One sender many receivers

hi friends
I am doing IDOC TO FILE SCENARIO. In XI the idoc will generate the xml file in the target system.
Is it possible to create the xml file at the specified system based on the condition.
suppose i have a field by name receiver in the idoc. and i have 5 receivers. if i put 2 in the receiver field then it will generate the xml file in the 2 receiver system and it will not generate in the other systems.  this option is available in xi? if available how can i do that one..
can any one tell this..
one more thing....
in R/3 side i send the idoc to my xi. but in the tcode sm58 it shows the error message as
no service for SAPSID, CLIENT 100 IN THE INTEGRATION DIRECTORY.
how can i recitify that one. I created the Business system for R/3 as PRD. Instead of this if i create it with sapsid it will work?
any suggestions regarding these 2 problms please
Thanks in advance

  • IDOC -XI-SOAP one sender different  receivers based on condition

    Hi All,
I have an IDOC to SOAP scenario.
For each record based on the input flag XI has to send the  any one of the request ...like either create or update or delete request. All these message types are a part of single WSDL.
    How can i do it?
    Thanks in Advance

hi There are two ways you can do this:
    1. Without BPM - Since you have to create all the target messages adn you want either the 1st and second, or the first and third: create two multi-mapping with one and two, and one and three. In the receiver determination check the condtion based on which you decide the second or the third message has to be created and route it to the correct mapping accordingly.
    2. with BPM, create all the target mapping. In the BPM check the condtion in the switch and do a send accordingly.
You can do this either on Receievr Determination or on Interface Determination.
Add multiple Receievrs/ Interfaces and then add the conditons on which the target should be choosen
    to use Xpath for your receiver det. ref these blogs;
a combination of logics should help you in this case ...

  • One sender - two receivers - same Message-ID?

    Hi,
I don´t know if it is possible to send a message (which is, as you know identified by its Message-ID) to two receivers where at least one receiver has to keep the Message-ID of the xi-incoming message. This is necessary because it has to be used as part of the receiver-filename.
We work with triggerfiles, which identify in which sequence the Messages have to be processed at the receiver system. If you use more than one interface determination, for each receiver an new Message-ID is generated. This is what I want to prevent.
Does anyone know if this is possible using a business process. (XI3.0 SP17)
If yes, what is it to look like? I´m thinking about one receiver and two senders (in bp-design) :).
    Regards,
    Thomas

    Hi VJ,
I think your doubts are reasonable, as this doesn´t fit the "Exactly once"-idea of messages. As soon as the bpe picks up the Message, you got no chance to save the original Message-ID. I just designed a little process to give it a try, but it didn´t work (i. e. the two new Message-IDs appeared for the BP-outgoing messages).
Why I want to use it? This would be an addon for a more or less complex Szenario, which we cannot change without a redesign of the hole szenario ...
I think we´ll have to let the application server generate the Message twice with different receiver agreements. Sounds ugly.
    Thank you for confirmation.
    Best regards

  • One to many receivers requirement.

    Hi Experts,
I have a requirement -->File (Contains multiple material records ), to File scenario  according to material name I need to route of the record it needs to choose the receiver (dynamic routing).
    mapping :- Simple normal conditions.
So how can I choose the receivers in the PI . Please suggest me how to proceed .
    Thanks,
    Vijay Kumar K.V.N

    Hi Vijay,
If you are converting the flat file to XML in sender communication channel, then use the standard receiver determination to route the message. But you need to filter the message in message mapping (only need to consider the required data for that receiver).
other option is use multiple flow. Split the message in first flow and route the message (using multi mapping) to desired receiver in second flow.
refer the below doc for multimapping
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/90dcc6f4-0829-2d10-b0b2-c892473f1571?overridelayout=t…
if your receiver determination condition is complex then use enhanced receiver determination. refer the below wiki

  • Can we have one sender and mutliple receivers in XI processing

    Hello,
I will explain a scenario where you will have one sender channel and mutliple receiver channels.
There is a sender channel along with Sender Agreement where u mention the interface name and namespace.
There are two receiver channels along with two Receiver Agreements one for each with different interface names and namespaces also.
Now the processing is like this,
Sender sends some data and depending upon the agreements the corresponding receiver receives the data.
Will the process is correct or is there any other way to run the scenario?
    Thanks,
    Prakash

    Hi Prakash chitti,
Of course the scenario that you were telling is possible.. Take the case of file-to-multiple file scenario, where single file sends the source xml and multiple receivers gets the file.. For that you need to have
    1: one sender channel
    2: two receiver channel
    3: one sender agreement
    4: two receiver agreement
    5: One interface determiniation
    6: One receiver determination
at the receiver determination, goto the tab 'Configured Receivers', and specify the number of recievers; and ensure they are present at the 'Configuraton overview for Receiver Determination'..
You can even set conditions for receiver determination from the source point..
    This will help you.
    Thanks

DM (RFC) and ERP Receiver systems (RFC)
    Pls let me know
In Receive there is only two mode
    1. Async
    2. Open S/A bridge
So do i need to choose Async mode for sender RFC.
Pls tell me the BPM flow steps for my scenario

    Hello,
I have One Sender system and two receivers system scenario.
My sender is RFC (sync) in nature.
My one receiver is RFC (sync) in nature.
My second receiver is RFC (sync) in nature.
Pls tell me and send me links/docs for this scenario.
    Regards

    Hi Rick,
For two receivers you require 2 interface determination, receivers determinations etc.
Go through these threads for one sender and multiple receivers:
    one sender and two receiver
    /people/shabarish.vijayakumar/blog/2005/08/03/xpath-to-show-the-path-multiple-receivers
Then configure your RFC communication channel in XI system + activate it and after that using all same parameters make an TCP/IP RFC destinatioon on R3 side.

