Only one message - mailbox almost full?

I just received my IPhone yesterday - synced it to my MacPro. 1. My voicemail says I mailbox is almost full, but I only had one new message, and one saved message - relatively short ones.
Also - I keep getting old read emails on my IPhone from my email on my MacPro. As soon as I delete 50, 50 MORE show up!! What's up? Can anyone help?

You should contact your carrier about your voicemail issue as this is a carrier feature. As far as your email, your phone is set to show 50 messages in Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Show. If you want fewer messages in your inbox you'll have to delete or move the old messages into a folder (if this is an IMAP account), or delete them off the server (if this is a POP account).

How to configure my MDB serve only one message at a time?

I have requirement where I need to develope a MDB iin weblogic. This MDB has to serve only one message at a time. If the send second message is sent while the first one is running the second message has to sit in queue and start processing once the first message is finished.
Is there any way to configure via annotations or in weblogic server settings ?

How to configure my JMS QUEUE serve only one message at a time?

I have requirement where I need to develope a JMS QUEUE in weblogic. This MDB has to serve only one message at a time. Is there any way to configure via annotations or in weblogic server settings ?

I'm not aware of any way to configure the max pool size via annotations, you might try posting to the EJB newsgroup (please post back the answer). Of course you can set the size via an EJB descriptor, as per the MDB chapter of the Performance and Tuning guide in the edocs.
By the way, if you have ordered message processing requirements, I highly recommend taking a look at the WebLogic JMS "Unit-of-Order" (UOO) feature as per the UOO chapter of the JMS programmer's guide. For a variety of reasons, the UOO features is often, by far, the best option for handling such requirements. If this feature applies to your use case, then there would be no need to force single threaded message processing in some sort of manual fashion (the feature enforces this for you).

Do you copyemail from a PC running windows live mail? I have attempted to use Thunderbird and was successful in converting the live mail files to Mbox format but when I tried to import these files to the Mac only one message from each file was shown.

I copied these files to a usb stick and then tried to export the folders and messages to my iMac running Lion. It appeared to copy the folders to the Mac but only one message per folder was placed on the computer. Does anyone have any ideas on how I should proceed to copy these email messages over? Thanks.

Only one Message Driven Bean

hi
i have some heavy calculating beans and i want that only one EJB is calculating at one time. can i do this by using Message Driven Beans? is it possible that the server creates only one Message Driven Bean at one time and gets the next one out of the queue when the old one finished calculating?

It is possible to set up that there should be only one mdb in the pool, but it's not quite what mdbs are intended for. Remember that this is an asynchronous message service, and you will not receive a reply after you put a message on the queue.

Skip "mailbox almost full" message in Unity 7?

Hello,
Unity normally warns subscribers when thier mailbox size is over the Exchange "warning" limit. I know I can turn this off entirely, but is there a way for a subsciber to skip past the warning when they dial into Unity to check messages ?

We have the same issue (i.e. Exchange is at the first warning, and Unity is giving "ALMOST full" messages we can't skip through). If I'm reading the thread correctly, it sounds like they didn't find a solution either. :/
At least we're not the only ones. : )

MAILBOX ALMOST FULL

I'm getting the message, "Mailbox is at 92% of quota."
Can someone offer creative strategies, if they exist, for making more space, besides the obvious ones (purchasing more space, deleting emails)?

The default account type when creating a .Mac account with the Mail.app is a .Mac type account which is really an IMAP type account and behaves in the same way.
You also have the option to create the account as an IMAP or POP type account with the Mail.app and with other email clients.
With a .Mac type account, you have the option of adjusting the available amount of server storage space devoted to email and for iDisk space, backups, etc. You can increase the amount of server storage space for email which will decrease the amount of server storage space for iDisk, backups, etc. This is done via webmail access for your account preferences.
If the total amount of server storage space is at the limit, your only options are the obvious such as deleting email, removing data stored stored in your iDisk or purchasing more space.
If you don't access your email with an email client on another computer and don't regularly need to do so via webmail access on another computer, you can create/utilize "On My Mac" location mailboxes with the Mail.app to transfer received messages that you need to save. "On My Mac" location mailboxes are stored locally on the hard drive.
Transferring a message from the account's Inbox mailbox to a user created "On My Mac" location mailbox stores the transferred message locally on the hard drive and removes the message from the server at the same time.
In addition, if you are currently storing Drafts, Sent, Trash or Junk messages on the server with the Mail.app, you can store these messages locally on the hard drive instead which will also free up available server storage space.

ME9F - Prints only one message

Hi all,
I'm having a problem when printing more than one purchase order message in ME9F.
When I select all messages to be printed, only one is going to printer, and the other ones stay in spool list with status "-" (not yet sent to the host system).
Any idea why this is happenning?

