Only some .exe files launching via system command

Hi All,
Newb to C++ here.
I've got a button in Visual C++ that I want to use to run an exe file.
It works with some (chrome.exe, notepad.exe) without any file path, but it doesn't work with other .exe's (skype.exe, battle.net.exe) etc
Any way around this? I inevitably want to use this button to run an exe file on a shared drive at work (just to map drives).
Code I'm using is;
private: System::Void button1_Click(System::Object^  sender, System::EventArgs^  e) {
System::Diagnostics::Process::Start("chrome.exe");
The error I'm getting with other exe files is;
An unhandled exception of type 'System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception' occurred in System.dll
Additional information: The system cannot find the file specified

The system can find only these files that are on PATH. Otherwise, provide the full path.
Note that, besides of the exe file name, you need to provide the current (a.k.a. working) directory for the program, and UNC paths are not  valid as a current directory, so you have  either to specify a local directory or map a drive letter.