    Hello,
I have One Sender system and two receivers system scenario.

My second receiver is RFC (sync) in nature.
    How to proceed with this.
If my second receiver is async then how to proceed with this.
    Regards

    Hi Rick !
Depending on your requierements, you can create a BPM that
    1) receives request from sender
    2) sends request to receiver 1 / receives response from receiver 1
    3) sends request to receiver 2 / receives response from receiver 2
    4) do some processing with both responses
    5) sends response to sender.
If your second receiver is async, just use an async send step in step 3. As far as I know, you cannot use multimapping with sync scenarios.

    Matias.

  • One-to-many/foreign keys howto

I have a situation where I'm trying to assemble a web of data and not make
    JDO mad.
Here's the structure. I load this data in in batches, with an entry being
placed in a load history table (H) to track each batch. Each batch
contains primary (M) records associated with 0..n qualifying records from
one or both of two auxiliary tables (D, L). All liberally salted with
primary and foreign keys for referential integrity, and most of the keys
are compounds, since the "M" identifiers get recycled for each batch load.
Or, in other words, the "M" key is an ID plus an H key.
    Here's a map:
    H--0..n-->M
    __ +--0..n-->D
    __ +--0..n-->L
Just to make things even more fun, the primary key of the H table is an
Oracle 8 "DATE" type, which -- unlike ANSI SQL -- is actually a
"TIMESTAMP". Kodo is rendering this as a java.util.Date rather than
java.sql.Date, which is fine, because I need the full millisecond
resolution. Interestingly, when I altered the schema type to "timestamp",
load operations failed because the "column value was too big" according to
    Oracle.
Also adding to the enjoyment, the actual order of presentation of data is
that ALL M records come in, then ALL D records and finally ALL L records.
I create my own H when the load starts.
Now ideally, the whole shooting match will be a single pass/fail
    transaction, but that's for later.
Right now, I can create the H, no problem and M's no problem. However,
adding the D's and L's fails come commit time:
kodo.util.FatalUserException: Attempt to set column "OFAC_ADDRESS.LOAD_ID"
to two different values: "7/9/04 9:41 AM", "7/9/04 9:41 AM" This can occur
when you fail to set both sides of a two-sided relation between objects,
or when you map different fields to the same column, but you do not keep
the values of these fields in synch.
The granularity of the timestamps printed isn't making life easier, so I
    double-checked the D record's actual local value
    ADDRESS SERIALIZER A: Fri Jul 09 09:41:58 EDT 2004/Fri Jul 09 09:41:58 EDT
    2004
    ADDRESS SERIALIZER B: 1089380518179/1089380518179 (getTime())
    ADDRESS SERIALIZER C: -1541174818/-1541174818 (hashCode())
I think I need a clearer understanding of what actions cascade here and
what actions require manual help. For M, I did a setH(H) plus a
setHid(H.getId()) and that made it happy. For D's and L's, of course, I
also have to do a setM(M), where, because of the way the data comes in, I
had to lookup the previously-stored M based on the M.id plus H.id.
Now the parent objects contain sets of child objects. In theory, I should
be adding the newly-created children to those sets, but in practice,
setting the parent on the child appears to cause this to happen
automagically, though I still have to manually set the local value of the
    foreign key field.
I really need to find a good FM to RT. Online (and in the Kodo docs), I
find a lot about setting up the XML for one-to-many mapping, but the Java
coding side is taken as obvious. Regrettably, few things are obvious to me.
I suppose I should excerpt the schema just for completeness:

    Hi Greg,
I'm just using the unmodified schema-to-mapping output. The one thing that
might be unusual is that I've broken up related tables into discrete

    Hi Tim,
Could you send the your mapping information corresponding to the class that
maps to table: OFAC_ADDRESS. In particular, I'm looking for what fields
map to OFAC_ADDRESS.LOAD_ID. This will hopefully give us a hint as to
    what's going wrong.
    Thanks,

  • Send many reports using a single i bot..

    hi all..
i have a requirement where i have to send many reports using a single i bot instance.
    How can this be achieved??
    Plz help guys..
    regards
    Mahi

Its not possible i guess because only one report can be attached in an IBOT. Workarounds are you can add reports to dashborad an can send that dashboard page. Another thing is you can chain the ibots and put all reports in those ibots. In this case you have to kick off only one ibot but multiple emails will be fired.

  • One sender n multiple receiver for BPM

    Hi,
In BPM ( one sender to Multpli receivers ( file to IDOC ) i need to split the incoming message as per message content to multiple receivers, can we achive such scenario without using BPM?if yes how? if not why?
    Thanks in advance.

    Ginger
Without using BPM, it is also possible:
There are two type of splitting scenario:
    1. One type of source message split to multiple messages of same type:
In this scenario, it is very easy to handle multiple receivers, you just need to add additional receivers (without conditions) in your receiver determination
    2. One type of source message split to messages of different types:
In this scenario, there are two sub scenarios: the first sub-scenario just have one receiver, and second sub-scenario have multiple receivers. In your case, it seems that you have second sub-scenario:
You can also have just one receiver determination, you can add mutiple receivers in your receiver list, based on XPATH conditions, to judge one unique node for each type of message, e.g. /MT_MyMsg/Root/Resource using operator "EX", it means exists.
Hope this give you some idea.
