I have installed other apps. They work fine.

Are you talking about an app that is available on the printer or are you referencing an app that you download on your computer?
If the latter, please tell me which version of Windows that you are using. If the former, please verify with me that you are using the same printer that was listed in the original post.

  • Why i always get the message "Oops! Something just went wrong on our server! We've logged the prbl"

why i always get the message "Oops! Something just went wrong on our server! We've logged the problem and will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience." everytime i added new apps on eprintcenter.

I will need a little more information in order to help out. What model of printer is it that you own? Are you able to ePrint with the machine when you send emails to it? Have you every been able to successfully download apps to the machine without getting the error message? Do the apps that you download successfully download at any time after that error and later work?
I am a former employee of HP...

    Hi,
    I've the same issue.
I can only logon as the register proces ends. Any following (later) attemts to login end with the error message.
Tried twice - making two new account - same pattern, gets in first time only.
The printer works - print sent are printed. And do I enter a wrong e.g. password on hpeprintcenter.com I'm promted about the wrong password. But entering the right user and password the above error message appers.

  • Oops! Something just went wrong with My Files. Please contact support.

I get this message when trying to select my cover image from "MyFiles." I'm not sure what the problem is? It's a pdf and it's definitely the correct size.

I'm using the one page cover designer. I've formatted a pdf to the size specificed, and when I try to select it at the one page cover step (it's already uploaded to "My Files"), I keep getting the "oops!" message.

  • Oops, something went wrong at our end

Skype for Web was working on my home system (in Chrome), although I could not get the audio and vido to work, just the text chat.
When trying from my work notebook (in Chrome 43.0.2357.81 m), when I login, I get this message (every time, for the last couple of days):
"Oops, something went wrong at our end
Sending one of our engineers to fix it. Give it a couple of minutes and try again."
I have also tried accessing Skype for Web from Internet Explorer 8.0.7601.17514 but get a script error after login (for 32 or 64 bit versions of IE)
    Regards,
    JG

I believe the "Oops" error text is specific to only the web email app (OWA), not the desktop client.  Do you get any other error details or error numbers?  Regardless of what app you are currently using, it may be worthwhile
to try the other method you are NOT using (e.g. try the Outlook desktop client if you get the error in OWA, or use OWA if you get the error in the client) just to see if the behavior differs.

I have allow apps from anywhere already set on my packaging system. And it was working prior to the update. It went through a self updating process and now gives this error. It's almost like a networking issue, like it can't complete communicating with adobe, because a reinstall doesn't resolve the issue.

  • "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again"

I get the above mentioned error message every time I start the CCP.
I was able to use the CCP on this computer before and also I am able to install CC-Applications at this machine right now.
The machine I am running CCP on is:
    OS: Win2k8r2
Free space on C: 25 GB
There are no entries in eventvwr
So, what is the problem, and how can I solve it?

    OK, I found the reason.
I am using the AdobeID I use for CCP also on my  local machine to use CC programs
As I currently install a new workstation, I have this ID on two machines.
So, both "slots" for this account were taken and CCP could not use this AdobeID anymore.
Unfortunately, it does not tell you about this, and also it does not give you any options to use a different AdobeID or to log out the other IDs. It just tells you "Something went wrong" [insert smiley for 'stupid' here]
The only way to fix this was, to install a local CC program and start it. Then it tells you, that you have no free slot left. Even though, I unregistered my old machine already, it did not work until I told it to logoff any assigned machines.
[insert another smiley for 'even more stupid' here]

Try to uninstall and reinstall the Aurora version to do a clean reinstall.
Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.

Is any body able to help?
    Clive

    Hi Clive,
Clean up cached user login information.
Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the OPM.db file.
Launch the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

  • Unable to update ~/Library/Keychains - something else went wrong

Hi users. The message in the subject line is what I get when I try to "verify" or "repair" in Keychain Access. I have been trying to resolve the Safari keychain login issue from posts that I've read in the forums.
    Can anyone help?
Message was edited by: Todd M.

    Hi Todd!
Does your keychain currently work for you? Are you able to at least access its stored passwords?
If not and you haven't been able to use it for a while then I suggest trashing the login.keychain file from ~/Library/Keychains where " ~ " is your home folder. Log out or restart and a new one will be created for you. This will delete all your saved passwords and any certificates you may have stored but all of these can usually be recovered from their original sources.
    Hope this helps!

  • Oops! Something went wrong! - Re-occuring Problem for multiple accounts

    Good morning.
My company switched all of our computers to Windows 7 and updated our software to Microsoft Office 365 about six months ago.  Since then, it has been all but impossible to do our jobs properly.  And Tech support is unable to help us.  All
of their "fixes" were temporary at best and now the problem seems to be spreading.
In the process of doing our jobs, we have to send anywhere from 5 to 50 E-mails in sequence.  Since all of the E-mails are basically the same thing, just with a different PDF attachment and a slight change to the subject line, we have been duplicating
them.  Using the subject line, we use "Control F" to duplicate the E-mails. Two of us attach files after duplicating the necessary number of E-mails and two of us attach them as we duplicate.  After setting up all the E-mails we need, we
    send them in order.
When we had the older version of outlook, this was not a problem.  With Outlook 365, two of us (Including myself) have constantly received an "Oops!  Something went wrong." error message whenever we try to send the duplicated messages.
And as of today, three of us now face this problem.  This is outrageous.  This is a program designed to send E-mails and I do not understand why it cannot send E-mails?!
Tech support has attempted to fix the problem by creating a new profile for us.  This solution lasted anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days before the problem returned and at this point, I have 5 profiles on my account that I switch back and forth between.
They even replaced the entire computer once, it took all of two hours for the problem to come back.
In the beginning, I was the only one with the problem.  In order to perform a test for someone in another Microsoft forum, I loaded one of the other girls profiles onto my computer.  While I did not keep her profile on my computer long enough to
recreate the problem, it developed on her own computer shortly after.
Another co-worker came back after a week of being sick to find that the problem has just started on her computer also.  She specifically has been designated to send all of these E-mails since until now, she was the one who could.  In addition,
when she attempts to duplicate an E-mail, the image in the body of the E-mail changes color and three of the pictures disappear.  This happens to another co-worker, but not to me.
We're on an exchange server if that matters at all.  And we use a SharePoint server for storing some files in case that matters too.  We really need help.  We already had to make the company drop $50 per person for the sole
purpose of allowing us to print paper files in order.  Not that I actually believe there's some sort of magic software that can duplicate E-mails and successfully send them.  But we need something that actually works.
I am extremely disappointed with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 365 especially, it has done nothing but fight us the entire way.  I know a little more about computers than most of the people in my building and I cannot get anything to work the way it's
supposed to.  The inability of this technology to work properly has slowed our output to 50% of what it was, unacceptable.  Is very frustrating and I don't know how much longer we can keep going like this.  We can't get any proper help.
    Thank you for your time.
