.0.
I don't know which one resembles to which operations that OIM can perform. Can anybody please throw some light and explain which connector does what?

we are performing OIM-OID (both 11.1.1.5) user provisioning, please can anybody let me know which version of connector we have to use and provide us the steps to perform the installation of the connector.
We used 9.0.4.12 connector for OIM 9i. If we have to use different version of connector for 11g other than this please provide the link and version detail of the connector.

Figured out the error,
When I have installed Ebiz HRMS Employee recon connector, it has imported all the files with root privileges. (Dont know why importing was done with root privileges).
Becuase of EBSCommon.jar and Common.jar having root as the owner, EBIZ UM connector is unable to replace those files. After modifying the owner and group of these two files to oracle.
I am able to succesfully install the UM connector.

Yes, but looking at your log, make sure you define it in the logger in capital letters (DBADAPTERLOGGER). I've had issues in the past where i defined the log level as noted in the documentation, and it only outputted the errors because it was outputting in all caps.
The documentation for the connector defines how you should enter your log levels in JBOSS.

OIM AD password Sync connector. Connection to AD through SSL

Hi.
I am trying to configure AD password sync connector 9.1.1.5 with patch 14627510 to connecto to AD through SSL.
At this moment, connector is able to connect to OIM through SSL but not to the AD. If i set AD port number to 389 on the connector configuration, everything works fine.
If i set it to 636, it is not able to connect to the AD.
I've imported the AD SSL certificate to <connector install directory>\OIMADPasswordSync\_jvm\lib\security\cacerts and restarted the domain controller but still no luck.
To test that the certificate and everything else is OK, i've also installed a jxplorer and imported the same certificate into <jexplorer install directory>\jxplorer321\security\cacerts. Jxplorer is able to connect to the AD through SSL on port 636 so user credentials, certificate, etc.. are ok
Connector documentation doesn't mention anything regarding SSL connection to AD, it only describes SSL connection to OIM.
Anyone has donde this before? Is there any additional step i should follow to enable SSL connection from AD password sync connector to AD? Does the connector support SSL connection to AD?

have you tried importing the cert in cacerts under $JAVA_HOME?

I installed OIM 11g and applied BP06 successfully.Is there a way i can check the bundle batch version/ build number through SQL query.In 10g we can get it from XSD table.I am looking for a similar solution in 11g.Thanks.