After some conversations with SAP support and basis team, I still don't have an answer for this.
I discover if I use standard SAP settings in the processing routines configuration (Program "SAPFM06P", form routine "ENTRY_NEU" and form "MEDRUCK") this will work. The problem seems to be that I'm using a customized smartform, so in my processing routines configuration I have:
- Program: /SMB40/FM06P
- Form routine: ENTRY_NEU
- PDF/Smartform: ZZZZZZ
- Type: Smartform.
I already debug the program and the field "DIMME" in NAST table is set in every message, so I really don't have any idea why this is happening.

User gets Mailbox almost full message but the Exchange malibox is not close to full

We are running Exchange 2010 and Unity 7.0. User always get that his exchange mailbox is almos full and it very close to empty. I can NOT clear this message. I have deleted the user from unity and it still is happening.

Please check the Storage limit policies against the mailbox.
On the Cisco Unity server, select Start > Programs > Microsoft Exchange >
System Manager.
Expand the servers group.
Expand your Unity server.
Expand first storage group.
Right-click on mailbox store and select Properties.
Click the Limits tab and set a value for these fields:
Issue warning at (KB)
Prohibit send at (KB)
Prohibit send and receive at (KB)
Click OK to save the changes.
You can disable this warning (not really recommended):
Go to your Unity server desktop > open the "Unity Tools Depot" >
expand the "Administration Tools" folder > double-click on the
"Advanced Settings Tool" and set to 0 the following attributes:
"Conversation - Full Mailbox Check Feature"
"Conversation - Full Mailbox Check Prompt"
Then reboot the Unity server.

How to display only one message in WD

Hi all,
I want to display successful message or error message when certain action is perform.
I have my message enter in the MessagePool, say Request_Successful_Updated and value is "your request is successfully updated"
In my WD, I do this:

The error message appear three times in the top view, right side view and the bottom of the view.

Define a success message or Error message in the pool.
Use the following statement
wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportMessage(IMessage<Comp_Name>.<MessageKey>,
null,false);
Define message areas View element in your View and place it where you want to display the error message.

USB and SD card both ejected when ejecting only one, message shows one disc not ejected properly

I have a late 2012 iMac running OSX Mavericks. I had a USB memory stick (32gb Sandisk USB3.0) and a Sandisk 32gb Extreme SD mounted at the same time. When I ejected the USB stick both disappeared from finder and a notification showed saying that the SD card was not ejected properly. I'm sure this issue present prior to Mavericks - can anyone shed any light on the cause and what to do to prevent data corruption? Many thanks.

EDIT:
The machine went to the Genius Bar. The Genius replicated the issue, and recommended a left-side IO board replacement. That procedure was performed, and at first appeared to address the issue. SD cards inserted in the store ejected and re-mounted successfully.
The issue has re-emerged, however, so it was clearly not a hardware (only) problem. When I mount the SD card named "Small Test" in the machine after a restart, the machine sees the card and shows the following messages in Console:

That indicated to me that Spotlight was indexing the SD card. I added the card to Spotlight's privacy settings, and the next time I mounted it I got this message in Console:

18.1.15 17:58:30.000 kernel[0]: hfs: unmount initiated on Small Test on device disk4s1
So that's good. That's what is supposed to happen.
But after a period of time (a short period) after the SD card ejected, when put back into the slot it did not mount. Same behavior as before. This indicates to me that it's NOT a Spotlight problem but rather something else, something that is time-dependent. But I don't know what process that is. Time Machine, perhaps? I added the SD card to Time Machine exclusions as well, but to no avail. Plus, I'd have to do this for EACH SD card I insert, which seems ridiculous.
Clearly something is going on between the OS, the SD hardware, and the SD card. But I'm flummoxed as to what it is.

Why am I receiving a "storage almost full" message when I have lots of storage?

My I phone 4 keeps sending message "Storage Almost Full" I have 4,8 GB available and 1.5 used. I have read other threads but nobody has provided the solution that I can see. Deleting photos and apps doesn't work. I think it has something to do with the Cloud but I turned it off and deleted a backup. My video doesn't work well and the battery is being used up too fast. I don't want to store on the cloud or purchase more storage. Someone said that didn't work anyway. Please help! Thanks!

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are repeatedly getting a message "Storage Almost Full," but your phone is only has 4.8 GB of data on it. This message usually comes up when you are reaching the limits of your iCloud storage. You do not have to purchase additional storage, and can use iTunes to backup your iPhone instead.

I have an iPhone4S. keep getting message that storage is almost full. Cannot upgrade apps.

My iPhone4S keeps getting message "storage almost full". See Setting. Not enough memory to upgrade to IOS7. Cannot update Apps.
